Where do I begin. Let's start with honesty. With Peking Express it's always a 50/50 chance you'll get exactly what you want or your food will end up being a catastrophe. The last time I ordered from here it was the latter. Not only did my food arrive late but it also tasted like mush and im not overexaggerating. I ordered salmon sushi and the spicy miso ramen. Tell me how the salmon did not look healthy at all. The coloring of the fish was off and since the rice in the sushi was overcooked (or was boiled with too much water) it basically turned into baby food as soon as you popped one piece into your mouth. The salmon also fell apart easily too and the wasabi was not fresh at all. Plus there was leftover food attached to the soda bottle they gave me and in all honestly if you would've seen it then it would have turned you off completely too. I give Peking and 2 star rating than 1 because there are times when I actually order from here and the food is good but then there are other times (like the one I wrote about above) that just simply shouldn't happen from a restaurant that tries to feed people food. Peking also made a terrible spicy miso ramen with my order because they basically threw the pack of ramen noodles that comes in those 99 cent packs that you get from the corner store into the broth and cooked it that way. I'M SERIOUS GUYS! Then the broth had no taste in it and just tasted like hot water so yeah I was pretty disappointed. I wasted my money. The last time I ordered from Peking the soup and sushi was actually good but this time it's just unacceptable. Peking won't be getting my money again. Why order from a restaurant that gives you a 50/50 percent chance if they prepare their meals correctly or not? That's up to you but I would rather dine at a trusted restaurant so every time i order something I know exactly how it'll turn out.
I placed an order and when it was delivered one of the items was missing. I called the Peking Express number, who then tried to make me pay again for the order that they forgot! When I explained I had already paid for it, they still wanted to charge me for the missing item. When the driver called me he indicated he would pay for it-- and I told him the dish was already paid for-- it was horrible behavior trying to make the customer feel as if they were in the wrong! On top of that, on the receipt they jacked up the prices of all the items and gave the prices for the Combination special plates (which ended at 4pm and my order was at 630 pm so it shouldn't have been applied anyway) and neglected to give me the prices for THE ALL DAY SPECIAL COMBINATION. False receipts and an attitude when the customer is right is appalling in the food service. The driver who initially did the delivery was nice and even called me back, which was sweet and even offered to pay for the missing dish even though I again tried to explain that I had already paid for it. The second driver who delivered the missing dish delivered it without even looking me in the eyes. Rough crowd. Go to sakura's. You'll be better off.
Awesome food!! Sushi rolls Rolled in front of you freshly made!! (just make sure that you leave someone in the car if eating late- Very unsavory people "hang" there because there's a liquor store and a bar/club next and across the street. Almost totally forgot to mention that you should order your food in advance by phone because there is usually no parking space!! I mean noooo parking!! People triple park there causing unnecessary conflict between cars that have been there and the cars that are just arriving look6for a parking spot!! Only when Cops push everyone along the the flow remain constant and the conflicts remain minimal. Preventing incidents is the key to keeping people safe while purchasing their food!! What I like most is that as you're placing your order they remember what you like and how you like it the next time you order from them. I've also destroyed the pronunciation of their thank yous but they smile in acceptance of my attempt to show gratitude for their services!! They are also one of very few Chinese food places that offer you both a mint and sanitary antibacterial hand sanitizer!! Their sushi is never dry
They are so CHEAP. I ordered a large general tso's chicken (11$) for my Dad. These people sent a small rice. I call and tell them they made a mistake and they tried to tell me that a large general tso's comes with a small rice. Then he proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a large rice that I would have to pay extra. I am 30 years old and I have never in my life had to pay extra for the rice that comes with the meal. Its only an extra 2$ but on principle alone I refused. He told me I should order from another Chinese place next time. This is why I don't order Chinese food. They come into our neighborhood to make money off of us and have the audacity to be disrespectful because they know they can be disrespectful and not worry about losing business. Never getting my money again. My Dad said it didn't even taste that great either.
TODAY WAS FAST FOOD CHEAT DAY! ! ! We're in the mood for Chinese + this place nailed it. Peking Express is MY KIND of Chinese take-out spot : -Lady who took our order was attentive + friendly -Service was prompt (we were greeted, ordered, paid cashier & were out the door in under 5 minutes ) -Portions were GENEROUS (excellent for "ALL calories welcome here" day) -Convenient parking (in Smart and Final shopping center) -3 combo plate options ($5.45 for 1-item, $6.45 for 2-items, $7.95 for 3-items) Pretty sure todays caloric-intake is off the charts, but hey it was ohhh so worth it. This place is PERFECT for those Chinese take-out+netflix date nights. Photo of Peking Express - Riverside, CA, United States Photo of Peking Express - Riverside, CA, United States
I ordered food from this place almost everyday for a year since I work in the area.. recently I made an order which took very long , i called to find out why and I was told it’s only been 45 mins so I cancelled the order. An hour and 15 mins later the driver called to deliver the food and I informed her that I called and cancelled...the next day I called to make my regular order which I did almost everyday for a year and I was told “We do not deliver to that area” I said sir you haven’t asked for the address yet what do you mean? I was then informed that they won’t deliver to me because I cancelled that one order after being a faithful customer for a year! Very disappointing v
I love their food!! The only place in this neighborhood where you can get sushi rolls, their bento boxes are always tasty. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of this one old man who delivers the food, he likes to try and short your change, and talk about his tip, which I don't mind tipping my delivery people, but don't hold my money and demand that I give you a tip! When I finally got him to give me all my money I told him I would not tip him only because he tried to short change me and keep my $5, he cursed at me in his language. Aside from that butthole this is a great little place.
This is the best Asian restaurant ever and I have been to so many. Since I found Peking Express I have no need to go anywhere else. Both Chinese & Japanese dishes are tasty. Because the food is so good I branched out from the regular orders and started to order food on the menu just to try and I am never disappointed. The duck , Japanese pancake and Spicy Kani will have a party in you mouth I guarantee it. Take it from a picky eater...my husband is surprised a restaurant actually pleased me.

