We moved to Peachtree Hills about a year and a half ago and began using them since they were a local business. They were friendly up until they damaged our comforter. Of course when we pointed out the damages the owner persistently asked what we might have done to damage it and denied that they ruined it. I am sorry but we do not have time to make things up. After belittling and blaming us for what they did he started pointing at a sign stating they have nothing to do with damages. Quite frankly, I think it is rude that we bring in a perfectly dark gray and black comforter and they do not have the decency and respect to own up for their mistake and show us the half dollar sized cream colored spot they got on it. He did not offer us a refund for the cost of cleaning/damaging it. We will not be using them anymore and definitely do not recommend any business who is dishonest and disrespectful to their customers.
Started out good. Open Late. close to home. Until they mess up your service order, then you're on your own. They are more than happy to take your business but will not own up or take responsibility when they mess up. Mistakes happen. I was perfectly fine with that. But not owning up to it and expecting me to take all the inconveniences their mistakes have caused is NOT OK. The person i spoke to even had the audacity to give me attitude. "Mistakes happen... what do you want me to do about it?!" At the very least, i am thankful they reached out to me before ruining my shirts so they are definitely not at the 1 star level.
A few weeks ago I dropped off several fairly valuable garments which I had just pulled out of storage for the first time in almost 10 years. Two of the items had several stains on them and another had started turning yellow with age. Needless to say I had pretty low expectations, but I decided to have them professionally cleaned before giving up hope completely. Not only did Peachtree Hills Cleaners restore my garments to perfect condition, they did so at a very reasonable cost.
I went to wash my king size down comforter in their commercial size washer. The place has an old school vibe. Everyone that past by the store front got a "Good Morning!" and a smile from the owner. When I went to ask for more quarters for the driers, she told me to leave it to her and come back in 3 hours. She finished processing my comforter through the drier for nothing but the cost of running the machines, so I didnt have to sit around and wait. Such a sweet heart!
Definitely an "old school vibe" because is stuck in 1977. Awful wall hangings do nothing to cheer up or clean up the place. Coin laundry machines OK, dryers hot (but they do not count down). With the dry cleaning prices, you'd think they could replace the floor or cover it, maybe paper the restroom or at least put paper towels in there. In the 21st century, why be mediocre? They need a wash basin, a recycling bin and much more.
These folks are fantastic. I had to drop off a huge load (I'm talking hundreds) of towels for a production in Atlanta, and they took it with grace and professionalism. They got that huge order done way before any other cleaner in Atlanta with professional service and wonderful attitudes. I totally recommend them.
In eight years of using this cleaners, I've never had any issues and always had fast and friendly service. Anytime there was an item in questions they'd call or mark areas of concern. This is a very good cleaner and would highly recommend.
They did a great job it was hard to really clean my white suit and then they charge me $22 for a one suit and a shirt which I thought was too much won't go back it was a cleaner down the street charge less for one suit and a shirt
This place is convenient to my house so bummed it isn't better. They use machines that are harsh in your clothes (busted buttons etc). The Asian lady never listens to my requests as respects ironing and starch amounts.
Damaged our down comforter during their cleaning of it, completely ignored the care instructions. Will be coming back for money to purchase a replacement, nothing further after that.
Real nice and helpful personel. Very convenient for neighborhood. They even keep up with leftover clothes.
Great cleaners. Have been using them for years. Always reliable. Super nice!
They did a nice job with my wedding dress. VERY fair price.
Very reliable and friendly! Use them weekly.
Great people. Love to do my laundry.
