We told the delivery guy and he was very rude about the situation he said “what do you want me to do about it” and also said “ I probably won’t be deliverying the order back to y’all” (keep in mind there was “only one delivery guy” according to Gloria)"

Tuesday night was pizza night. So we ordered onli n enjoy for the Lg pizza and wings deal. Placed my order at 8:33 pm. Ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza with a side of bone out wings. I was getting off work at 9 but got out a little early and headed home, I love about 10 minstrel from home. The estimated time of arrival for my order was 9:03 pm. Was getting close to home to 8:59. The driver caked and said he was outside, I got home, meet him at the front door n got my order. Got settled and ready for dinner, but when I opened up the bowl of wings I was surprised. There was about 4 good size boneless wings and the rest looked like crumbs of batter with drops of sauce on them. Then there was the Cajun fries that was looked pathetic, was cold n looked like it was sitting for a few hours. Finally the main course, the lg pizza was lukewarm n had cheese that was not completely melted n tasted awful. It also looked like a med instead of a large. I called and spoke with Ramon the "manager," who reviewed my order for about 6 minstrel, got back on the phone and offered to send a new "fresh" pizza or store credit. I opted for the store credit and asked if it is redeemable at other locations as I will no longer order from this location (pizza Hut on Lomas n 7th st). This isn't the first time this has happened but thought I'd give them the benefit of a doubt n see if they would redeem themselves, but this is not the case.

PIZZAS ARE NOT $8.99 ANYMORE AND THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND SERVICE SHOULD BE AT TOP NOTCH. IF MY FRIES WERE COLD FROM MC DONALDS . No customer service. I walked in to place an order to go. The cashier helps the customer in front of me, then I get to the counter. I ask if I can place an order to go. He says yes. Then he starts doing other stuff and chatting with his co-workers. I stand there, waiting for him to come back to taking my order. He doesn't. Finally I say that I'll try an other location and start to leave. The guy just rolls his eyes and ignores me. I then say, "It's not polite to ask if you can help me, tell me that you can take my order and then start doing other stuff instead of taking my order." He starts his attitude saying, "Well, I'm sorry I have other stuff to do!" Right, but when you're helping a customer, shouldn't you focus on that instead of chatting with co-workers? He says, "Yeah, we're closed to carry out orders." Okay, that's fine. But why tell me you can take more order? Why not just say, "We're closed." Why is it that you want me to wait 5 minutes in your store if you're closed? I could tell his co-workers were not impressed with his behavior. I don't think he was trying to show off to his co-workers, I think it is simple issue of not liking his customers.

CALL DOMINOS OR PICKUP LITTLE CEASERS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THESE EMPLOYEES DO NOT WANT OR NEED YOUR BUSINESS! It’s a real shame you have to give even one star because they don’t deserve that. Ordered our pizza a hour and half before closing time, the pizza never showed up, tried to call 15 mins before closing time and was told they do not need our business at the end of the day. Then hung up on me, when called back they would not answer the phone, they charged our card for pizza that was never delivered. Prime example of why Pizza Hut Stinks. Guess now I have to call corporate to get my refund out of these people, gees people it’s pizza the dough is delivered to you already made (cause employees couldn’t make the dough correctly) you’re basically a assembly site you spread/sheet the dough, add sauce cheese and the PAYING CUSTOMERS desired toppings. Put in oven, take off the conveyor belt when done, cut, box, deliver, how hard is that, you think you should be paid 10-15 bucks a hour for a job you can’t do correctly.

May 5, 2023. 6:57pm. I received a one topping pizza for $1 with the purchase of a pizza at the regular price. I'm in New Mexico and I ordered Green Chili as my one topping. I know pizza places barely put any toppings any more these days so I ordered "Extra" Green Chili. They barely put any on at all. Cheap scum bags like this should be run out of business. Very disappointed with Pizza Hut. Bought a pizza. June 19, 2021. 3:38pm. Pizza Hut store #012943. 700 Lomas. It taste like beer. Ate two slices, then remembered a beer taste in red sauce is when the sauce is going bad. I went into the living room and my father said, "This taste strange.". I told him not to eat any more. Within a half hour I began feeling sick. The other half of the pizza is in the refrigerator. I tried called the Pizza Hut store but they just keep hanging up the phone. Should I call the health department?