My sister was craving bubble tea and I was craving sushi, we came across this place after a quick google search We did have to wait out front for a while before we could order even though the place was empty. We ordered the shrimp tempura roll that was great and my sister had the strawberry milk with strawberries bubbles and she loved it. Overall, the place was pretty good I think we’ll definitely be back.

Food came quicker than expected. I ordered General Tso Chicken With White Rice & Spring Rolls. Spring rolls were excellent. Chicken was a little over cooked but was still good. I thought it would be spicy but it wasn’t at all. I’m surprised how much food you get. For $10 it was a real bargain. Enough food to feed at least 2-3 people. They could cut the amount of food in half and charge $4 and it would bring them in more $ at the end of the day. If I wasn’t traveling I’d order from them again.
I stumbled across this lil hidden gem on my way to JFK. its a take out only restaurant. They offer Chinese, Japanese food and/or sushi. The variety they offer is staggering and the food is delicious and plentiful!!! May be a tad pricey but you get a bang for your buck AND so worth it!! The bowls are huge! The taste amazing!! Too bad this place is so far from my house in the Bx but next time I'm around, ill be sure to make a stop there! Sorry but I don't have any pictures
Sushi is old and defrosted. Terrible taste and fishy odor which is very dangerous to your health. I have been eating sushi for years and I can tell that you would get sick after eating. The beef teriyaki is overcooked and dry and basically soaked in teriyaki sauce. The gyoza is falling apart and soaked in oil. I think the only thing I enjoyed from this place was the miso soup. I would avoid at all cost unless you want to get sick and lose your money.
We order from Peking Express at least once a week. My kids love their sushi - and I enjoy their Peking Duck. I will admit it tends to be on the salty side at times and for some it might be overwhelming but for me, it’s good enough. Their wings are quite good and their shumai is delicious. I love the Chinese/Japanese fusion. Also their delivery man is affable, always delivering with a smile.

The food is great. I especially love their avocado salad. The staff is very nice and friendly. I like that I can combine both Chinese and Japanese platters into my order.

The Buddha delight is my go to when I'm not eating meat
Potential to be a great place. The duck was salty and tough but the beef buns were great, had to wait 30mins for those 2 things I ordered and they got cold before I are them so why did I wait so long. Need to make a few changes to these menu items because its alot so I'm sure alot is pre prepared which is fine once it's taste good, I'll still order more in the future but hope this review helps to improve things :)
I loved the entire experience from easy online ordering, to fast delivery service to delicious food! I got the lunch special and it's so much food for what you pay for! The lunch specials are awesome.

