Actually no stars. I have a leak under my house. Glen asked me to send an email which I did promptly. After a week with no response I emailed again, and later rang. He'd just had his office forward the week old first email. Apparently they only check emails on Wednesdays. He said he'd be around this afternoon. Late in the afternoon I asked when. He said he couldn't get here now until next week-which would be week 3 since contacting him. Unconscionable. Meanwhile the water inside my downstairs area is wetter, smellier and putting the structure at risk. He could have said he is too busy. I have a different plumber coming tomorrow.

After ringing around on a Friday afternoon to organise a re-piping job and hearing things like "we can't quote for a week" and "It might be two months till I can get to it", hearing Glen at Petterd's say "I'll be round on Monday to have a look and we can get it done on Wednesday" was music to my ears! Glen turned up just when he said he would and got stuck straight in. I saw first hand the quality and pride he puts into his work, not just for the client, but for his own satisfaction. Will definitely be keeping his phone number in my phone!

As a result of post operation problems, I needed to renovate one of my bathrooms to be user-friendly in regard to my physical needs. Petterd's Plumbing could not have been more helpful. They took note of what I wanted, made practical suggestions which either saved me money or improved on my ideas and the end result was fantastic. At a busy period Petterd's were able to quickly and effectively fix my problem. Another expensive, wasteful and ineffective plumber a few months before was a total waste of time and money. Glen at Petterd's called twice to make (then confirm) a time he'd be here, then proceeded to start immediately. The job wasn't an easy one but it was finished in a friendly, efficient and timely manner. Definitely #1 on my plumber call list now.

Phoned to organise a job viewing for a quote and the response was atrocious. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. The response received was arrogant, ignorant and just completely unnecessary. I don't know how you have customers with that attitude.

Our hot water cylinder broke over night, l called Petterds Plumbing just after 7am and they were on site by 9am with a new hot water cylinder. All fixed and with a smile. Great service. I will recommend them to anyone l know that requires a plumber. Thanks again.

After 2 long conversations with them they never bothered contacting the tenant living in our property, leaving him to drink brown rusty water. If tradies do not want the job why can't they just say instead of lying and letting you down! Disgraceful service.
