My puppy has very bad allergies too all types of food and I was really stressing out and the lady I spoke to called Karen on the phone told me to come down and she’ll show me all the different ingredients in the food and what he may or may not be allergic too. I took my puppy down to her and she was so lovely and helpful, she helped me with all different types of food teaching me what’s good and what’s not for my breed of dog & even gave me a sample of this certain food to try with him. The other lady helped me choose the best harness for my dog as he has a pigeon chest. Both such lovely friendly people and so so helpful. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much ladies x

Have recently visited Pets corner Upminster for food advice for my new puppy Bertie. It was great service so when I was having problems with him marking the stair landing, I decided to pop down to get some more advice! The service I received was brilliant. Was given a great tip on what to do to prevent him doing it again and how I should behave too! Recommended a spray to clean and prevent which has worked perfectly! Bertie hasn’t been to the toilet inside since! The staff are lovely and so knowledgeable and helpful Will continue to visit for all my needs! I’m a very keen gardener so shop at the nursery too!

I visited the shop a couple of weeks ago and I forgot my lead. The friendly kind lady in charge lent me a lead. I ended up buying 2 leads as they were such great quality. I have since been back to buy pet treats etc. I love this pet shop, staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome. The place is really big and has such a variety of dog treats/toys/food. Totally recommend, you won’t be disappointed because you can park easily and pick up some great quality stuff. Just to add, you can take dogs and there is a cafe there. I didn’t even know this place existed till recently.

I cannot recommend pets corner Upminster enough the store itself has everything you need from puppy to adult dog! I took my miniature dachshund to the puppy socialising class on a Saturday morning where both Karen and Michelle were amazing they showed us things to help our pup socialise with other dogs and we got to meet other doggy mums. They also made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. Wished we could carry on going it was so welcoming. I will be continuing to visit the store for my pups treats and just to see them as there customer service was 10/10.

I've been taking my puppy to the socialisation classes here on a Saturday morning and he absolutely loves it! He can't get in there quick enough. The staff Karen and Michele are so welcoming and friendly, they are also very knowledgeable and will always offer their advice, in a helpful not pushy way. The shop has a vast amount of toys and treats too, which my pup loves and now I will only buy his treats from here. As a first time puppy owner i'm so grateful to the ladies here for helping me on the right path. A fantastic place. Highly recommended

We absolutely love Pets Corner but what made visiting the Upminster store so memorable was Karen. She is an absolute credit to this store and the business. Her passion for the job & genuine kind and caring nature was abundantly obvious from the minute we walked in. Nothing was too much hassle and she was only too happy to help and offer advice ahead of the arrival of our puppy. She even added us to the free free puppy socialisation classes. Popped in today as had never been in a Pets Corner before and I'm blown away! The gentleman in the store was so helpful and knowledgable about all the products, and really took his time to understand what would be best for my dog. Pup is over the moon with his new treats and I will be making this my regular store as the quality and the choice of items are brilliant and so are the staff. Don't think I will ever go in to a certain high street pet store again!

This morning I popped into the Upminster shop for a number of items for my 2 dachshunds . Karen was absolutely superb in all aspects of her customer service. She spent quality time with me measuring the dogs for the correct coats, advising on treats and toys- as well as providing excellent advice on the car safety aspects of harnessing dogs. I can’t recommend her highly enough and came away thinking if only all shops were this helpful! Thank you so much !

After attending puppy club for the past 6 weeks with Oakley the yorkie poo or as Karen calls him the horse, I wanted to say a massive thank you to Karen and Michelle for their advice, tips and general help throughout our time there. The sessions are fantastic for puppies to start socialising in a safe space we only wish it continued after he is 18 weeks old!!! Thank you both so much and we will definitely be back very soon. You will see him prancing in!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly in this branch of Pets Corner. We have just bought a new puppy and they have been so enthusiastic in providing us with advice regarding its many needs. They have also had everything we have needed on their shelves. We now look forward to visiting the branch again, once our puppy has had his 2nd vaccination, to get his new collar and lead. If you own an pet then this is the place to go!

Our Maltipoo pup had an absolute blast at puppy hour. Karen was helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. She gave us tips about puppy behaviour & body language, also so much information about the breed in particular. The store itself is so well stocked. We found some lovely toys and treats. Will definitely be coming back to shop here. Me & pup cant recommend Karen & the Upminster store enough.

Me and my partner went in on Sunday, and had an amazing gentleman help us, I forgot his name sadly! He spent good quality time with us going through everything regarding our new member reggie, our puppies French bulldog! I learned more from him then anyone else I have spoken too! Karen and Steve offer a different experience at PetsCorner. You will receive a warm welcome and expert knowledge on all pet care. But when it comes to pet food? What they don’t know isn’t worth knowing. I was at my wits end with my puppies stomach issues and I left with a high quality food and a way forward which has worked. Thank you Karen and Steve

Always helpful over the years and have most items we need. We recently discussed issues about our cat not eating well so we were looking for an alternative to try whilst waiting for a vets appointment. Staff provided us with various samples, one of which was preferred by our cat so we have returned for larger packets on more than one occasion

I asked cashier about pricing she said she wasn't sure ‍♀️ why wasn't she sure? She knew last time! Overpowering smell of meat products as you enter. Too smelly to stay in there too long!

My Lurcher Kofie had a long-term digestion problem, and I wasn't sure in which direction to turn to assist him. The staff at Pets Corner, advised that some of the food I had already was suitable, and a further kibble for sensitive digestions would provide variety. I did as advised, and the problem was solved within days.

Visited Pets Corner, Upminster today to purchase a harness for one of our dogs. The young lady who came to help us was really helpful and a great salesperson, without being "pushy". We have shopped at this store several times in the past and always had very good service and advice. Oh, and the dogs got a treat too!

We went to pets corner today to get advise about dry food for our cockerpoo Bear. A lovely young lady asked if we needed help and she was amazing! Really helped us decide which one to buy. Also said to come back if we needed any more help. Her name was LAUREN. The company should be very proud of her !!

I had the pleasure of visiting this store yesterday and the the experience was AMAZING!! Having recently purchased a kitten, I needed advice on products available in particular dietary advice. Karen's knowledge, passion and customer service was exceptional. Look forward to returning soon.

Friendly welcome, well-stocked shelves, quality dog / cat /wild bird products. Pick n Mix dog treats. Only fault: the font size of your signage and having to crouch down to read it. Pricey but nice to visit with our old dogs for some healthy treats.

Been using this pet store for our dogs food supplies for a while now…. The staff are super friendly and have brilliant product knowledge… prices are reasonable too!! …easy to park which is also a great bonus! Top marks …