My food was Lukewarm not even hot. The store claimed my order was ready and my order was missing 2 items and store employees refused to fix that issue the store employees are very unprofessional and they are way to laxed with the language they use. They drop fbombs every other sentence and sit there cussing each other out in front of customers I won't be ordering here ever again

Last night I ordered a Large Extra Pepperoni, Extra Mushrooms, Extra Cheese. Total mushroom pieces that were tiny on pizza was about 9. 2 slices had zero pepperoni and other pieces had 1-2 pieces. I called immediately spoke to the manager, Manuel and he said I would have a $20 credit on my account, Order was $24. The more I thought about, that's not good enough for me as I have been a good customer for 10 years. I do + don't think it's out of line to ask my credit card company to dispute. There are too many pizza place and other options for food delivery to continue my patronage.. Also not a big deal but it took almost a hour for a pathetic pizza to arrive one hour is fine if it had been right. No $20 credit in my App, which is fine as AMEX will reverse charge. Teresa Moshier

We Ordered online. And when we got there this guy seemed different maybe it was just a long night for him. Well we got our oder and before we left I had my son check the order and it was the wrong one. Well we waited in the car and the same guy came back out an apologized for the wrong order and due to Covid they couldn't take the order back. The guy was amazing and I really appreciate his Professionalism that he gave through out the whole time we where there. So we ended up with 4 pizzas and breadsticks. So sense me and my kids cant eat all that we gave some to one of my sons bosses and it made his night. Thank you Pizza Hut for all yall do. Yall are worth the Drive from the Mountains.

They have great customer service. I've lived in the area 3years now and I have enjoyed this location's great customer service and great pizza. However, I am a bit disappointed in my experience tonight. I ordered two pizzas. One of them was missing toppings. So I called and let them know. The person I talked to on the phone was apologetic and he had the right pizza delivered asap. I didn't mind waiting for the right pizza. When the pizza with the right toppings was delivered, the dough was undercooked and the cheese didn't melt all the way. I think they might have been worried that it would take too long to send the pizza. I'm hoping the next time I order from them will be a better experience.

HANDS down the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery establishment. Enough to ruin a nearly 30 year love affair with pizza hut and thousands of dollars in deliveries. Almost AN HOUR after my delivery "was on its way", the staff couldnt explain why it was so late, offered no apologies or offers to make the situation right (even to make it fresh for me to still pay for it). I get delivery at least once a week on the road, and am sorely disappointed that Im going to have to replace pizza hut entirely after this more than lackluster experience. All i wanted was to get to eat a meal After working a 15 hour day, and they couldn't or were too incompetent to deliver. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered a pizza online and waited over an hour and the pizza never arrived; no phone call and no email telling me there was an error. I call and the girl on the other line tells me they ran out of pan pizza and she tried to call me "several" times (there is nothing wrong with my phone or the number I gave her). I think they lost my order, which happens, but be honest. Also, explain to me, Pizza Hut, why if someone cannot be reached on the phone they are not contacted through their email if something goes wrong with their order? Especially after they've ordered it ONLINE. Aside from the company obviously being crap, this particular store is completely not worth your time.

I ordered from this location and got a text message that my food was at my door. It wasn't there. I tried calling the driver, no answer. Then I text and he says that it was left at my door. He sent me a picture of the door, which was not my door. He said I must've gave the wrong address. I called the store to see about getting the food delivered again and was told that I could not get it delivered because the driver was getting off of work soon. I eventually got my money back. I will never order from this location again. They are so unprofessional. This is the second time I ordered here and that's only because I'm not from here and thought it was a different location.

Cookie was burnt bad. Toppings on the supreme pizza were sparce. Estimated 10-20 minute carry out, 45 minutes later I got my pizza. Phoned to talk about the cookie, options were to A: come get another one or B: get an $8.99 store credit for another cookie, not including the taxes I already paid. Why would I want another cookie from this place? Why would anybody order anything from these incompetent people? Pizza is not hard, I worked a Pizza Hut and Dominos while I was at UNM. This isn't rocket science or heart surgery, its pizza, and you have specific written guidelines, with pictures, within which to work to "master" the pizza craft. A chimpanzee can do that job.

