I got a ticket for accidentally entering the wrong License Plate number even though I paid the daily rate of $22.00. Contacted Customer Service to explain the situation and all I received was a voicemail letting me know that my fee ($85.00 at that point) would not be waived and that their advice was to "put the correct license plate number from now on" (thank you for the condescending expertise). I used to park here at least once a week, and paid the daily rate every time. Since they cannot accommodate for a one-time human error, I will be finding parking elsewhere.
