They Don’t even deserve 1 star, I rang them and ordered food an hour in advance and made it clear that me and my family were fasting and to make sure the food was ready for 845 at the very latest as we break our fast at 9. I arrived there at 855 to collect my food And the staff were sitting on the counter on their phones, when I had asked them where is my food order they said it’s not ready another 30 mins till it’s done and all the sudden they started running around to make the pizza, I was really discussed at this point and to make it worse they tried to LIE to me and say that it will take 25 mins then 20 mins then 15 mins just so I don’t walk away. In the end I walked out of that shop and me and my family got food from elsewhere 20 mins after we broke our fast, please do not even think about spending your hard earned money here these l people are a joke

Since the change in management at the Leicester branch, everything has been a mess. My Order 4928988 (Date: 2023-11-19) was incorrect (thin crust instead of standard), and when I called to inquire why my order was wrong, they mentioned running out of the standard base. The same situation occurred on the 23rd of November for Order 4932910. Most notably, today when I ordered a pizza with stuffed crust, they called 1 hour after the order was placed I was told they ran out of stuffed crust.When I requested a refund for the order, I was told to contact the head office. They sent me a standard base pizza with a £3 refund. Its a shame what they have become, this use to be one of best pizza places in leicester.

Omg worst experience of my life visiting Leicester for my grandma Furneral was waiting for my coach thought I get a pizza got overcharged and when I asked the prices of what I ordered the girl working there kicked of started shouting at me that she didn’t serve me etc etc I kept saying lower your voice I’m a customer and I can shout to eventually I did because she stressed me out then she said I’m not giving you the pizza I said give my money back she said no I said I’m calling the police and then she gave us the pizza but all the while kept telling me of that she never served me and it’s not her fault said loads of other things but can’t me bothered to type any more but terrible experience

Horrible. Ordered a pizza and it arrived almost 2 hours after. They kept postphoning it, saying it wold take 29 minutes. After 30 minutes we called and they told us 25 minutes. Waited again and they said 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes after that we called asking about our order and we were going to cancel it and they had said not to and FINALLY decided to get started on the order. When the pizza arrived you could tell they made it last minute. The mozzerella sticks were thrown into the box and they were all either split in half or squashed. The pizza had the dough mishapen and was uneven. Both foods were cold. I would give this 0 starts if i could.

Really annoyed with pizza gogo places an order with them to collect was told 20 minutes to collect went there in 25 minutes after placing the order just to find out the guy hadn’t made it. He said il make it now will take 7 minutes I was close to my keeping my fast time didn’t have enough time or food for the family so annoyed with them this is not the first time it has happened. Worst thing is not even an apology from the manager. Even though he is Muslim himself he was trying to tell me I have till 4o clock which is the prayer time and you have to finish eating 10 minutes before the prayer. Very disappointed with them.

Wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. Called to order at 00:50. Order was placed and I was told half an hour. After a 40 minute wait, I was told the driver was out. At 1:55am I called and was told that it would be another 15-20 minutes. They didn't care that it was late and didn't mind cancelling the order. They behaved as though this was better for them, which leads me to believe the order hadn't been cooked yet. It's open till 4am but I'd say go else where unless you want a wasted wait. Disappointed with these selfish, careless people. Spend your money where it's appropriated. Go elsewhere.

Phoned up earlier at roughly 9:40pm to put an order for myself to be delivered to the theatre round the corner (which only takes 3 mins). The guy tells me it will be there in 30mins. I myself called 3 times to get some updates on where my delivery is at and the first time I've been told driver has just left will be there in 2 to 3mins, 6mins have gone, the guy tells me the driver had 2 deliveries and will be around 10mins. Enough said! Terrible service and communication. For starters you should take the customers name and number for an order.... A disappointed customer!

Having looked at the online menu, I decided to order by phone, I was quoted a completely different price from the online price but decided to leave it until the delivery man turned up. At time of delivery, I debated this with the delivery man only to be told he had no money to reimburse me. He called his office and put me onto his boss, to which I was told next time I order I'll have a credit on my account. Excuse me if i think this is a bit mickey mouse, but I'll sacrifice my 3 quid credit and order elsewhere next time!

This place has terrible customer service and listening skills. I ordered a pizza in store not even over the phone where mistakes can easily be made and I asked for bacon on a meat feast to be replaced with chicken. Once I got home and opened the pizza they had put just chicken on the pizza, when I called back to complain and for them to deliver me a new one as it was impossible for me to come back and get a new one they refused to do so and refused to give me a refund. THEY ARE TRASH. GO TO PIZZA HUT

Pizza Go Go, have grate experience there. The working staff is gentle, polite and helpful. Once I was stuck in Leicester. I was on road march. Suddenly I saw It was open(2am) I enter and discuss my matter, they welcome me with open hands. Then I ordered pizza. They serve me fresh cooked pizza. It has a grate taste and remember my taste buds ever. I eat one and ordered another. They busy until they close the outlet around 5 am. It has a grate experience of mine. I really thankful to him.