Got my first job with Pizza Hut a few years after high school. Worked at the Pizza Hut there in Truth or Consequences for managers Timmy and Tommy Borunda. I work there during the summer season and it was really busy, got out of there between 200 and $300 in tips a night. We had a couple of excellent crew and working with them was notable. The manager of this Pizza Hut on lomas name is Clint.I worked with him for just over a year at the Wyoming store when he first began in 2017. He's one of those notable, reliable coworkers that you enjoy working with. He's honest, he's forthright, he's understanding and caring, knowledgeable and fair.

I will not be taking my business to pizza hut ever again. I placed an online order at 5:30 to be delivered. I never received my order. I tried to call several times to see if they were even going to bring my order, no one ever answered the phone. I even got through to the call center, they transferred my call to the 700 Lomas location in Albuquerque where I placed my order, the call was never answered. They charged my account right away so I know they received my order. A text or call would have been nice so I could have made other dinner arrangements instead of waiting for something that was never coming. Very dissappointing.

I got a pepperoni lovers pizza, and they delivered with no pepperoni. Then I called and explained my situation. The person tried to pass me on to the manager, I heard the manager in the background say “it was an online order and said minis pepperoni”. I was looking at my order online and it did not show minus pepperoni. I then told their person I wanted to speak to the manager. He then set the phone aside and the manager did not answer the phone for 10 min. I heard them answer other calls in the background while I waited. The manager never came to the phone. Absurd! This happened at 7pm on August 13th. This is so frustrating.

First impression the guy in charge at front was very poor attitude and bad customer service. Than the pizzas where horrible the marinara sauce had why too much salt and i could barely eat it and could not finish it it had so much salt in it. The extra cheese i ordered did not have extra cheese either i could still see all the pepperoni on the whole pizza not one was covered with cheese as its supposed to be when u pay extra like i did. Pizza hut has fallen and now they just lost 6 more customers and got a lot of bad word of mouth with my friends that where here to eat also. Never again unless i get my money back on this junk.

I wish I would have got the young lady's name because she was awesome! It was a Thursday, dinner time (around 7'ish) and the place was hoppin'! Now if they had had Personal Size Pizza, they would have received 5 stars, but because the young lady at the register was so nice, she even went to the back and made sure to double-check. (My feeling is that the cook may have had one somewhere, but wasn't wanting to see for the sake of being busy). Now, if they'd been stocked properly, according to regular volume, like I said, this would have been a 5-start review.

Ordered on the mobile app. Apparently no record of the order was found but money was taken from my account. Whats more is only the store can refund even though it was ordered on the app. Since no record, no refund, no pizza and a lack of empathy and initiative to search out the problem at the store level. They probably ate the pizza or the delivery person, idk. To date, no response from customer service on my refund. Also the app is trash and needs work

Most time ordering from here it works out, and you get what you expect. But I wouldnt order within an hour of closing, because they will serve you undercooked pizza and refuse to offer a full refund or make the pizza properly. I did call the store and the manager purposely offered me fake credit that didn’t even amount to the pizza I originally ordered and when I did reorder they canceled the order knowing I just got a bad pizza. I also was waiting for the regional manager to contact me to try to get a refund but they never called to make it right.

Worst dinner experience. Ordered at 6:30 did not get food till 9:00 pm . Called twice to check status. Was told the first time it was on its way . One hour later was told they did not have our order in their system as the driver pulled up. Asked for the manager some lady named shantail finally got on the phone was very unprofessional and unbelievably rude. Please listen to the recording if you have one. Not only will I never order from here. I will never get Pizza Hut again. So disappointing. The food was dry cold and missing half our order.

I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. The small pizza boxes were placed in a plastic bag and then tied and placed in the warmer. When delivered the pizza boxes were wet and the crust on the pizza was soggy due to the build up of condensation. I spent $20 bucks on two small pan pizzas and we fed most of it to our dogs. Will not recommend the lomas shop in Albuquerque NM to anyone. Common sense, do not seal hot items in a plastic bag that need to stay semi crisp. Glad I did not order the bread sticks as I would have received mush sticks.

I ordered car side delivery but waited for over 15 minutes to no avail. I went inside to pick up my order and one customer was in front of me. After the cashier was done with this customer, she walked away, completely ignoring me and began a conversation with another employee. I patiently waited again to no avail. I said excuse me and she replied “you will need to wait”. I waited over 30 minutes from the time of my set pick up time. Will revisit Pizza Hut again but not this particular restaurant.

