Shopping mall
"The main Shopping centre in Epping"
"It’s a great shopping centre with ample parking spaces"
"Limited shops available as compared to Plenty valley Westfield"
"Very big shopping mall with huge parking space"
"It needs a Myers store, the Harris scarfe store sells the bare minimum and the grocery stores are substandard even with the renovations"
The main Shopping centre in Epping. Single story complex with a large carpark surrounding it and an underground carpark under the complex as well. Very busy centre, car parking can sometimes be difficult to find during busy periods. Architecture is reminiscent of Chadstone Shopping Centre with a sculptural and attractive transparent feature ceiling spilling daylight into the interior over much of the complex. Bright and modern with attractive storefronts, planters and occasional rest areas with Sofas, benches and even some home style lounge chairs. Has a range of all the regular franchises you find in any medium sized shopping centre with all the major services available, banks, Australia Post, multiple indoor Food Courts etc. Coles, Safeway, ALDI, Target, Harris Scarfe, Big W, McDonald's, KFC, etc etc. There are quite a few proper restaurants that are part of the shopping centre, but located and accessed via the outside only which gives you a reasonable range of food to choose from. Caltex Petrol Station is located next to KFC in the Eastern side of the carpark next to High St.
It’s a great shopping centre with ample parking spaces. However, last Mother’s Day approximate time 4pm there was a lost toddler located by me and my friend and when we reached the information desk they didn’t bother to take care of the lost child and we had to wait 20 mins for the mom to finally come to the information desk to report that her child was missing and to her surprise she broke into tears when she saw her son. The lady at the information desk showed no empathy and also the security guard who came was walking in slow motion and said it was the fourth lost child for the day. Well, Staff need to show more empathy this is a lost distressed toddler for heaven’s sake. My friend went to Woolworths to buy a bottle of water for this poor child as he cried nonstop until his mom arrived. This isn’t great customer service. I hope the management would look into this! Other than that incident the mall is a good place for shoppers.
Limited shops available as compared to Plenty valley Westfield. But very good for Wollert & Epping locality. Plenty of parking available Wheelchair accesible Big Player: BIG W, K Mart, Coles., woolies, Aldi, JB Hifi., 2 Food court, Most of Banks, And Many Kiosks to explore Good for All Ages Many restaurant and For Accomodation Quest is the the part of Epping Plaza Plaza got many Fine Dining Restaurant available Reading Cinema Got Bus Service Got Taxi Service Got Uber, Didi ride service available Timezone for kids MCDonald, Hungary Jacks, KFC etc
Very big shopping mall with huge parking space. Loads of shops, but comparatively has a small food court. Has free wifi for customers and can connect just with your email address. This is probably one of the biggest mall in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Area outside the mall doors probably has very minimal shades, and it's difficult to take cover on a rainy day and the malls working hours and the staff won't let you take cover inside the mall near the doors.
It needs a Myers store, the Harris scarfe store sells the bare minimum and the grocery stores are substandard even with the renovations. Their is a lack of atmosphere and energy at this shopping centre. I think its got something to do with the poorly run administration controlled council that lacks initiatives to make the area more colourful and lively, preferring to make life difficult and obnoxious even towards shoppers.
This is not the biggest but is one of the vibrant shopping centres in North of Melbourne. It has best if the best restaurant precinct outside near its car parking with restaurants offering different cuisines, a great feel to spend leisure time. Great for families and people of all ages. Shopping centre inside have variety of shops which offer great shopping experience and caters needs and requirements of people
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pacific Epping is my go-to shopping destination! The friendly atmosphere and helpful staff create a welcoming vibe that makes every visit enjoyable. The variety of stores and brands cater to all needs, and the shopping experience is always hassle-free. Whether it's fashion, electronics, or grabbing a quick bite, Pacific Epping has it all. A great place to shop with a fantastic atmosphere! ️
Long and narrow! It's a long walk if you park at the wrong end!! Of some interest... I asked google maps to take me to Big W... Having glanced at the map before leaving, I knew that it was toward the southern end. Oddly, the navigation app carefully delivered me right outside KMart at the extreme northern end of the centre. I suspect some degree of collusion but of course I have no proof.
Many shopping stores available. Standard opening hours. Clean mall, Good range of stores and eateries. You can buy here just about everything you need in regard to fashion, food, appliances and even for a Doctor visit. Nearest to the hospital as well as the Quest Hotel next to mall. Or just simply admire the varieties of store surrounding at your leisure. Highly recommend.
