PJ Faucet was recommended to me by a friend who had used them before. I contacted the company mid afternoon on a Friday with my water heater issue. Within ten minutes or so the company boss Mike rang to say that he had one of his guys working quite close to my place and should he be finished up soon he would direct him on in.. Shortly after,he called to say this was unable to happen as his man I suppose was caught up..We had already arranged that the following Monday would be good as we had hot water but it was an increasing struggle to keep the pilot light going and the whole kit needed a bit of a sort out... Mikes next words were”I’m in the West end right now but do you know what I myself will come to you now”....we live not far from Sherwood Park Freeway off the end off of Whyte ave.Right across town without a second thought,leaving a meeting he was in the middle of too..Exceptional service doesn’t really cut it.This amazing person for the love of upholding his business particularly in these troubled times,put himself out without a second thought to provide a service to a new customer that is nothing short of exceptional.As he made my repair he constantly kept me up to speed with what he was finding and recommending and was not slow either....Fast efficient pleasant,knowledgeable helpful guy.In about an hour he was on his way,job done..The cost of my work was so reasonable to me that I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending P J Faucet and the boss Mike to absolutely anyone that has the time to listen..Certainly know which way I will turn with any further problems in the future..From my wife and me,great job Mike.Thankyou.

I used PJ Faucet pluming last year. The owner (Mike) was very kind and considerate. The service guy came 45 minutes later after talking to Mike on the phone. He did not charge me for the service his technician provided that day. Because, he said, I am working in a group home as a residential counsellor. He wanted to thank me for helping people. I and my daughter was very thankful for his kind gesture. We need to support family/community operated business like PJ Faucet Plumbing because they are community oriented, reliable, honest, and doesn't make it for profits unlike other big/ huge company.. Small business owners helps the community by paying if forward when there was a call for it. And their service charges are very reasonable. Thank you PJ Faucet Plumbing :)

Just had P J Faucet Plumbing & Heating install 2 new toilets, stack my washer/dryer, and install a (very complicated) vanity in my main floor powder room. I bought the wrong style of (non refundable) cabinet for the current plumbing set up, which left me with very few options, shy of tearing a wall or two down. I was at a loss, but thank goodness I called the right professionals. As usual, Mike and his team were here in no time making the impossible somehow possible. Huge thanks must go to Trevor for the excellent job in turning what could've been a costly disaster into my dream project, with the vanity as it's main show piece. I cannot say enough about these guys - They're highly skilled, professional, prompt and their prices are more than fair. Thank you!!

Mike was absolutely the best plumber I have ever encountered! I contacted Mike through his website and he quickly replied by calling me back. He spent a considerable amount of time talking to me over the phone and basically narrowed down the issue being related to the hot water tank before he even arrived. Some troubleshooting was required due to the room we had the hot water tank installed. Mike went above and beyond to figure out the challenges we were having. He was easy to communicate with and explained everything he did thoroughly. He was very professional and honestly did more than was expected! My bathtub faucet was leaking through the floor and into the basement near the fuse box.. I turned the water off to make sure things wouldn't get worse.. But that left me with no shower or tub.. I called them on a Wednesday evening.. I dealt with Peter on the phone and he was more than helpful.. I was quoted a price based on what info I had given him. Since I was happy with the quote I had them do two more minor jobs as well... They showed up the next day around noon and all three jobs we're completed in roughly 2 hours.. I was billed what I was quoted so there were no surprises. I would use them again without hesitation. You need a plumber? Cal these guys. Very professional, more than fair prices and quick job.

We've used PJ Faucet 3 times over the past couple years and every time they have been extremely responsive and quick to deal with our problems. Our latest issue with our water heater required a new gas valve and after locating the part, and being delivered by Mike, the repair was completed by Blake within a couple hours. We appreciate that they do what they can to reduce the final repair cost for us, and that they don't replace parts that don't need to be replaced unnecessarily. I won't use anyone else. January 2021 - needed service to replace a rusty gas line. Mike was quick to answer the phone and schedule the work. Exemplary service yet again.

I cannot recommend this company enough, their repair guy answer all your questions, they are polite and respectful of your furniture and never seem frustrated when I asked a million questions. The best part? we have had over 4 technicians in our apartment to fix our heat and all they do is check to make sure there isn't excess air in the pipes, tell us everything is fine and leave. The man who came to fix the issue today FINALLY replaced the valve that wasn't opening fully so that the hot water can finally go through all our baseboards and he did it with the patience of a saint as I followed him around asking a million questions. So thank you.

