When I lived in Encino, I ALWAYS ordered from Ping Pong. In fact, I ordered from them so much that they knew who I was every time I would call. They always went significantly out of their way for me…often even delivering me my food after hours! Beyond just the fabulous service, the quality of the food is absolutely outstanding. With Chinese food, I often find myself feeling like I’m eating a lot of fatty chunks of meat & it could taste like it’s been sitting out for a while. This is certainly NOT the case at Ping Pong. They’re food always tastes so good! They clearly use the finest quality of ingredients and serve by far the absolute most freshly made dishes. They are definitely best Chinese food place I’ve ever ordered from. I must mention though, they are a bit pricier than my others. Personally, I think it’s well worth it. This Chinese restaurant is by far one of the best restaurants my family and I have been too! We are currently sitting here in the restaurant right now, we just finished eating and I just had to write a review immediately because of how great this place is!!! The customer service is great, the food is delicious, the prices of all the dishes are very affordable, and it is an extremely clean and sanitary environment! I, like many others, enjoy ordering and having Chinese food delivered. I've found that, while many are good, some are great. Ping Pong is great. One thing besides taste that I noticed immediately is they are farther away than others but, they deliver food that comes hot enough to eat on the spot. Others have food that has to be reheated. It all just seems fresher than other places. When you call for a delivery the people that take orders are extremely courteous and any changes you want. And they give you a fair amount. Try them. I think you'll be surprised.

Negative -10 stars!!!!! Horrible service, ordered over a $100.00 dollars worth of food and didn't receive the correct items ordered. When I called to complain and ask that they send out the new items the manager told me to send photos of the incorrect item, which was fine. However, after I sent them... he continued to argue that I had in fact the correct items. Now keep in mind I ordered beef and the dishes I received were all chicken. Nothing in my order i rececied was beef. Clearly incorrect. Don't waste your money, time here, they lie cheat and steal. When you call them on it they accuse you of lying. Even when you send proof! They still dobt fix it....Total B.S. total rip off!

I've had their orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken and greatly enjoyed both. Each was around $20 (with delivery and with a 20 percent tip included in that price) so it's definitely affordable. Their chicken is all white meat and I have yet to find a piece that's gristly or anything other than delicious. The portion sizes are huge too, I added a 2 dollar side of rice on both my orders to meet the delivery minimum and it ended up being 2 full meals each time. Highly recommend! Also, there's a 3 dollar off coupon they're doing right now when you're on their website

We come here once in a while to eat but most of the time we just order and come by to pick up one item that my daughter likes. One day, I noticed, after my daughter was done eating, the foam plate that they used to place the HOT food had melted and somehow melted with the food that my daughter just finished eating. The foam plate is not safe to use for hot food. I came back to inform the receptionist, a guy who is also the one taking orders. He seemed not pleased at all (as I can see it in his face) when I told him about it. He did not even apologize.

I give any place that does southern style pork dumpling right a 5 star. Because it is hard to get it right. And this place has it RIGHT! I was born in Wuxi, the pork dumplings there carries a sweeter taste than the Shanghai dumpling. And this is the 2nd closest I have tasted. The 1st placement restaurant in L. A. China town changed their chef :( So order their Juicy Steamed Pork Dumplings. They are phenomenal. I did order other dishes. They are very good too. You just know the rest will be good if they can get the pork dumplings right.

Service is kinda slow, but makes up for it with the food. I only get the hot garlic eggplant or broccoli. I don’t eat a lot of meat, so they have a great selection for vegetarians. This is a hidden gem. They are so sweet, they have delicious food and they care!

If getting carry-out, you need to open everything before you leave the restaurant to make sure the food is correct. We are vegetarian and ordered two vegetarian dishes. We came home to find out one had beef in it. We called to ask if they would deliver the correct vegetarian dish. Instead, they offered to give us a credit for the next time. When I went to the restaurant a few days later to order something with the money credited, they said they had no record of the credit, sorry

Ping Pong Chinese is awesome! All of the dishes had great quality ingredients and were cooked really well. They definitely don't order in and reheat like most places. We ate here with 6 people and everything was fantastic. Deserves a higher rating for sure. Only thing that was odd is that the raspberry iced tea and lemonade were carbonated, but not a big deal. I don't live in the area, but would go back in a heartbeat.

