I recently used Parklane cleaners for Press only services for my 9 shirts and dryclean my comforter, pretty disappointing experience, when i went to pick my shirts they were ironed but not folded and the shirts were in hangers with all the labels and stickers on the top and bottom buttons. This is so much inconvenience as I had to come home and spend 30 minutes to remove the plastic, labels, stickers, and then fold my clothes and put in my closet. When I was picking my clothes i asked the lady at the reception a question " dont you guys fold clothes?" She said we charge 20% extra for that - wow astonishing, never heard something like this from a dry cleaning shop. It was my mistake to find them on google, got fooled by the reviews to use thier services, possibly a shop of 2-3 employees but they all work in silos with no consistency over pricing between employees. Absolutely not going back again and wouldnt recommend.

I moved across the street from Park Lane two years ago and have been using them ever since. They are a family owned business and understand the value of customer service and are happy to complete special requests. As an example, they cleaned/preserved a wedding dress belonging to a close friend and most recently they repaired an old Boy Scout blanket belonging to my partner. They cleaned it, repaired it and stitched some of the badges that had fallen off over time. Super happy with the finished product. I have my shirts laundered regularly and dry clean my coats, suits and I am always happy with the result. Always friendly, professional and their business has a sense of community. I feel like I'm part of the family there and I am happy to give my business to them. They also use ecologically sound cleanser for their dry cleaner. Awesome.

This is the best place I have ever been for dry cleaning. To start off, their costumer service is beyond expectations. I was here today for the first time and Diane/ Michael were the first to greet me. They welcomed me, and introduced themselves and the company. I later got introduced to Aldwin, the representative for shoes… he was able to educate me on proper care of my shoes. After they gave me a full run down of the process, the were able to ensure the best quality the could possibly provide, and quote me at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be coming back, and I recommend that you do too. :) Thanks Parklane team!!

I found them on the internet. I sent an email to them asking the cost and time it would take to dry clean my down-filled duvet. They promptly replied and answered my questions. They told me it usually takes 3-4 days to do the duvet. I dropped it off and to my surprise, they notified me a day later to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I noticed that they have a drive thru window and they also deliver! It was a great experience. I am definitely going to use them in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

Michael and Diane are very friendly and educated about the business. When Park Lane Cleaners removed a stubborn foundation stain from my white blouse, I was seriously impressed. Despite my reservations and lack of faith that the stain could be removed, the results far exceeded my highest hopes. What I value most, though, is the outstanding customer service they provide in addition to their expertise and efficiency with the apparel. I always leave with a smile on my face ☺️ Definitely my favourite dry cleaners

I had an emergency situation- had a dress that needed to be in pristine condition after it was sponsored for an event. Every place I called or showed it to was not confident in their ability to remove the stains but parklane EASILY removed ALL of them and the dress is in complete perfect condition now. I am so impressed by the quality of their work, and customer service. Definitely will be coming to them for all my dry cleaning/ alteration needs from now on. Thank you so much!!!

By far the best dry cleaners in all of Toronto & GTA!!! I dry clean 90% of my wardrobe and I’ve never had such a good experience at a dry cleaners, the customer service is fantastic. I had a shirt with yellow stains & leather dye stains and they were able remove all the stains like they were never there. After multiple dry cleaners not being able to remove the stains and also stating that it was impossible to remove. Park lane dry cleaners have done the impossible!!!

The best dry cleaners hands down! Been going there for over three years, not even a disappointment by them. Not long ago, I took my Canada Goose jacket to be altered and dry cleaned, their length of time to dry clean, I was delighted with the results. I cannot recommend this place enough going forward to anyone that cares to listen! My go-to cleaner. Mike runs a fantastic service, with a quick turn around. I first went to Park Lane to clean some winter jackets. Mike handled my North Face and Canada Goose with care and also took the time to inform me about the jacket’s warranty to fix some fraying on the sleeve. I recently came to get two suits hemmed and pressed, and Mike handled them so well. I could not recommend this place enough.

Needed to dry clean 2 winter down jackets, one with visible old food stains. Got a quote over the phone Sunday late night, great price, and discount for 1st time customers. Jackets all finished Monday early afternoon, looks like brand new, no sign of stains, and fur trim was cleaned and brushed. Amazing service and speed. Will recommend to others and will come back for my other dry cleaning needs

Amazing customer service! I’ve always had a smaller waist and bigger thighs making it next to impossible to get a perfect fitted jean/pant. I was recommended by the owner Michael to alter at the waist to accentuate my curves better and I can honestly say I’ve never been more satisfied! I can happily wear my pants again with confidence. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service.

I LOVE this location!!! They always go above and beyond to meet my needs. I have never been disappointed with their work and service. I am always greeted with smiles and happy Staff when I go in. I really don’t know what I’d do without Parklane. I go here so much for everything from alterations, hemming, dry cleaning. They’re really good at what they do, their prices are very fair and their service is really fast. I have never gone in with a shrunken item, tough stain, or items that don’t fit well that they haven’t been able to fix.

Small cleaner with a big heart. My wife and I have been bringing our cleaning here for several years. Always nice to be greeted with a smile and having our names remembered. It just doesn’t happen enough in a big city such as Toronto. And yes, they do excellent work on your garments. Financial disclosure: none.

Great service, they make sure you’re satisfied with their dry cleaning. I took a pressed suit in my luggage and it was still wrinkle free upon arrival. You get for what you paid, I always prefer on-site service rather than the cheaper places where they ship it to dry cleaning factories.