Cant say enough great things about these guys. Mike was very forthcoming in his assessment. The old pipes in our house were clogged and it didnt look good for clearing them out with conventional methods. Mike gave us the good the bad and the ugly before deploying his guy. In the end they were able to fix the problem without tearing the drywall out (being handy myself i was worried that it had come to this). Mike was more than fair with what he charged for the repair. Great guy - hope to never see him again on a professional level for obvious reasons :). But if i need a plumber it will be PJ. thank you Mike!

My hot water tank leaked (inside)during the weekend after 8 years of use. First thing on Monday phoned PJ Faucet and PLumbing and talked to owner Mike. He gave me some great advices (I was considering tankless system) and was able to right away send Ryan at noon to replace my hot water tank. Ryan did a great job and cleaned up well after. After talking to Mike, I found him to be very experience and honest. He will tell it like it is and not try to make an extra $$ out of you just because he can. Good man! Definitely will be the company to call and recommend to relatives and friends!

I woke up on a Saturday morning to a plugged sink. I called PJ and Mike showed up at my place an hour later to fix the problem. The problem was remedied fast, clean and cautious not do damage flooring or anything else in the home. He also found a leak I was unaware of and sent his plumber with the proper parts to repair. Being in the service industry myself I would say PJ Faucet Plumbing & Heating is the best company to call in Edmonton with good value, quality work and great people. I cannot say enough about this company and the stellar customer service they provide. I called P J Faucet Plumbing after encountering an issue with my hot water tank. They came out right away to assess the issue and within 2 days had the parts ordered, replaced, and my tank back up and running. I called PJ Faucet and spoke to the owner Mike. He was at my house in thirty minutes for a non emergency call. (not sure if this is typical) He fixed my garbage disposal in about 5 minutes. I thought I would need a new one. Saved me five hundred bucks. He was very courteous and professional. Very skilled as my disposal is quite old and he still knew what it needed. Turns out he lives in my neighborhood. PJ faucet will be my first call for any plumbing or gasfitting needs in the future. A real pro outfit. I highly recommend to anybody needing a plumber.

I really like that Mike calls me to communicate what is being done and if I needed anything else done. I like that he takes his time to tell me what is happening with my plumbing issue and what is done and gives me his expert opinions. They are honest and not like other places that charge a fortune to get work done and they are also good at what they do. Highly recommend PJ Faucet, called Mike for a faucet replacement in the morning (on a Friday) and had his technician Kevin show up just a few hours later. Kevin was extremely professional, friendly and got the job done in no time at all. Cleaned everything up, made sure I was happy with all the functions of the faucet all in an hour total, and these guys were half the price of one of the competitors I had called prior to finding these guys on google. From the second I called Mike from PJ I was impressed. He spent lots of time on the phone with me trying to guide me through some small things that may have caused my hot water tank to fail. Okay seriously Mike was the best! Our pool heater had stopped working. He came out the next morning after I had left a voicemail on his machine the previous afternoon. Our aging hot water tank needed replacing. I had someone from another (reputable) company look at it and was told that I would have to move the tank to another location because the existing tank was too close to the water intake. I got a second opinion from PJ Faucet and was told this would not be an issue. They sent Rodger to do the work. Very polite & efficient. He replaced the tank and put the new one in the same spot without any fuss. Highly recommended.

I am really surprised that there are so many good reviews here. Today the plumber of this company said to me “FKY”. I just stood further than the bathroom door in case he needed help. I asked him “You said dirty words?” and he kept silent. It took 3 visits to fix the leaky toilet valve today. PJ was found by the property company. Reply to your response: Your plumber was just lying on the edge of the toilet looking me in the eye and saying "FKY".

Wow! So nice! I called to ask for a quote and he was so helpful over the phone. Told me I could do it myself to save money and then told me exactly how to do it, what parts he would use, and where to get what I needed. He said if I didn't want to do it myself or I made a mistake, then he would come out. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness! I called this morning for a leak in the kitchen. The receptionist answered our call immediately, offered a kind service and dispatched the work promptly. A plumber showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem (a couple of defects downstream of the leak were creating the problem) and made the repairs efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would totally recommend them.

Had a new toilet installed twice by Home Depot and still had a sewer smell. They wouldn't come out again and wanted me to hire a plumber. Called P J Faucet Plumbing and Heating and Mike basically diagnosed the issue on the phone. Trevor showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly. We have used PJ Faucet in the past and each time has been a great experience. Last night we had a furnace stop working at the end of our work day. I phone Mike and he responded amazingly fast! Elderly Mother and father in law needed some small inline floor heating valve repairs. Quotes were $150-$350. They said they could keep costs down in they were in the area. They did and the price was $100. Integrity and quality service. Nothing else needed.
