I am shocked at how amazing this place is. I want to start off by saying that I tried two meal prep services before Prepboys. They were horrible. The macros were amazingly off, the food did not taste fresh like they claimed, and the prices were high for no good reason. I then found Prepboys and, I'll be honest, I wasn't sure how everything worked. I tried my best to figure it out myself but I didn't understand how to order food. However, one quick email to Naomi and she cleared up all my confusion. After ordering my food, I waited a few days and was greeted by Tom, the delivery guy. He gave me an insulated bag which I get to keep and he was just an overall nice guy. Definitely appreciated that. I cooked a meal right away and the food was amazing! I was skeptical that it would taste rubbery and gross, but man was it delicious. It tasted so fresh. I used to work for a company that specializes in healthy food delivery and have been desperately searching for something similar. Prepboys is that company! My fiancee, who is notoriously a picky eater likes the food they provide too! She refused to eat anything from the other 2 meal prep companies we ordered from, but now she's stealing my bins. I love her though so it's aight. Anyway, in short, Prepboys is an amazing meal prep service with dishes that are both delicious and healthy. They have keto options along with their regular dishes and the food is the freshest thing you will taste. I just bought a one month duo plan with them so that me and my fiancee can enjoy the amazing food. Thank you Prepboys for providing this service! I will definitely be a long time customer.

Let me start off my saying SUPER FLAVORFUL MEALPREPS! Usually when you think of mealpreps you think of plain, boring, repetitive meals, but Prepboys’s mealpreps are super flavorful and doesn’t leave me craving junk food. There are also sauce options so if I ever want EVEN MORE FLAVOR in my mealpreps I have that option. The mealpreps are always at a reasonable price and did I mention, they’re always doing giveaway raffles on their Instagram? There’s always tons of promos and discounts. I highly recommend buying their mealpreps especially if you’re trying to cut weight because they include the macro nutrients on their website AND if you want to eat healthier but don’t have time to cook, you can always modify your order to have more or less food! Unfortunately they don’t do super long distance orders but if you live in the Bay Area they do deliveries for a pretty reasonable price and when my order arrives it’s always in an insulated bag to keep it nice and cold especially on those days where I’m not home to refrigerate it right away. Overall everything about Prepboys Mealpreps always has me coming back every week to order more and may I just add that it’s way cheaper and healthier than dining out or eating fast food everyday. I literally get to eat healthy meals, save money, and lose weight ALL AT THE SAME TIME, without having to cook and count my macros. What more could you ask for?

I've tried a lot of meal prep places here in the bay and Prepboys is by far the best, I really like the variety they bring to the table. I had to try all the dishes and let me tell you, they taste as good as they look. I love how Prepboys periodically update the menu, I get excited to try new dishes or old favorites that make another appearance. Prepboys really get creative in the kitchen, the dishes are unique and tasty. The dishes Prepboys create aren't only delicious but they're insanely good for you. You have the best quality ingredients you can ask for all cooked and put together magnificently in these meals. Other than the food tasting great and having wonderful variety, the next best thing I would say is CONVENIENCE! You don't have to cook your food, wash dishes, none of that. They even have delivery. If you don't have much time because of work, school, gym, or just because you don't wanna cook. That's where Prepboys comes in, they save you time so you can spend it doing things you actually love doing. It doesn't get any better than that. I can't recommend Prepboys enough, check them out. They have a great website with a lot of information and if you have questions like I did, they're easy to contact and the staff is beyond great. Give the food a try, you can see how good they taste just from the pictures.

First order with them and a no show. No delivery in the window promised and no update or email of them attempting to deliver it as promised. A full refund requested but only able to fill out a website form, no other method of contact. EDIT: I received a reply late the same day I filled out the form. Lance replied and explained they were closed on my delivery day. A mix up on their website offer and what was going to happen. He refunded my order and even offered a delivery to me the next day. Impressed with his response. Honestly his website was displaying wrong information. If I had know what was really expected, I would not have ordered for that week. But he corrected the issue for a refund and made the extra offer. I plan to keep my 2nd order for the next week due to his response of the website communication error. Look forward to all products I am expecting from him. Hopefully becoming a repeat customer.

Prepboys is awesome! A healthy lifestyle is 80% diet and Prepboys helps make that part a fun one. Their take on healthy meals is a far cry from unseasoned chicken and steamed broccoli. All their flavors are superb and fun. You won’t believe you’re eating food that’s meant to help you with your gains. The layout and ordering system is easy with a rotating menu so you’re never bored. Pick ups as a breeze. They even deliver for a small fee. If you’re like me and work 40 hours/week in Silicon Valley, you barely have time to cook and prep healthy meals while also hitting those weights. Prepboys takes that weight off your chest.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This is a scam. 10 o’clock on a Monday night…no delivery despite the promised delivery hours of 5pm to 9pm. I have tried reaching out to the company multiple times via email and social media for a status update…no response. Nobody has contacted me to let me know of any delays. So I’m now sitting here with no idea whether I should go to bed or wait or if my phone is going to start ringing with a delivery after I am already asleep. Unacceptable. First and last time I will use Prep Boys. And I will be asking for a full refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I have had a chance to use Prepboys for some time now and they have become an integral part of my nutrition program. The variety, quality, and personal customer service are top notch. I particularly appreciate the care they put into being responsive to me as a customer -- when I made a mistake on an order, helping me to revise it, and insuring I got exactly what I wanted. The strength pack is fantastic if you are bulking (or cutting) and strongly suggest the breakfasts for those times you need something healthy and on the go. Highly recommended.

This place is great! My absolute go to with a super busy schedule or even just to help keep me on a nutritional diet! They have a great selection of dishes and their always revamping the menu, so you can literally eat a variety of nutritious meals. I love the fact that you can customize the dishes to your choice. Pro tip: Make sure to put your order in early so your ready for the week!! Definitely going back love the high end quality foods but not only are they affordable they taste good!!! 5 star hands down!!

I was a bit skeptical of all the raving reviews but after trying out most of the meals this week, I have to say, they're all true! All the meals have tasted amazing, even the ones I was hesitant about. One downside of the prepped meals is that they can get a bit watery. But I've been draining the water after microwaving the meals and sautéing them a bit on the pan and it's way better than what I can whip up and much quicker. Love the convince and free mind space. I love the food from Prepboys Mealpreps. I'm a busy mom always on the go and active. I don't have time to cook. I just order my food from Preboys. I always order extra to bring some to co-workers and they just pay me, and they also love it! :) Its very flavorful and healthy. I eat them for lunch and dinner, my daughter loves it too! Prepboys Mealprep got some impressive dishes. They have all tasted great. Always excited when it's time to eat. A lot of flavor for healthy food. Customer Service is also a big factor on why I've stayed with them. I've experienced other meal prep companies, and they have mediocre meals with poor service. First time ordering. There were several 'bumps in the road' along the way, and I had to follow up a lot to get things sorted out, with various aspects of the delivery. i picked my friends order. it was a large order. i only checked for no carbs and thought everything looked right. find out this morning im missing 24 meals. my friend is yelling at me. i called the number on google maps nothing and voicemail isnt set up and no number invoice i received.
