I have strong memories at this place since I've had my workplace out here for 3 years. The free parking facility for the building owners is limited and a small unprotected space outside. Inside the building in a protected area, the parking charges were quite exorbidant. The office are not well ventilated and incase of fire emergency, there's a casualty waiting to be happening. I have witnessed two fire outbreaks myself out here and the ventilation is pretty pretty bad. The good part of this place is that it is centrally located so it is convenient for commute and there's lot of food stalls at the base that offer economical eating options.

It is walkable from Powai plaza, from kanjur Marg station you can take auto...auto will last Rs.60-70 bucks depending on traffic. After entering Powai plaza you will get a fast food counter and then you will get to the Amazing game office, whichever game you want to play, list of games and then pay accordingly..toy train, shooting, virtual gaming, etc. I went specifically for go karting. It depends on the ride/ lapse, for 5- lapse 250 ₹, minimum start with 5- lapse, depending on how much ride you want to take. The staff is supporting, the environment is good.

Powai plaza has about 400 offices. These can cater multiple facilities. Educational institutes. Laundries. Wedding planners. Stationery stores. Snack joints. Fine dine restaurants. Spas. Salons. Consultants. Chartered Accountants. Travel agents. Meal caterers. Boutiques. Garment stores. Corporate offices. Computer service centres. Mobile service centres (Mi customer service centre). Estate agents. Car resale agents. Courier centres. Doctors. Dentists. There are washrooms on each floor and pretty clean most of the times.

The exterior is beautiful. You would want to visit it once but when you go inside you might se it's not that well maintained. Wires hanging down from ceilings. Washrooms aren't well maintained. If you ever want to use then go the third floor washrooms, they are much more cleaner and functional as compared to the other floors. They have good shops and few commercial offices and stores. You will find fast food counters for a quick bite. I wish they had equally maintained the inside as it looks from the outside.

One of the best place to hang out with friends , colleagues or family a one stop destination for shopping eating and killing some time... you can get everything done here they have food court , salons, book stores, clothing store's, accessories etc.. it's one of those places where people can mostly find anything they want for if they know the right place to look at.. reasonable priced good are also available in good condition and quality you should just look at the right place

Thought of as a big shopping complex with excellent location. Right opp to IIT and well connected to JVLR. Shops here are very basic and some even shady. Not great vibes here. Poor security. Many start up have found place here due to relatively low rental spaces. Outside area is flooded with street food makers, traffic jams and poorly parked vehicles. Only visit if u have specific need or meet. Better to stay off. Not a pleasant place.

Powai plaza is small complex where u can find tuition centres, dentists, places to eat and more, but definitely not a place to hang out. There are a few eateries which you can definitely- Kolkata rolls and mantra (a fine dine restraunt). Check out the hakone game zone which is walkable from powai plaza and has a number of eateries and fun activities.

Powai Plaza is located on the main Adi Shankaracharya road. It has a few attractions like eating joints, Mantra and Kolkata rolls. There are many commercial outlets. It is a spacious plaza but somehow could not capitalize and optimize its facilities. It however has potential if one have a theatre or entertaining hubs to capture more footfalls

The place is easy to access and has wheelchair accessible ramp as well. Clean and neat all around and is right next to the traffic signal .

I visited a furnishing shop known as Prashali and purchased a Jacquard fabric for 3 piece sofa and a side furniture.The guy didn't display have many choices,any ways we selected a design.When the job was finally done at his shop ,we found that he had changed the color completely.This was not expected from a old fellow like him.

This place has bunch of offices and some shops which are mostly stationery, courier, printing etc. There are some eateries too. Place has useful businesses but is very poorly maintained. Broken stones on staircases and dingy alleys. Never tried to find out the restroom here as I didn't have great expectation.

Powai plaza is a popular shopping mall in Powai. It was initially constructed to rehabilitate the shops which were to be shut down to facilitate the way for JVLR in early 2000s. It has a wide range of shops from eateries to doctors etc. overall a good place to do business. Neat and clean and well maintained.

Unlike the usual mall, this was slightly different. It houses food stalls and bar on first floor. Ladies and kids garment on the ground floor. Lot of space has been provided for easy movement. So, even if there is crowd you wouldn't feel the difference. Prices are fixed, but you can bargain

The shops and offices are alright but the cleanliness is absolutely horrible.. There's no elevator also which makes visiting the 3rd floor a chore. The management should maintain the premises better considering it is not kalyan or bhiwandi it's powai where one expects a certain poshness.

Go-carting is the best activity to do here. Having Hariyali Maggi here is an add on to the fun Washroom facility is available. Food served is really good and at reasonable rates. Few games such as balloon shooting is offered here. Tattoo making can be fun here.
