I stayed at Premier Casa Apartments for about a month. The residence was an amazing duplex with fully equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood area is pretty calm and clear and couple of departmental stores are easily accessible. The room (queen bed ) was provided with a comfy bed, study table, side table along with a night lamp. The staff were Amazing people and provided a lot of help and good advices. There are very profesional had kept a welcome information with clearly mentioned instructions in a file at the table in order to make my stay at ease. They made me to feel like staying home away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Premier Casa Apartment Overall it was a great experience for me !!

Excellent quality and service. I worked with Aldo at their office and he was great. They have a number of really well located and well managed properties in the Miraflores area. One of the few international property management companies that are in Lima and make finding a quality rental easy. It is possible to invest in real estate as an absentee owner as well using them for property management in Lima Peru, they have a conveniently located office in Miraflores as well.

Superb service by the company. Maria was very helpful and fast in her communication. The apartment is well-illuminated and has all amenities. The bed is big and supremely comfortable. The toilet was clean and had enough bath and hand towels. Washer and dryer inside the apartment are a huge plus. 24h security is efficient. Supermarket and restaurants are one block away. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lima. Highly recommended!!

El departamento es ideal para una persona o una pareja que quieran pasar unos días en el centro de Miraflores (el distrito Mejía ubicado de Lima). El departamento está en el corazón del distrito, a poca distancia de una gran cantidad de lugares públicos (cafés, restaurantes, supermercados, centros comerciales, etc.). Llegar al mar toma unos diez minutos a pie por una calle muy amena. No tuvimos ningún contratiempo. ¡Muy recomendable!

They have great Property management in Lima Miraflores area mostly I think. I like that they are a professional international real estate company so I get real Passive income from my airbnb type property fully managed by Premier Casa.

The apartment was great, very clean and the driver was on time and very nice. The neighborhood of Miraflores is pretty, safe and there are restaurants and the coast just around the corner. Thank you! We would come again!
