Preface: I have not been to this location, just spoke to Louis (the Manager) on the phone. We are planning on and looking forward to coming through and shopping with you in person soon! Louis was super helpful and professional throughout the call. He is very knowledgeable, but also willing to admit (which I think is super important) that he doesn't know everything and that he constantly updates and refreshes his knowledge - a quality that speaks to his professionalism and care. He provided me information about their dental cleaning services and gave me their contact information as well. Louis also shared with me some of the resources on Youtube that he uses to stay on top of Pet Nutrition. All in all, I love Pet Express and look forward to keeping them as our one-stop shop for all of our kitties' needs.

Best place for cat food and they were very helpful in deciding what would be best for my senior cat. They only cary medium to high grade dog and cat food. So you know your gonna get the best food for your pet. My cat is 18yo recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, gave him the medication my vet prescribed but he was still sluggish and just seemed like not himself after changing his diet, adding a higher grade mainly protein to his diet. he has become much more active and alert. I've since been reading up on what types of cat food are best (basically higher protein, no corn meal or wheat) and this place has most of the cat food that are recommended, including raw meet blends,, goat milk, and others. This place is the best!

Bella & Jax both Love the Food & Treats I purchase from Pet Express. All is Very Healthy for them. I Love the Customer Service Everyone there is Awesome! If they don’t have what you are looking for they will special order it for you and if you are trying something new with your pet and they don’t like it simply bring it back and they will refund you. A small pet store with a lot of heart!

Fantastic experience! I came to this store by “accident”, universe works in mysterious ways. The staff here make the whole difference from any other place you can choose. They are knowledgeable and always caring. My dogs life has changed since meeting this staff. He is healthy and much more active and joyful! I am grateful.

This place is great, it has high quality pet food that I can’t find anywhere else. And the people who work there seem to know a lot about animals and will give it advice about which products are most popular, etc. Prices seem reasonable and I just read that they have free delivery which we haven’t tried it.

Love to support local, small business family owned!! This place is here since 2001 and I never knew they have another location in West LA. I buy K9 Natural and Small batch for my dog and they simply have the best prices and service. Really great place to shop for the best products. 5 starts!!!!!!

It’s easy to pass on Google maps but trust that Pet Express is in fact in this business parking lot, it’s just tucked away in the corner. My fiancé says they have a great selection and she’s a very picky dog mom and a bit ungrateful at times. There she is in the photo …

Small local retailer that I highly recommend,prices are much cheaper then other local pet food stores on avg I saved 3-5 dollar per 25lb bag of premium dog food,they also carry fresh and freeze.dried food,customer service is very good,great return policy in foods as well

I love shopping at Pet Express . Great selection of products and the staff is very knowledgeable. They do FREE delivery to your door and I use this service a lot. Billy is the best cat so while you shopping he can play with your dog. Highly recommended.

I stopped by here to just check it out since I usually go to the Healthy Spot that’s nearby, I couldn’t believe how low their prices were on our dog’s favorite foods like The Honest Kitchen & Zignature. This is officially our new Go-To Pet Store!!!

This place is great! I stop by with my two dogs and they give them treats, which they love. More important, they’re very informative when dogs have problems. My dog had diarrhea and their suggestion worked like a miracle.

I've ordered dog tags from Pet Express a couple of times now as we moved to a new house. I will continue to use them as the tags are good quality and the order comes quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Pet Express

Simply THE BEST. Small, family-owned. They have everything and if they don’t have it, they’ll order it for you (they even order for me the organic chicken feed I use). And their prices match everyone else’s!

An excellent pet store with a huge variety of top healthy brands including the one my doggies love (Fromm!) And it's hard to top the extra friendly customer service. Plus the store kitty is adorable!
