Yesterday I was unable to park in the free parking because they have finally tarred it. Yes, I'm happy they have done so but then why are they not compensating shoppers who are not visiting Pick 'n Pay for their rebate? I rushed into Pep home and because of a price check I was 2 minutes over my 15 min allocation. 2 MINUTES What if those 2 minutes were spent in the queue at the paypoint? I pressed the help button and asked the lady why I have to pay R8 to park when it's not my fault the free parking is closed. To which she replied that there is no free parking. I agreed and explained that its because the free parking is being tarred but her response was that I'm only allowed 15 minutes parking. Seriously?? How far can you get in 15 minutes?

Trying to get out was like trying to break out of prison. First the machine didn’t take cards or 100 notes, then the ATM’s were spitting out my card because no power, eventually after finding one that would let me draw money, it’s spits out a R100 note, so I go from shop to shop trying to get change after standing in the shop queues, this was the last straw after experiencing incompetency at another shop I don’t care to mention. And the traffic in and around the mall, not worth it!

Be ware that the amount of bathrooms and their location in this centre is inadequate for the amount of shoppers. If you have to go take your own toilette papper. The available facilities are relatively clean however so there is that at least. Also expect a long walk to get there so dont wait to the last minute. I wont plan a dinning outing there as a result even though the restaurants look good.

Very disappointed by the security company at the mall, the one security guard crabbed my cell phone because he thought I took a picture of him. With out my permission he went through my pictures n didn't find a the photo in question. I assumed the security company is there to protect us as shoppers but this one invade privacy, is this what the mall promotes?

Centre is neat and signs are well displayed. Feels safe. They have definitely done a good job in regards to the revamp of the mall. Would definitely recommend going to visit if you have not been in a while. The only down side in my opinion is the potholes in the parking areas and the boom gates sometimes have issues. But the shopping experience is great.

The mall has been quite recently renovated and has a decent selection of stores. Ample parking as well. Very clean and neat. Not a great location in some ways but easily accessible. Not much security around that I could see or people to assist with directions. But definitely a decent mall for sure. Very nice and big dischem and clicks as tenants.

It looks really good after the renovations, with more space and shops added. Located in town, in a very busy area. There is lots of parking in the mall, on the roof top as well as in the different levels of the mall. Generally clean. Has grocery stores, appliance stores, ATMs, restaurants and other stops and stalls for ones convenience.

No complaints. I was a0 bit angry with the tym bank lady (light in completion) who is at pick and pay. I'm an 73yr old lady. She didn't want to help me telling me that I have a purple card she can't help me. I must go to Jet. To me it was a long distance and I was not feeling well. I just wanted to reset the pin. I WA very hurt

Very clean mall variety of stores like most malls but remember at six o'clock evening mall is closed. Parking fees are very reasonable.(something that should done in all malls is the fees should drop. Why get charged an arm and a leg to park for shopping, already money is spent shopping) where else can you park?

This mall is the only big mall in Pinetown. After the riots it's been nicely renovated. The parking cost R8 if you are there for more than 15 min, which I think is too expensive. My daughter was pick pocketed in the centre and I never feel safe going there. It is sad as it was my preferred shopping center

I was nicely surprised to find this mall so neat and the amount of clothing stores to choose from! This is definitely the place to go if you are searching for a new pair of sneakers. I was so happy with the variety of shops and the amount of items on SALE was extraordinary. Will definitely be back.

Shopping center looking great after remoddeling following July riots. Pretty well everything you need in one centre with most of major retailers there. Great food court with all your favorite outlets in one area. Safe parking inside and adjacent to the centre.

Super busy and escalators don't work half the time and the lift is broken so I couldnt get my pram up to the different levels I had to go through the parking ramps which was exhausting, don't know how any disabled people could shop here or the olderly.

Malls alright. Clean and well kept... But there is a taxi rank right next to it. Makes chaos when trying to reach the mall from that side. The tech stores are very good there. Found what we were looking for and it wasn't an easy to get component.