Oh dear. After giving this place a 5 star review last week I've ordered lunch today and it wasn't great. Ordered at 1.47, arrived 3.25 and all items lukewarm. Pizza looked sad like it'd sat around for an hour. Both drinks missing from order and one dip when there should've been two. I've given it 2 stars as the pizza tasted good but if I wasn't so hungry and trapped at work I'd have taken it back. Hit and miss.

Pizza was 40% cooked, flavour was good as was service, but it was essentially just uncooked dough. I've tried Pizza GoGo before (not this particular branch) and I've enjoyed it, it's not michelin star food but you definitely get what you pay for at the price point, value is bang-on. I will be giving this store another go, as they've got some excellent offers, just a shame about the fact it wasn't cooked.

Fantastic, absolutely amazing, went in and there were 3 blokes cracking the whip to deliver my go-go special. Not doing any work themselves but their workers rlly took pride in serving up my pizza. Questionable meat but it won’t be the first or last time, hope it gives me a solid shift on the throne tomorrow. Can’t buy that now days.

I was served by a patronising member of staff. When making the pizza, he didn't wear any gloves, so he was touching my food with his bare hands. When questioned where the gloves were, he answered he just washed his hands. I'm not sure that follows healthy and hygiene standards. The pizza was tasteless, hard and barley any toppings. There's a reason they are cheap. Avoid at all costs.

I have recieved wrong order 2 times, I rated lower because of rude and non co-operative behavior of their new staff but I must say the other staff immediately considered my request and sent me a new order, the food taste and quality is at its best but they need to improve their communication about the online orders and I hope the next time I order I wouldn't be disappointed!

Went in to order, waited 20 minutes for 2 portions of cheesy curly fries. Women seemed to be doing all the work while the men stood around. One man had sliders on. Place needs a good clean, if not then definitely a refurb. After the long weight, most of the fries were raw but the cheese was burnt. I’m sorry, but I’ve been to great Pizza Gogo’s but this place was not it.

I orderd my pizza on phone and the staff member was so friendly and patient when he took my order. The pizza is good quality and it matches to the standard of Pizza Hut pizzas. The cheese is really tasty with all the toppings as well matching up to a yummy tummy pizza I would recommend anyone to experience good quality and tasty pizza to order from Pizza GoGo

They charge premium prices like £18.99 for a pizza but the quality is really really low. We paid extra for "stuffed crust" The cheese inside the crust was like a cheap cheese paste not normal stringy cheese you find in a crust when the cheese is melted. Some NASTY salty cheese paste. Never ordering from you again. You guys want maximum profit and 0 quality

not worth even a quarter of a star i order a BBQ CHICKEN pizza and they gave me a CHINESE CHICKEN pizza saying its like bbq chicken when it dont taste nothing like it and it was late coming aswell and it tasted like it was out of date it was absolutely disgusting never eating from there again and i advise no one to aswell it also gave me a stomach ace

Nachos were soft and cold the pizza was cold and had an added topping missing with no explanation. Tuna didn’t smell or taste right and only managed 3 slices before it got binned. The driver got lost and needed spoon feeding directions on the phone right the door ( I live on a cul-de-sac) will never order here again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Got a free upgrade because he forgot to get my order ready. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes and he actually called me when the pizza was ready. I was okay with it, it can happen to anybody and didn't ask for anything extra. Delicious pizza with freshly made dough. Brilliant customer service! 10/10

One of the best pizza places in Leicester. And it's Halal so if you are craving pepperoni pizzas or bbq ones, it's the place to go. Also the price for collection is super cheap, although the delivery price is completely different and more expensive. So, go for a walk and grab your pizza on the go.

Rude staff. We are not beggars her so you can treat us like this. Been visiting regularly for months, always been served 3 dips with pizza. I saw this time 2 so i just asked one missing. The way he replied was so ridiculous. And the staff laughing at you. Never coming back definitely

The pizzahas improved alot from when I ordered from here meny years ago, apart from when the guy was sweating wiping his sweat with his hands I dint see him wash them, but I was glad the lady made my pizza good prices (collection) so can't complain would order again tbh …

Took an hour and a half to arrive and then the man dropped my potato wedges on the floor. He also forgot my motzorella sticks so I rang the restaurant. Took another hour and a half to be delivered and food was cold. Won't order from this place again! Really disappointed

Brilliant pizzas , the toppings , cheese and dough were all absolutely high quality and delicious, and prices are fair , I highly recommend these guys . Oh also a 7 or a 9 inch pizza is only £3 !!!!!

Awesome pizza, dough is tasty and fresh and the toppings are great. Staff are always friendly and polite, service is fast, and finally NO pork! Which is a big plus for me personally, easy 5*.

Very bad pizza my son was ill after eating this .and as I have read in someone else's comment about wearing gloves then yes it's confirmed it for me that this is what gave him food poisoning.

Excellent Pizza, Ordered multiple times and always got my order correct. The delivery driver is also very considerate and decided to call rather than knocking as it was 2 am! Very impressed.

Decent pizza, prices are a bit high with Ben and Jerry's starting at £6. Not a very clean environment however with flies and bugs constantly flapping around your food.
