We shared an order of 4 chicken fingers and fries. It was plenty for the two of us. There are about 10 different sauces, listed on the menu in order of hotness. We chose one between mild and medium, and it was plenty spicy for us. Overall our meal was fine but nothing exceptional. More

I was greeted with friendly service and positive energy. I chose "hot" level for my chicken tenders. And boy did it make me sweat a little, but it was the right amount of heat for me. I enjoyed it. It was great to check out a staple place for hot chicken in Nashville. More

I wasn't sure about the "hot" scale. Some people's spicy is way different than others. I like that little burn around the lips, and tingling in the mouth hot. I ordered XX Hot and it was snot rags and cryin. So their hot scale is accurate.

This place is good so long as you have your expectations set. They are very busy and they turn out food as quickly as possible. That said, chicken is good, well breaded, and has a great flavor. And you do get full, even off just 4 tenders.

While in town of course I had to try one of the foods Nashville is known for Hot Chicken, so gave it a try at one of the originators. I got the chicken tenders (Hot and XXX-Hot flavor to compare) with fries.

we ordered 2 fried chicken sandwiches, mac n cheese, baked beans and coleslaw. chicken was rather dry. spiciness was more burn than flavour.