I got Juicy Pork Dumplings. Honestly, I was surprised how they looked - very different from dumplings I have tried. Size of every dumpling was veeeery small and the portion was pretty small which was not enough at all, especially for the price. Dumplings were tasty and their special sauce was on point. At first you feel you are being Shanghaied. But you can Canton this place to be worthwhile once you find it. Almost unseen in a little strip mall, this restaurant impresses at first glance because it's got more ambience than most Chinese restaurants. The place was busy on a Thursday night and for good reason, the food did not disappoint. Traditional dishes are done well and a section for healthy fare ( steamed chicken, less sauces, etc) is also available. Recommended.

I was excited to see egg foo yung on the menu. It arrived cold, and soggy instead of crispy. The dish came with a quart of sauce with soggy overcooked veggies. This was not up to their usual high standards.

Delicious! We tried the hot garlic shrimp, non spicy orange chicken, a combination chow mein with pork, chicken and shrimp, and both vegetables and chicken egg rolls. Everything was very tasty, freshly made and you can tell every distinctive flavor of every dish. For drinks we have iced Thai tea and was very good too. Quick and very nice professional service. Plenty of parking.

Food was tasty. My husband really wanted General Tso Chicken and they had some. He was very happy. Pick up was fast and easy. There wasn't much parking but it didn't matter since it was a quick pick up. You can find the restaurant in the corner of the shipping center, so it's not that visible if you're driving by. I didn't see it until I actually entered the parking lot.

I've seen some fairly bad reviews on Joy Feast but it's one of my go-to places when getting delivery. I've tried so many different chinese food places in LA and pretty much like none of them. But I think Joy Feast is pretty good - the food seems fresh, not over cooked, and has good flavor. They also typically deliver in less than an hour. We tend to use this one a lot.

They have good delivery service. Usually within an hour. When ordering online, I give them special instructions. I usually say, Less oil and less salt, except when I am ordering the Steamed items. I am happy with their food. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. Oh, for chicken dishes, I tell them White meat only. They try very hard to follow my instructions.

The Kong Pao chicken is very good. That is why three stars. The dining area is nice too. But what gets the minus two stars is the bathroom. I know in southern california it can be hit or miss with bathrooms. This was a huge miss. It was nasty and not clean which begs the question where the cooks and servers are washing their hands just food for thought.

The recipes here are amazing. This is the best Chinese food (Szechuan) cuisine I’ve had. They likely have a Chinese Master chef cooking the food. I don’t know for sure but they know what they’re doing here! 5 stars on food, very good service and it’s nice enough and very clean inside.

It's a new neighborhood for me and I Must of called 4 or 5 places no one delivered. This restaurant delivered, Prices were good, food was really good and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Excellent food and awesome service!! I was able to order non-spicy orange chicken which is delicious. While you're there try the walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef and the shrimp wanton soup! It's a true Chinese restaurant everyone needs to try at least once!

Lovely place. Great food and the people who work here are insanely sweet. And I don’t know about you, but when I go to a place it’s not just about having incredible food, you want to enjoy the experience, and I always do at this place.

Soup dumplings are not very good. Mongolian beef was good. Sesame chicken was ok. Portions were very small and I paid well over $100 for only two combos , two orders of dumplings and one drink and two soups. Not worth the price at all.

Had company over. After tasting the food, we all decided to throw it out. Egg flower soup tasted like dish water. Crispy duck was dried out and hard. Spicy chicken was bland. Vegetable rice was undercooked. A disaster.

Was turned on to this place last summer and now go every few weeks. Consistently excellent food and service at very reasonable prices. The only complaint is that the signage for it is nearly invisible from the street.

This is the one! Everything from the fork to the napkin was superb! Incredible chicken egg rolls, egg flower soup, sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian chicken..all was fresh, scrumptious and deeply satisfying!

The bulk of this restaurant business is take-away. Food is good and you can come to the restaurant on a Friday night and just walk in and be seated. Parking is easy. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