We called this location to order some pizza via delivery . It is the closest Pizza Hut nearest to us 1 mile in a half. And they said we were out of their boundaries "red zone." Manager gave us another # that delivers to our location 3 miles away. She gave us the wrong # twice. I found the real # and explained them my situation. They were trying to refer me back to Lomas location. Instead they took care of my order. Very helpful. Lomas Dominos Manager was very Sassy and rude! Thumbs down.

Was looking for something dairy free. Ordered a pizza without cheese. It truly sucked. There were barely any toppings on it (ordered mushrooms, green peppers, and bacon). There was so little bacon I thought they forgot it, then I found a few tiny crumbs so I guess that was it. There was no price break for not ordering cheese on it, not were extra toppings added to sub for the lack of cheese. So basically crust with lackluster tomato sauce and a few tiny sad vegetables for $25.

Fast delivery, but terrible product. Will stick with Dominos in the future. Look for my pictures to see for yourself. I called the store to ask why my veggies are burnt black, and the manager told me it's because they have too much moisture, and that a remade pizza would be the same. I paid extra for toppings that were burnt to a crisp. Asked for extra sauce, and the pizza had barespots. And the wings came with brely any sauce in them. I say again, simply refer to my pictures.

the delivery driver was on time polite mostly he actually paid attention to the delivery instructions section. Never once when ordering food from any restaurant anytime i fill in the section with certain instructions for delivery it goes left unread or ignored causing issues when delivering food. but the delivery guy from your place paid attention to the details and the delivery was complete with no errors finally. thank you.

Not sure that today we call and they answer and they say nothing. When I call back some “employee” say we aren’t delivering or taking carry out. When asked about dine in, told no but callback in 20 minutes knowing damn well at that point they aren’t accepting orders. Just close the damn store if you guys are afraid of the whether and can’t even allow someone to carry out. Sad and pathetic, wonder if the owner knows...

I'd leave zero stars if possible. Ordered a pizza here for delivery and it's been over an hour and a half as of writing this review despite estimated delivery time being 20-30 minutes. Tried to call the store multiple times and got no answer. They close in 9 minutes so either we'll be getting the pizza extremely late or not at all. Either way Pizza Hut just lost a customer. Will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered my pizza at 5:05pm. Was told it would be delivered at 5:35. They didn’t deliver it until 2 hours after I ordered my pizza. We were hung up on over 10 times when we tried to call to see why our food hadn’t been delivered an hour after the estimated delivery. The delivery driver was very apologetic and a nice guy. He showed us when he’d left to deliver. The problem is not with the delivery workers.

Beware they will try to steal your money. Terrible service! Never got my order, won’t contact you back even when you call customer service to get a refund. Seems like children are running the store. Never pick up the phone, and when they do, some little boy tells you it’s Dominos, laughs and hangs up the phone. Who ever runs this store needs to be fired, because it’s the worst Pizza Hut in Albuquerque.

Terrible service. I had just ordered some wings from here for delivery. An hour and a half later when I called to see where they were, I was told they were on their way and the person hung up the phone. Another 45 minutes later I called to cancel the order since they still had not arrived. I was told they had already canceled the order! No phone call, no explanation, nothing. Terrible service.

Pizza Hut will continue to bleed business when there is very real and distinct problem with the website saying your order is ready and when you arrive you still have to wait 15, 30, or up to 60 minutes for your order. I can be understanding if there’s a delay, but Pizza Hit needs to address this issue. It happens repeatedly and it ultimately looks bad for your business and customer service!

Dear pizza hut deliver guy in the beige pick-up who likes to drive close to the culvert full of water in order to wash guys on the Lomas Blvd sidewalk today at 11h20... I forgive you... I was impressed with the volume this location was producing and how they were doing such a good job keeping up. I live in the area and ordered some pies for the kids on a friday night, when I walked in for pick up, the place was humming and even though the person upfront t was doing 6 different things my order was out quick and was still well made for a pizza hut pie. Worse place to order online and expect to get it within 2-3 hours. Called several times about our order and was given the run around. Finally showed up 2 hours after it was supposed to be delivered and it was cold and old. Poor excuse for customer service and poor quality, nothing like pizza hut at home. Will be here a lot because of medical travel and won't make this mistake again.