The shops are ok, but the demographic leaves a lot to be desired. I am not joking when I say that you could get car jacked here. Pretty sure I have seen drug deals going on in the car park. Recommend parking as close to the door as you can.... or go elsewhere because it's right next to the Northern Hospital.... which has a new psych ward. Food court is Meh. Wear a mask.
AVOID! Worst shopping centre as the parking and parking signs are ambiguous. One sign claims 4 hours, another 2 hours and then another (all within the same area!) states 1 hour parking between 7am-9am. So many cars had parking fines. Really sneaky of the centre and council! Either make the signage clear or continue to lose customers!
lots of shops, there's clinic, pharmacy, chemist, food courts, lots of clothing store, shoe stores, supermarkets, fruit markets, cafes, outside restaurants, cinema, near the hospital. A lot of car parks. near by costo and it's petrol station. Not really busy in the morning around 11 am then it started to getting busy.
Good shopping centre. All the normal brands, shops and supermarkets. Lots of parking available, but can be very busy during lunch hours. Quite clean and good layout. Cheapest movie tickets at Reading Cinemas Epping. Good quality foods in food court. Many good restaurants and cafes. Always good to shop here.
Heart of Epping! It has all the essential shops. You can find Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Big W in one place. But the only concern is that there are not many restaurant options available. You can only find a few Chinese restaurants and bakeries. Plenty of parking space is available just outside the mall.
Great experience at the shopping mall. CONNIE from customer service was very accommodating and provided us a great experience. I was accompanying my uncle who has a disability and CONNIE went above and beyond to help us out and assign us with a mobility scooter. Amazing mall, Amazing staff...
With a diverse range of stores and a bustling food court, it's a one-stop destination for all your needs. Clean, convenient, and close to the Northern hospital and Quest Hotel, it's perfect for leisurely shopping or grabbing a quick meal. And there is plenty of parking available.
Really liked visiting this shopping centre. Nice layout. Lots of variety in the stores and we were able to find all that we required. Maps helped lots when trying to find the exact location of a store and what entrance to enter from. Which made it so much easier to navigate.
Close to home. Lots of different school holidays activities it offers. Fresh fruits and vegetable market to big brands all you can get under one roof. Watching movie and pacific diner outside offers variety of dine in options. Very nice place to have a good time with family.
Nice shopping centre with lots of parking and public transport. Car park is busy most of the time because of Northern Hospital across the road but you will be able to find parking spot easily. Kids always visit pet shop inside shopping centre. Overall nice shopping centre.
Lots of parking, some underground, easy to find, and a great number of shops, including the three big the markets, target, banks, 2 food areas, Post Office, and lost of cafes, and heaps of clothes and shoes shops. Epping hospital just across the road as is Costco's.
Great variety of shops, easy to navigate to find the store your after. Food court has the standard places to eat with plenty of seating. When you need to use the bathroom be prepared as they were not very clean. Parking was easy to get around with plenty of spaces
Each time we visit Melbourne, from Adelaide, we make a reservation at China Bar, which has got to be one of the best eat all you can places in Australia.! Great Seafood selection along with everything else you can think of.. Great dessert selection too.. So yummy
One-stop shopping for daily essentials including groceries, clothing, and electronics. Grocery items at Coles here are relatively cheaper than at other sites. The food court area serves varieties of fast food tastes. K mart here offers cheaper wearables.
Ordering on the scanner in a large group so they weren't using the numbers on the tables and kept asking me whose order they had like I knew what every single person was Ordering. Very u organised. The food is not worth what we had to pay for.
Had lunch with a friend at one of the restaurants outside . Went to get an item from Coles but had to take a detour to the ladies in the food court These toilets looked like they hadn't been touched since they were touched in the morning.
Average medium sized shopping centre. Has lots of good food items here and lots of places to buy groceries, although they don't have much in the way of larger department stores, pedestrian access around the car park is also pretty poor.
Good place for shopping. It's got a good enough number of stores on the directory, which makes it easy to shop for all kinds of household needs. Food court is good as well, there are multiple choice of restaurants catering to different
Nice place to shop & dine. The best mall in Whittlesea City Council area. Heaps of parking including underground and accessible parking. Escalators and lift facility available close to disabled parking lots. There are no Myers or other
Don't take your young children here. I'd finally convince my 2 year old daughter to walk with me around the centre and one of the cleaning staff wasn't paying attention pushing their big trolley around and knocked her over from behind.
Parking is a major issue. When you can get a parking space - try to be early, you may also experience a parking fine if you are busy spending money and not notice the time. Many other shopping options in the area.