Can't say enough. We order from here at least once a week if not more and everything on the menu is great. They are super polite and fast and priced very reasonably. Give the sushi a try, the rolls and lunch specials are good sized portions and a pocket pleasing price. Highly recommend, haven't had any bad experiences with these guys and we've been buying from them for a few years now.
I enjoy ordering from here. I usually get california rolls, miso soup, shrimp dumplings and sea weed salad mostly on Friday nights for dinner with the kids. They love it. I call ahead place my order then pickup in person. No complaints, it's a quick go to spot. I need to explore the menu some more but so far what I get is always good. It's well packaged, comes with lots of soy sauce.
I lived right across the street from them for a while and became one of my favorite Chinese food places. My usual go to is Boneless spare ribs with plain pork fried rice. If I'm feeling for something a Bit extra. The Peaking Duck is delicious. I have recently moved not to far away. There is another chinese restaurant closer to me now but I still Order delivery from here instead.
Their food is amazing and they offer meals that aren’t offered anywhere else close by in the neighborhood. I love their poke bowls and buns. The ramen is top notch too. The food is always fresh and tastes good. Some things are a bit pricey but I think the prices are fair for what is offered. Getting those things delivered to my house is a great service. I have no complaints.
Best Chinese and Japanese food in the area. Chinese food is always full of flavor and worth the price. Combination platters are soooo good. The sushi is always fresh never bad. Never felt sick from eating it. Paiten Ramen is AMAZING. Great flavor and presentation. They also have other Japanese treats. They need to expand because they're the best in the area.
Customers always Right, Uh not here, customer services sucks, they talk over you when you are sharing your dissatisfaction, my order arrived incomplet my chopsticks was missong, my chicken was missing, I was told to come in and view camera, well had I had a vehicle i wouls have driven somewhere else. Patronising them for YEEEEEAASRRS..HA HA ON ME
I have had nothing but good experiences here. I love their shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce and their sashimi although slightly expensive is always fresh and delicious. Service fast and the delivery person is a pleasure to deal with. None of those rude tip demanding guys. This has become my go to Chinese spot.
Wish i had gone somewhere else. Sweet/sour sauce is so artificial. Dumplings are obviously pre-made frozen. And the dipping sauce is just off... general tsos was just odd. Prompt delivery. But otherwise wont be ordering from here again.

This is the best Chinese/sushi restaurant in the entire Richmond hill area. Number one for taste and number one for customer satisfaction. They don’t just want your money. You get a spectacular dish when you order from here. They are authentic . Every dish is above any other Chinese restaurant I ever ordered from.
The food was fantastic! Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. The Garlic Naan was some of the best Naan I've had. The Mushroom Tandori was very flavorful and the mushrooms were cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back!

Place an order online get charged over $70 immediately, after waiting for a while give them a call and they deny ever getting the order. Then they say oh sorry laughed and say i placed it when they were closed. I placed the order 45 minutes before close and it was simple rolls.
come on! a Japanese restaurant on Rockaway Blvd? I was surprised and even more better its great. The restaurant's Combination Chinese/Japanese is worth checking out and the price! well! lets just say I pick up twice week for dinner at home. check ✔ the peking duck bowl .
Amazing food, Delicious sushi at my finger tips, im in heaven. Honest people as well. I ordered food paid for it with a $50 bill and forgot my change of $25.75. they must have got my phone # from the caller id so they called me to make me aware that I forgot my change.
I ordered sushi from them delivery. This was by far the best sushi I’ve had since I moved to NY. And the price is the best part. Great food and great prices. So glad I chose them!

Even though they have calls coming to them and stuff. But to me, they service seems a bit slow to me, I ordered for my pops a few times from here, but slow service, but good food and a little tadbit pricy. And their chicken wings sucks. No lie!!!
Lady on the phone was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Food came in 15-20 minutes after ordering. Delivery man was also very friendly and the food was very decent as well. They also added some extra love to my order.
I love their vegetarian ramen! So amazing and comes in a separate bowl with broth. Not the best picture, but I couldn't wait to eat lol. Delicious ramen delivery (spicy miso broth) & the tofu skin was sooo incredible …
Found a hand roll joint in the boonies, far from Austin St and the Queens Corridor, Sushi and California rolls in a hurry and they deliver. Decent lunch menu, takeout only - plus regular Chinese restaurant takeout also...
The rice use to be good. Now they are using a cheap clumpy rice. It’s gross, balls of unflavored soft nastiness. Do better, We Expect More…

Not bad food but they are sooo busy with orders that you wonder how Anyone gets their food on time with such a tiny spot. I'd say they need to work on not over cooking things and not adding too much soy sauce.
There food is good. and i like the fact they have a variety of things you can choose. Also if you love sushi this is the place for you. They have stuff on there menu that you wont see at other chinese spots.
Besides some of the delivery people being rude. Best chinese food in queens everything seem just a bit fresher then anything around. Sushi is amazing and affordable.
They have great collection of foods, starting from their Ramen to their teriyaki. The foods are top class and definitely one of my favorite place to take away from.
The food is good if it's fresh but sometimes it's not fresh at all I have gotten moldy dumplings and expired shrimp fried rice
