One of the best gym in the new ashok Nagar, all equipments are there and main thing is the trainer is also cooperative and good , also the charges are affordable. You may be facing some network issues or connectivity issues, as boys section is underground and also there is a separate fitness centre for girls. I've been training here since 2012..it's been a very good experience. The trainer is very good..he is a gem of a person. He is more of a brother than a trainer to many..that is why nobody call him "Sir". He is known as "Vicky Bhai" a gem of a person very calm and polite..best Trainer one can ask for. Aisa lgta h jaise jbrdsti bola gae ho gym open krne ko specially girls instructor . koi btao gym k alawa bhi duniya h or specially everyone is having different capacity .show some humanity at last you are human being . behaving Gym n ho gae PM k buliding ho gae . very bad experience . back off sirf behaviour k wjh s h hota h. Far better gym than others. Not overpriced honestly. Equipments and machines are adequate. Trainer is not arrogant which is again a good thing. Decent Crowd (at non-peak hours). Weights and DBs are adequate as well. So you won't have to wait till others finish their set(s). Would like if they can get the fans fixed. Plus a squat pad is necessary for neck it's not there.

In any gym Trainer should be helping,Frank,hear every "small" voice u know what i mean to say and knowledgeable.. and the Trainer has all these qualities in the gym which is very good..... Overall I loved it...... …

Good place for beginners nd amateur to start their body building or fitness routine..Both Males and females are welcome in However in separate spots..the current trainer is very good and helpful..

This gym is for males only and inside the market area. You can buy your daily usage around this...washroom facility is not here... nearest metro station is new Ashok nagar and Noida sector 15.

Worst experience here, too congested and staff is extremely I repeat staff is extremely rude to the customers. I prefer not to join and try hakam, that still is decent.

They mentioned timing 5 AM -10PM. but there is spirit time. 5 AM-10AM Evening 5 AM -10PM. if you are in night shift you will have an problem.

Nice equipments there but trainer is not as good to loose weight. Of lady.even they followed all instructions regarding food and exercises.
