Saya tak mengerti apa memang standar pelayanan peniaga bonia parkson memang seperti ini, atau keberadaan saya yang menyebalkan untuk mereka. Tapi buyer memang butuh waktu memilih kan?? Peniaga dingin, malah kasar menurut saya, saya memilih 1 bag, sepertinya dia akan memberikan saya tas display, i asked a new one la.. Dy datang bawa tas baru, dy lempar k meja, brug!! Pada peniaga senior , Saya menanyakan perihal apakah tas ini diskon, n dy jawab kamu lihat dulu saja di online.. Saya datang ke toko saat itu, langsung, why i should see online?? That the best answer u can give it to me?? Saya tahu kamu sibuk tapi tak patut lah jawab begitu, apa memang kamu ga butuh pembeli?? Saya bertanya loh, tidak minta dilayanin, saya yang hampiri kamu, bukan memanggil kamu mendekat k saya. Saat mau membayar saya mesti membayar di costumer service lantai 6. Karena pembayaran akan dipotong dengan tas yg saya refund. Peniaga sperti keberatan, dan bertanya kemudian menghubungi temannya bahwa dia akan ke atas, apakah kalian kekurangan pegawai?? saya mencoba sabaaarrrrrr, sabarrr sekali atas perlakuan mereka. Ini adalah kedua kali saya belanja d bonia parkson.. dan memanglah pelayanannya sama aja. Ini adalah hari terakhir saya menginjakkan kaki untuk belanja di parkson, saya tidak akan pernah kembali. Saya mau mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Mr. UDIN yang assisted me dan prepared everything sampai proses refund selesai. He have done a wonderful service!!!

Visiting from Australia this once fine department store has become a joke. The staff do not care whether you buy anything and stand taking amongst themselves. Women’s shoes is the worst for this. If you dare buy anthing it takes forever. In a high tech world it appears it’s a manual system requiring double handling and paper work. It doesn’t end there - having removed every cash cash register you can only pay at one service centre where everybody who wants to buy something on an e tire floor is lined up. The line is long and takes forever as every customer stands and waits. Someone in front of me in women’s clothing was buying four baskets of Xmas decorations so 11 of us waited over 25minutes for this to be processed by a lone cashier. Other staff stood around doing nothing. I l dumped my would be purchases and left. What a terrible way to make money- by not takingit from customers. Dumbest thing ever. Go before midday or don’t go. It is tedious to know if you want to buy something it will take so long you may as well not bother.

Had the worst experience that i’ve ever experienced in parkson “elite”. I regret that i didnt manage to read this worker’s name tag but i know for sure that she’s chinese and was working around geox in women shoes section on 21/12/2023 at around 8-9pm at that time. I was looking at the Geox shoes and she shouted at me from afar about the Christmas sale.. i thought i could’ve just let it go at first. Then i asked her whether the price tagged on the shoes are already the price after the discount or not and she shouted again “you look there by yourself and see lah how much”.. without any signs or whatsoever, how am i supposed to know whether the price were discounted or whether there will be further discounts?! She’s not well-trained and I’m blaming it on Parkson.

This is the high-end version of the humble Parkson department store. It is very enjoyable to shop here, especially during the promotion period. You can find more higher end items and quite a lot of them. Love their shoes department, the home decor department is sensational too. They carry some of the best variety of ethnic fashions for festivities such as Chinese New Year and Hari raya. In many ways, it is the rival of the fabulous Isetan.

My daughter purchased a bracelet that unfortunately broke on the first day she wore it. When we returned to the store after a week, the counter staff pleasantly surprised us by remembering my daughter. They promptly inspected the bracelet and, without any hesitation, replaced it with a brand new one. This level of attentive and efficient customer after-sales service truly impressed us.

Huge Parkson department store located at different level of Pavilion KL shopping mall. Plenty of items from different brands can be found here, from attire (both male & female), cosmetics, household items, etc. Environment is relaxing and shopping was pleasant. Price is rather reasonable. Staffs were kind and attentive.

Service was good; items was arranged nicely; easier to buy and locate; loved thw section for home such as saucers; parking valet cochere is the nearest; straight to the shopping mall coffee bean on your right and left Dome; centre are all the exhibition is any during festive season

Large department store with a few floors. Had good bargains in December Xmas period. Honest staff. My daughter lost her handphone at the women's section. A kind male staff told us he found it and left it at Customer Service. We retrieved it to our relief! Kudos to Parkson!

I had an extremely pleasant shopping experience on 28.12.23 by Mr Mumaimin from the My Ballerine store in Parkson Pavilion. He went above and beyond to provide us with such a good shopping experience. Kudos to the team for having such a good employee!

Visited the cosmetics floor. Loved it as usual. Well, we have reward points from both Parkson and Bonus Link cards. Very rewarding indeed. Triumph lingerie gave a birthday month gift of a RM60 voucher. Enjoyed my shopping spree very much.

Most of the staff is not welcoming and the man who wrap my gifts at Service Counter is emotional and wrap my gift together with the price tag. Like common sense who wants to see a price after opening a gift?? Its so embarrassing

Many branded things from clothing, cosmetics and designer fragrances are sold here. I've luckily found and bought a perfume I've been looking for at this store whereas most cosmetic stores were out of stock.

I love this department store chain! They have beautiful clothes for all shapes and sizes. Sellers can be a little too pushy and come forwards right into your face while you are looking at the damn clothes .

A lady for customer service staff of wizard wardrobe dept is not helpful at all...hopefully the management send her for training...image of parkson elite will impact because of her bad attitude

Great variety of choices, the best Parkson Elite branch, a comparison made as we've been to all three of them. The service is very average, not as good as the one in Gurney, Penang.

One point where you can buy clothing for everyone. Lots of excellent collections. Staffs were good and helped us in finding right one. Had a good experience.
