Pleasant change, After a couple friends kept telling me how good these guys were at first I was reluctant to leave my prior place since we have been with them for quite a while, however I was soooooo glad we did we were given sooooo many options and not to mention the young guy helping us was great I think his name was Kyle while being young knew his stuff very professional and knowledgeable and definitely a breath of fresh air for our family coming from where we did and you can definitely tell he cares for us which is the best possible thing for my family beyond happy with the change we made.

The employee by the name of Kyle was extremely rude to me and my wife, we are of African American race and he seemed very off, he was treating all the other customers with much more respect. When it came to us he was using his cellphone most of the time and was being very rude and didn’t really care to help us, the rest of the employees sounded very friendly in comparison. He should not be working here, and at the very least he should show some respect.Terrible service and a bad individual.

Very very bad service. the guy was on Reception he was very bad. I just went their to book my knowledge exam and he start giving the information about insurance plan, I said ok if I need it then I come back and i’ll take but he change everything in my insurance without asking. Still around 2 months left for expiration of my policy and he updated and said I have to sign now he can’t cancel anything now . Very bad service, He is a Indian guy on Reception area .

Absolutely ridiculous. We went there to register our vehicle after moving back to Manitoba, and we we're told that MPI doesn't like TD or CIBC so our CIBC document's weren't accepted and we had to bring in a different one. Is this grade school? A statement of account with all my personal info wasn't acceptable apparently. Completely unprofessional and elementary. Negative 5 stars, I'll never go there again.

I have been dealing with them for about 30 plus years and they broker with PEACE HILLS. They just sent me a quote for 2020 and it was more than $300 increase over last year. ( no claims ever ) I'm leaving for some one new. This is not the first time this has happened. I get oh we are so sorry, we will shop around for you....Thanks, I'll shop around for myself.

The only reason why i use One Insurance is because of the customer service I receive from Nicole Spence. Ever since she started, I stayed bc she is friendly and prompt. She never loses her patience, professional and courteous. She knows her job and does it well. Thank you & kudos to you Nicole for a job well done for both my autopac and house insurance.

Pardeep and Kim are both wonderful people. I recently moved to Winnipeg from out of province and had many issues trying to get vehicle insurance. They were both very understanding and went above and beyond in helping me every step of the way. I look forward to dealing with them as my regular insurance brokers! Worst place to go, just cuz it was close to closing the lady there wouldn't let me pay my license I had my girls with me and you know how slow little girls are , so now to add to my bad day , the lady just waved me away and said no I can't serve you, we're closing ...geez , can't do a someone a good deed . Never going there again.

Another autopac agent messed up on a new license. I went here and they ended up calling MPI and sorting it out completely for me. The person at the desk was EXTREMELY patient as I answered calls from the other agency and was super helpful. I appreciate ONE insurances help as it was such a mess already! Thank you

Worst experience ever. There was a lady employee who was working at front she was very arrogant. The way of her talking was very rude. She don’t know how to treat their customers or guest. She was not listening us. We were explaining her about documents what she behaved very rudely.

Just want to thank Kyle.B for his patience sorting out my insurance on my 2 cars it was very confusing with swaping this and swaping that,he was very friendly and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to we need more people like him thank you again. Mike & Brooke

On Tuesday November 27 I was in one insurance and had nicole work with me on a travel policy and she was exceptional in her knowledge and was so nice and worked hard to get me the best deal. She is a person who should be acknowledged for her good work.

Friendly honest staff, deals with the questions of an 19 year old unbeknownst to the world of insurance in a kind, honest and understandable way. I wish I had more vehicles to insure so I had a reason to talk to staff more.

Bad customer service by one of the Indian receptionist girl. She was showing bad attitude and not behaving properly, for the first time clients its hard to get all info, instead she was overconfident and rude.