Well, even for carryout, they take 45 minutes sometimes...They seem consistently short-staffed (management issue, not the fault of cooks or drivers). Also, they close 2 hrs early for carry out and an hour early for delivery on Friday nights (10 pm and 11pm respectively...strange for Friday nights). You have to keep in mind about the wait and hours. Otherwise, it's a Pizza Hut.

The manager was rude. Waited over an hour for our pizza to be delivered to us literally 2 blocks away. The driver called us told us they were on their way. After waiting another 30 minutes for the driver who never showed up, we decided to go to the store ourselves. Upon arriving the manager told us she decided to cancel our order. What was the reasoning? We don't even know.

Missed an item on my order. Waited for it while the rest of my order got cold since it was a part of the meal for one person. GLORIA had the balls to tell me it "I'm not a manager, that's not my problem, I made them so who knows where they went." With experience in customer service YPOU NEVER EVER tell a customer "that's not my problem." Don't waste your money. Call Pizza 9

This location isn't very organized. Mixed my order and driver took 45 minutes. Called and they had a whole lot of excuses why it wasn't their fault. By the way this is not the 1st time they've been this late. It could just be this location but I will not be giving them business for lack of accountability. If you're trying to get food fast and correct this is not the place.

I am soooo disappointed. I went to pick up my pie…..wasn’t ready. The staff said they would put it through and boy did they. They tried to be accommodating, but when I got home the dough wasn’t cooked. I looked for the franchise owner to explain that this could make some people I’ll. Couldn’t find one. The worst pizza place! Ordered pizza online at 11:52am (30-40 min delivery time) for my husband while I was in a meeting. Kept checking the tracker to see where the pizza was it just said we're making my order. Finally I called at 1:20pm and they said "we cancelled your order because we ran out of hand tossed pizza," no call no e mail just cancelled my order.

I didn't catch the driver's name, but today Xmas eve of all days was the fastest delivery I've gotten from this location compared to all of the other times I have ordered! I wish I would have caught the driver's name, but she was super sweet and I regret not leaving a bigger tip! I will be calling the store, but just wanted to give a shout out! 10/10

Worst service ever. It took them over an hour to not only deliver the wrong pizza, but when I talked to the manager, Cameron, he was disrespectful, and downright rude! I will not order from this location again and would love to speak to the district manager even though the store manager refused to give me that information when I requested it.

But Management need a lil more training on customer service, especially on how to talk/treat people w/a lil more kindness, understanding & respect.. I tried several times. This is frustrating I order one thing and get another that I didn't order. And one of the wings I got was horrendously burned

Consistent issues with this location. Tonight they plain ghosted me. Called to verify address and said they'd be here in 5 minutes. Hour later, they're not here and neither the driver or the store is answering the phone. Find out my charge is refunded and nobody called to tell me they'd cancelled my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Online ordering was awful. Selected items and at checkout continuously kept being booted out of app. After easily a dozen attempts order was completed. After first 4-5 times I attempted to call my order in, but this location(which was closest and the only one in my area that delivers to my address) did not have a phone listed.

Just had the general manager yell at me because their driver was unable to find my home. Not only was she extremely rude but she also hung up when I was voicing my concern to her. Terrible service. Gave us the wrong order and had hair in one of the pizzas. They denied our request for a corrected order and denied our request for a refund. Staff is rude and unprofessional. We ended up ordering papa John's and everything was correct and actually more affordable than pizza hut.

Terrible service, my last order was sent to me raw, and it took 45 minutes to get delivered. I preheated my oven and cooked the pizza for 15 minutes and it still tasted bad. I hate to leave this review because I love pizza hut pizza, but there is no chance I will order anything from this location.

Ensure orders are correct before they leave the store and answer the phone when local customers try to contact your establishment. UPDATE: Last order took over 2 hours to show up and was room temperature at best. Again, nobody answers the phone at the Lomas location so don't bother trying.

The Pizza Hut located at 700 Lomas Blvd, NW is definitely worth trying. I ordered and received a tasty pizza, prepared in accordance with my instructions. In addition, the pizza was delivered hot, and within the timeframe promised.