Such a busy popular mall, font actually like going there due to the location but always get what you need .. although 2 of the take aways WAS UPSETTING AND SHOCKING; Exhausted and needed to spoil my kids after lots of sacrifices: thought

Beautiful Mall in the Heart of Pinetown Business District. All major shop chains are located inside. Mall was modernised a few years ago to meet customer ever growing needs. However, I feel uneasy knowing the crime rate in the area.

Very clean, restrooms are easy to find and access, plenty secure parking and everything you need at one place. Do yourselves a favor and experience the greatness of this shopping centre with your family any day of the week

Today was the first day I paid a visit to pine crest center, and let me tell you that the PEDROS chicken there is AMAZING! So everyone if you love Pedro's Chicken this is the place to buy it from you will simply love it. ❤

Not all thier stores have backup when lights go off, had to do my last minute shopping in the dark at one clothing store. However it is a very busy centre with most of the popular stores and convenient for all ur banking

Its disappointing to see thst the centre management has raised the packing fees to punish motorists who were not involved i the July looting.. So we are now paying for the destruction caused by these senseless looters.

Since the free parking was retared it doesn't appear they are allowing anyone to park in the area, forcing us to pay even if you are 1 minute over the 15 minute limit. This is the last time I'm going to this mall!

It was a simple mall, before the renovations. Now it bigger and better than it was with more stores. Friendly staff and safety. Be aware of remote jamming, always check your car doors before leaving it. Thanks

After recent renovations i thought trading hours would be extended like other centres. But it looks very good. Also the the lines on top level parkings are not visible enough. I expected it to be redrawn.

Parking payment machines are always faulty. Therefore, you have to keep walking around to find a working one. Increasing your parking payment time. Maybe it's the way they are trying to make more money.

This Mall will get a higher score once all the shops are open again!!! This Mall was looted and almost gutted in July. It should be great again before December. Check out the new gym. Very cool!

It's a beautiful and bigger mall in Pinetown city. It's a very busy place with so many people from suburbs, also from around Pinetown townships and rural places. I don't use this place often.

It has improved in terms of space,wifi and restaurants only thing missing is cinema and sports like indoor soccer ⚽️ or convert some parking space to a skatepark for kids to play …

Stores here are great. Spur is a must go to there. Phone repair stores are great especially the one near the food court and opposite Vodacom shop. Game is also a good store there.

Being there on a Sunday is great. You get the full experience. Their food court with a variety of food & a nice place to sit and enjoy. Thereafter do your groceries at leisure

Suggest a map of businesses be put up. Am disabled and had to find the correct bank 3 floors down at the other end of the building. Made the visit tiring and unenjoyable.

An extreme amount of businesses in a very small place. Extremely "South African." There is security everywhere, but I am sure for a reason. "Fast paced" large mall.

Plenty of parking.The staff at Milady's Pinetown were fantastic and very helpful.Pinky and I didn't get the other young lady's name who worked on the 5th June 2022.

Went recently for the 1st time in many years and pleasantly surprised to see the great selection of shops, good lighting throughout the centre and how clean it is.

This one the beautiful mall in Pinetown and it is recently renovated. ideal for all sort of outings from shopping and food restaurants. Quite busy sometimes.

It was okay,A capitec bank lady was very helpful to everyone as we were withdrawing and depositing money, she attend to each an everyone with patients.

It was packed (of course it's the holidays), there should be a directory board close to the entrance. Other than that it's cozy and a bunch of fun.

VERY disappointed. Do not go here if you have a baby because none of their lifts were working when I was there with my son and my baby in the pram.

All you need to shop for the kind of mall located in the centre of the town. My last visit was okay though some stores were still closed.

The smell of the butchery on the ground floor is not nice. Asking for directions is very tricky because they strictly speak Zulu here.
