Concerning this issue, I attempted to resolve this by offering to bring back the shrimp fried rice for my refund which amounts to about $16 dollars including the charge for extra shrimp. The Food was totally inedible. I was reasonable they chose to hang up on me. I can assure everyone reading this, Panda Kitchen is going to get a complaint filed to the local governing body food inspection agency. The lesson is learned. There is no customer service here. This is a Buyer Beware shop. on the positive, the egg rolls were great. Hot and fresh. The order of shrimp and broccoli was very good as well. It was fresh and steaming hot with a plentiful amount of large shrimp. All the condiments were also given. The glaring issue was the shrimp fried rice. I ordered the meal with shrimp and various other meats. This was a huge container of just rice. Firstly any one familiar with savory taste understands Umami. There was absolutely nothing. I detected no oyster sauce or anything to create flavor. No sesame oil, no ginger, no garlic I’m not even sure they used soy sauce or any oil at all to fry it. It was extremely dry. Despite the fact that I paid a premium for a double portion of shrimp I received a small quantity of rubbery tasteless salad shrimp. No veggies were in it, no peas and carrot or baby corn or bean sprouts This was a tasteless mess of leftover rice with some green onion, salad shrimp and egg with a stray piece of dry tasteless meat occasionally. I think it was a bunch of leftovers thrown together. If I had dined in I would’ve sent it back. A dish to avoid at all cost.

My wife and I always order from her and we love it. I usually call for a delivery order on my way home from work and within minutes of my arrival home it is there. The lady who takes the order is very nice and always prepares my order accurately and the food is great. I am sure that the people on here that have left bad reviews are out of their minds because we have never experienced any of these Preposterous complaints. Get real people. If you want extra you have to pay extra. This is a business. Don’t complain because you were charged extra for items that you ordered that were extra. To the guy that could barely type a coherent sentence while complaining he was given incorrect change I’m sure is not able to count based on the stupid review that was left. Take it from some people that enjoy good food. If you live in the area and you want fast friendly service and quality food try out panda kitchen you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered an order of eggs rolls, sweet and sour sauce and especial fried rice with everything and bottle of coke. I was so hungry. My order came promptly and the driver was nice. The egg rolls, sauce was good but the rice was well seasoning but was undercook, so that is what I am giving 3 stars. It was full of shrimp, meats etc but needed more cooking. My older son is a French Chef and I am a good cook myself, food service certified by the city of Austin, Tx. I called to let them know too. (New review ) Visiting friends I got bronquitis so I had to stay with them until I feel better. I ordered exactly the same thing I did 2 years ago but this time the eggs rolls were crispy , the rice was perfectly cook full of shrimp, meats, vegetables, really good and enough for 2 people with my extra sweet and sour sauce and a coke. This time I give a five stars. When I am back in Houston I will order from this restaurant again.

it took an hour to receive my food delivery, even though I’m literally on the same block as the restaurant, but I understand it was a Friday night and they were busy. Overall the food was just OK, I got the General Tso’s which is apparently one of their best dishes. I loved the crispiness of the chicken, I could tell they gave it a good fry, but I actually prefer white meat to dark and it was mostly dark meat. The plain fried rice left something to be desired to me, my mom got their special fried rice and didn’t eat much, I don’t know if it’s b/c she eats like s bird or it left something to be desired to her as well. I got wonton soup with my order which was actually very delicious, and also the fried dumplings which were ok as well. They did give us huge portions, so I have enough for at least 2 leftover meals as well. Overall this place is just satisfactory for the price I paid.

I just want to say i love coming here for lunch an dinner the food is really great By far my favorite spot to come and eat also healty food choices and staff members really nice and friendly I recomment. Ive never tried tofu in my life and and decided to try it out . And it was F****** delicious!!! Also the chicken on the stick with no sause its also a great choice or you guys can get with sause i had a great expirence trying a new meal

My GoTo Chinese Delivery Spot. Consistently Delicious. I have become a Regular Smegular PK Chic. I really enjoy the food. My Fav Dish is the Mongolian Beef with Cabbage and Green onion only. The Beef is cooked just right; Tender, not tough and rubbery like beef jerky. The sauce is not thick like it comes straight out of a jar. It's perfect. My Son loves the General Tso Chicken. This place can get really busy, but they have really good food. Not many places in our area that serve decent Asian-American food for delivery. Most of them are sit down restaurants. I dont mind sit down restaurants but some days I just want to eat at home. The staff is professional and if you are polite they will be as well. Looking for a great dinner definitely give them a try all our food was hot and fresh. Tasted great and was big portions as well. Yummy place for a bite.

Maybe I was unlucky, but the one time I got their fried rice with my brother , that night. Worst 3 days of my life, I've never gotten it until that one time. That was my first and last day I ever got anything from there ever again. I'm surprised it's still in business, but again maybe we were just unlucky, so get food at your own risk.

Been here a couple of times and both times I wasn't disappointed. Ordered the Mongolian Beef, right on. Thinly sliced, REAL beef with scallions, onions and a touch of heat. Delish! Second, ordered the shrimp & fries plate for my daughter, never complained! The shrimp was crunchy on the outside yet juicy and tender on the inside. The fries were good as well. Had to pick @ her plate. Try this little spot out! It's in the hood but taste damn good! Ha!

I really enjoyed my order through UberEats. I ordered Salt & Pepper Fish, Mongolian Beef, Singapore Fried Rice, Egg Rolls and Cheese Puffs. Every item was fresh and the portions large enough to share. I didn't like the cheese puff but others may and I wish the fried rice had vegetables like onions, carrots, or peas. My favorite dish is the Mongolian Beef perfect mix of vegetables and beef.

I was making a Call in order and the guy was very Rude, after I made my order I asked the total "he said $22" I said sir is this the lunch special he replied with aggressive attitude "You didn't tell me this was lunch special" I may didn't tell him this was a lunch special but that's why I asked, also does that cause for you to get an aggressive attitude about my order, this place needs to learn better customer service

Read the reviews. There seemed to be more good reviews than bad ones. When u read a few bad reviews u have a little doubt in your mind. It is Christmas not much is open and I want chinese food. I gave Panda Kitchen a try. The delivery was on time. I ordered eggrolls,lunch special beef with broccoli and shrimp fried rice. The food was very good and hot.

I ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young and vegetable egg rolls,the egg rolls looked like spring rolls,and they were all mushy once bitten into. The shrimp egg foo young had sooooo much cabbage in it,it was Way too much cabbage, not one Bean sprout. The woman who took my order looked Way too stressed.Nevertheless,Never Again.

Great delivery service and great portions food was great we had the lunch special chicken. And broccoli and general tsos it was like 6 something for each and came with an app and soup which was great except the soups we're oily otherwise great and would order again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it was highly disappointing. I ordered the Tso chicken, hoping for a flavorful and satisfying meal, but what I received was anything but.

Placed my order for delivery and I got it quickly, fresh and hot. It was my first time ordering from Panda Kitchen and I was extremely satisfied. So was everyone else in my home. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I order the General Tso Chicken with two egg rolls. The chicken was disgusting and looks old the egg rolls had a nasty taste too.
