If I could give 0 starts I would. I used stop by and see what bourbon or whiskey they had in stock. Trying to find things like Blantons, Eagle Rare, Stagg, etc. is tough. One of the employees said I could check their Facebook page or call in to see if they have any specialty bottles to save time. I found their Facebook isn't updated very often so I call in from time to time. Yesterday I called and asked if they had any specialty bottles. The man I spoke with said yes. I asked what they had. He said they had lots. I asked if they had Blantons, Weller, Buffalo Trace. He replied by saying, "I don't have time to do this shopping thing over the phone thing with you. You can come in and take a look if you want." When I asked for his name he said "Baca". He said, "that's how they know me here". I'm not sure at what point asking for what specialty bottles they have in stock became unacceptable but the response I got was inappropriate and the lack of customer service is ridiculous. If the goal is to drive customers away then mission accomplished. I will never shop at any of their locations again.

The staff here have always been friendly and their prices and selection is quite good! There is really only one bar-ish scene on the west side of ABQ (Sideliners Sports Bar) but now this liquor store has opened their own bar and tap room within the store itself called “The Tap”. Really great environment and one of the store owners helps with the serving. Prices good, testable craft beer selection, and they have pizza by the slice ready for purchase too! Having a KFC/Taco Bell, Dominos, and great Chinese food right beside the store makes for huge convenience. They also plan on building outdoor sitting space which will be perfect as it gets warmer. They’ll also be starting a bourbon club. All around fantastic place and hugely convenient. Keep it up guys!

FYI for the many parents out there, they don’t let a child of any age on the bar side. I understand businesses can make their own rules, but maybe don’t be so rude when explaining this like I am the idiot for not knowing. Since every other “bar” establishment on the westside (marble, tractor, salt yard, etc) allows me to bring my baby. In addition, their Facebook says dog friendly patio and the employee confirmed this when I called. However, the bartender rudely refused to open the patio and condescendingly said no babies allowed it’s a bar. No dogs, no kids. I was hoping to support local, but would rather not be judged when I want a drink, so I’ll be going to total wine where the employees are happy and any other bar but here.

Dont ever go to this place, i walked in thought i left my card in my car, walked to my car to look for it, then the whole staff, and a customer come ou, one of the staff armed with a crowbar accusing me of stealing something from the store, i told them i thought i lost my card, then they proceeded to search my car, ended up finding the card in a pocket of my wallet i rarely use, once my car was searched, they found nothing of course, then was asked to never return, this is the worst place to buy alcohol, but you know im dumb enough to steal a 14$ bottle of wine, shows how productive the workers are, if harassing customers is the best thing they have to do.

Have been coming here since we moved here five years ago, went in to get my wife something to drink and was carded AFTER I bought my items. Then after paying for them was refused service so I asked for a refund, was told it was taken care of which it was not......my wife had to call them and fix the matter. To me this is credit card fraud and theft. I will not set foot in here again. A good and loyal customer was lost that day.

You can have your total wine. The only thing it has up in this is an app, and let's be honest who wants one if those. You don't need it to buy alcohol. This is a fantastic well stocked local neighborhood liquor store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It is fantastic. I would highly recommend even next time you need to pick up your favorite scotch, vodka, or Miller high life (which by the way is the champagne of beers).

My favorite small/local alcohol source. Great prices and great selection considering the size of the store. Above all else, the employees are always very friendly. As it's smaller they don't roam the store and ask if you need help, but are always willing to help when you go to the counter with questions. Oddly enough (but makes sense), they have fantastic limes in case you need a few for your drink of choice!

Got a case of wine coolers that one or two didn't look right.they were very nice and exchanged it with no question. Very friendly staff. Very willing to help and find what your looking for. And amazing selection of beer and wine and hard liquor. They sell drinks and cigarettes to... so like an all In one stop. usually they are always in stock of the different things I look for.

Great selection and a great location. Was so upset when they closed down but they are back open for business! Not the best in prices, but close and open great hours to grab what you need! They will have pretty much anything you could be in the mood for from liquor to beer, wine and they even have a great selection of mixers amd add ins for mixed drinks.

They have an amazing selection and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love vodka, they have a great selection of them and they keep a few liquors in freezers behind the counter just so you can have it cold when you get home. I have not been in the store and it may well be a good liquor store. However, the big ballon bottle in front is a total eyesore, really cheesy looking and not in keeping with the neighborhood. It makes the shopping area look "cheap" not "chic." Surely, everyone is now aware that the store is there and such advertising is not necessary.

I’d give it a five rating if they quit that rule of only allowing a patron a once a day shop for liquor. Someone buys liquor then goes home and finds out his dinner guest of two adults grew now to five dinner guest and you don’t have time to drive out 15 minutes to another store because of that stupid rule one shop limit per store.

The selection is here is really solid. We have a lot of great breweries in the Albuquerque area, and almost all of them can be found in the fridge here. Prices are reasonable, and the miscellaneous stuff like Ginger Beer, citrus fruits, and mixers can be found here too.

Still miss when it was Kelly's liquor but same price on beer and liquor and the new staff is better than the last staff that always kept an eye on people as if everyone steals or something overall good place to buy alcohol if you're not close to Walgreens

First visit as I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop and take a look. Decent prices on spirits but for me not the best organized in that I had to search up and down aisles for items. I'll probably return when in the area and more time to browse.

Fantastic selection of everything you could need from beer to whiskey. Prices could be a hair lower, but you cant beat the selection. They tend to have a lot of harder to find whiskeys than somewhere like Total Wine or Kellys

Has quite a variety of alcoholic beverages. The aisles are marked so you can find things. Most importantly, the staff there are terrific. Immediately ready to help if you needed, cheerful, seem to enjoy their jobs.

The place isn't fancy by any means, sort of has a warehouse vibe to it, but the selection is vast, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly enough. Very solid choice for a quick, no-nonsense liquor run.

This location does have a bar you can sit at and have a drink. Not a very big seating area, but it's something to do to kill a few minutes. Two drink maximum, though, until the renovation is complete

Don't shop here. They sold us tainted wine (not drinkable and made us sick). When we returned with the 3 remaining unopened bottles they refused a refund nor would they allow an exchange. Very rude.

They do not disinfect in between visits very expensive never have any sales now they'll just go to Smith's 30 packs too expensive a Budweiser they're too expensive staff is very rude don't go there

Never any judgment walking in five minutes after opening. Everything always in stock, friendly staff and the Alibi box out front is always full. 3 thumbs up. Maybe 4. I've got double vision....

Lots of choice for liquor and beer. Also very convenient to ventana ranch. The wine choice is good but not extensive. Overall, I'm very happy to make this my liquor store of choice.

Huge Selection and believe it or not , I found liquor that Total wines didn't have .. Peach Crown Royal . Nobody had it .. guess who did . Great place great staff . In and out

This place is AMAZING. Pretty low key, and a “Cheers” type feel to it. Highly recommended and Ana is very warm and welcoming and adds SO much to the ambiance and atmosphere.

The employees are always smiling and when I need to find something, they have always been helpful. If they don't have it, they give me suggestions on a similar substitute.

Wall to wall fridges for beers it's amazing. Manager/owner is very nicev and let me have a sample of a peanut butter whiskey that is coming into the area.