Clean and spacious shopping centre, has a lot of parking spot and all major shops have branches there, so usually you find what you need. I take my family to it regularly. Recommended shopping plaza
Great little shopping centres but the friendliness of some of the trades is not the best. Covid 19 restrictions not followed by many traders as they were wearing masks under their chin or not at all
Great shopping centre, plenty of different variety of shops, as well as supermarkets. Nice selection of places to eat as well, inside and outside the plaza. Plenty of parking and cinemas as well.
Decent shopping mall. Wide range of shops. Located coincidently to Costco. Good dining area. Lots for kids and teenagers. Parking is somewhat clunky though getting jn and out. Overall great.
Went to Stuzzi restorante, great intro by maitrede at front door. Sat and enjoyed a lovely spaghetti marinara. Then, a freshly made apple struzzo with ice cream and cream...yummy
The shopping centre is quite new, large and impressive but shopping for daily living items are dear and not affordable due to high rent. I couldn't find any bargain there.
Great shopping centre, has plenty of stores to go .KMART,BIG W, ALDI,Coles, Woolies, JD Sports, Pandora,Toyworld, Best and Less, Miller's, Peter Alexander to name a few.
Nice and interesting male. Variety of restaurants and shopping choices. Arcade is available and very organized. Parents and kids will enjoy the visit to Pacific Epping.
Good shopping centre with lots of shops and food stalls. I enjoyed a nice fresh ramen bowl from one of the Japanese food shops. Enjoyable and relaxing shopping centre
Quite bright and new looking inside. Parking is extremely confusing with big 4P area signs everywhere, but on each row is 1P parking. Never found the 4P parking.
Very good location, comfortably reachable by public transport alot of buses go there. Within 2 km distance of Epping station. Most of the famous shops are there.
It's good place to do all in one shopping kind of thing.ypu can get everything here....and something specially festival season...lots of kids activities as well.
Busy place. Hard to find Parking at times. Was a great place to Shop, but with the Hunter & Gatherer Fruit Market & Woolies closed, not so much at the moment!
Many shopping stores available. Standard opening hours. Clean mall Good range of stores and eateries. Quest Hotel next to mall. Highly recommend
No sensory room available for people with sensory issues. Music is constantly played too loud through the speakers it's a sensory nightmare.
Its a big shopping center with alot of things , but i just wish there was a sephora or mecca . Other than that will definitely visit again
Excellent mall. Good verity of shops and eateries. Great value. We spent alot of time here while on our Holiday. Would recommend to all .
Almost good. However some ingredients for meal making is no have. And the open hour is too short, until 5:30pm only for some week days.
There is a new wetlands area just north of the park. Park by the tennis courts and walk towards the highway. Very new but a great spot
standard shopping mall just wish google was up to date cuz the shop i went there for closed down months ago it turns out!!
A beautiful shopping center with many different stores..in addition to enjoying the sunshine even while you are inside
Loved the play area . Decent parking lot Aldi’s and reject shop next to each other with JB HIFI can’t go wrong!
Just want to say thank you to management of Pacific Epping that they celebrate our the holy month of Ramazan.
Well planned buildings and stores, but not nearly enough parking available near restaurants and food outlets.
Parts of the car park near Coles are like a rollercoaster, so uneven and dangerous when will it be fixed?
Still had lots of stock, although later in the day. Parking bad with some of car park shut at the moment
China bar and buffet & grill epping awesome place atmosphere is divine and meat variety is unlimited
Great shopping mall. Probably the best in Melbourne. Would highly recommend for mall enthusiasts.
Very big, can be a place to get lost in, lucky there are a lot of food places to buy supplies.
Great place to shop or even enjoy a nice meal at either of the 2 food courts or restaurants.
Checking the Place out from the past and have been not disappointed , very nice Foodcourt .
It's quite a big, decent place to shop with lots of carparks. I would reccomed going there.
Great variety of shops in this centre Bakers Delight Fruit Shop and Deli are my favourites
Awesome shopping centre, modern clean and ample parking. Everything you need in one area.
Great shops. Has everything you'll need. The places definitely needs a revamp....
Security what a joke they walk around the centre talking Arabic, And very rude..
Fantastic shops good quality and cheap that’s the way we all like it!!!
Surprisingly bigger that I thought ... With a great variety of stores.
Lovely shopping centre that has loads of shops and restaurants.
Great food courts and a nice mix of variety shops, easy parking
Nice shopping centre with many shops and restaurants to eat in
Huge place you need to be careful not to get lost in there
Good shopping centre, although the layout could be better.
Much improved shopping centre than ot was 15 years ago.
Everything you need to buy a one stop shopping centre.
Nice place for shopping compared to nearby areas.
Great range of shops. And good places to eat.
Good place to shop food court very ordinary
