This firm is only about their money. If you are looking for a social security lawyer please run and don’t look back. My case was being handled by Alana who never reached out to me for updates or anything. I was always calling to check in on my case. I recently moved and all my mail was still going to my old address when IMA group (ssi doctors) sent me a letter to visit 2 specialist I received the letters on a Thursday and the appointment was on a Monday. Luckily my old neighbor saw my mail in the building and gave it to me. I called the day of my appointment and the manager (Shailen) didn’t even know that I had an appointment he apologized and promised to change my paralegal and nothing happened I had to call back 9 days later before my next appointment I called back and asked to speak to shailen ans he sent a message to me Via the receptionist he couldn’t even come on the phone. They do not care about your case. Please go to another firm. Dont hesitate at all. They posted that they spoke to me 15 times most of the calls was me calling asking to speak to my paralegal and requesting for call backs.I have not discussed my case 15 times.That does not change the fact that they do not make. Look at their vague response it didn’t even seem sincere but instead an excuse.

Terrible experience, My lawyer was Michael Gruber which i never spoke to not even once. The paralegal assigned to the case was Katchuska Joseph which was utterly useless in the whole process. Half the time i could not understand what the paralegal was saying over the phone, i thought she was high on xannax or something. I asked her to follow up with emails after our phone conversation just in case i missed something or forgot it, that way i could have it on file, which she never did once! She acted as if i was aware of the whole process and did a terrible job explaining everything. Not only that it was impossible to reach the Paralegal by phone, I had to constantly call her supervisor in order to get a response. They are terrible, just leeched onto my case and barely followed up with anything. I highly recommend using a different law firm for you legal needs. Thanks for the terrible experience!

Since my case started my workers comp lawyer has changed so many times. No one calls you give you updates and when you call you get the run around. I feel like I have to do things myself. I send emails and no response. For the disability part my lawyer Debbie Washington was amazing. She constantly stayed in touch with me and made sure I was awear of everything. They workers comp part of this firm is the worse. I have expressed my dissatisfied and it doesn't seem to matter. So disappointing. I am speaking about the way my attorney changes I am not notified and the communication is lacking. Funny that since my review communication has picked up. My post did its job. For the record I never said my case was files or established successfully. I said communication needs to improve

All I can say I wish I never used them.I was told they didn't have my medical records from doctors they sent me to.I had to use my private insurance to get help I need from a workmans comp case. I would think twice before using this firm.
