Here is the water damage caused inside a unit at this location. All my collector books molded & ruined. It has been over two months & the insurance purchased through the public storage has done nothing besides provide excuses saying they need more information & more photos pertaining to the damage. No one at this facility has attempted to help with this issue or even taken a moment to show they care. 28 years of a collection ruined. DON'T put your trust in these storage facilities. Updated 10/20/2020: Originally this claim was started on 6/30/2020. They left me a messaged asking me to accept a measly $672 on 10/05/2020 from an unknown number that I can't call back for my ruined collection of books. I have called to just speak with someone every day since and still have not heard back from anyone. I will can not express more how terrible this company is, they have left us in the dark the entire time showing they truly don't care about anything you store with them. Save yourself the time, money and your possessions! Don't allow this terribly ran facility destroy your items as well. They prove they only care to take your money.

I was here on 09/13/2023. The auto gate was wide open. On 09/16/2023 I received a phone call that my unit was tampered with. I asked them if they were gonna secure it and they said they would do something. When I showed on 09/17/2023, my unit was unlocked and the hasp was broken off. I couldn’t even put a new lock on it. Calling did nothing. No one cared. When I returned on 09/19/2023 to move items to a new unit I found my original one wide open and all items missing. Oh, did I mention that the auto gate was down and after an hour in the phone, a customer told me there was a gate wide open in the other side. And the back door is also wide open. If you’re a thief, this is your place.

These people are scamming people out they money!!! For 7 months our rate was 139.00. Then in August it went a extra 30.00 and the. 1 month later it went up another 30.00 !! The management at this specific location are clearly pocketing the money!!! Here we are struggyto pay the 139.00 per month becos we are both disabled and they steadily upping the rent !!! We called other public storage places and the rates remain the same!!! We already struggling and for the management of this 4555 South Blvd location to scam us and try to pocket extra money of us is horrendous!!! We will be reporting to BBB first thing Monday!!!!

Great experience today with setting up my public storage. Dee was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I must also mention Renee from the location on Park Road. I went to that location first but they did not have the large size storage unit I needed. She was very helpful as well and searched for other locations and called ahead so Dee was expecting me. Great team effort between the two locations and both Dee and Renee were genuinely interested in helping!!

The staff here is top notch! Management is amazing! The customer service I received was over and beyond expectations. I was in great need of help and they worked with me to find a good solution and fit. They are very good with communicating and getting the information I needed in a certain time frame . They took good care of my situation and all of my loved possesions...I trust in them and my belongings and would reccomend this location because they do truly care!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! My unit was robbed in November due to a lack of adequate security (no video surveillance, staff didn't seem to care at all)....and the insurance they offer you is a SCAM! Their phone lines go straight to voicemail and no one ever calls or emails you back despite their guarantee of "fast claim resolution". Never, ever, ever will I recommend this company to anyone I care about. If you care at all about your possessions, do not store them here!!!

Casey Jeff and Richie were excellent. Richie took me and my husband out to see the space, explained all of the details to us. Came back and explained to us about the moving supplies that we may need for securing our items.Very professional,I will definitely refer this location to all of my co workers and friends who are planning to move. I have a storage space at this Public Storage and I often stop in the office just to say hello to Teresa. She is very friendly and I enjoy talking to her. She treats me like family, as she does with all of the people she deals with. Everyone here is wonderful and they give excellent customer service. I will continue to store my items at this place and recommend anyone needing storage to go see Teresa and she will take good care of you.

This place is terrible. They are nothing but scammers who make up "rules" just so they can add extra charges onto your account. They sold all my stuff because I was late 1 month on my payments. On top of selling my stuff they are trying to say I still owe them money. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE and I would give 0 stars if I could. If you need to store your things please look elsewhere.

I had to get a storage last minute, the website was very easy to navigate and while I did the reservation the same day I had no issues with my storage. Renee was very helpful, knowledgeable & created a pleasant customer service experience. Her positive energy, willingness to help and efficient service was truly appreciate during a very stressful move. I will definitely use this storage facility again.

Casey really made this a great experience! My need for storage wasn't exactly a good one, but when I met Casey, she quickly took us through the spaces, found exactly what we needed, then got us in and out in no time. I needed a kind heart and am efficient professional, that's exactly what I found with Casey, I'd recommend her and her well kept location to anyone!

From my experiences, no one is ever in office when I do decide to come nor can I access my unit during business hours. Unreasonable especially since I come when I get a chance to because I travel for work so by the time someone contacts me it’s irrelevant. A day or two later is too late but I’m always contacted right on time to remind me of my due payments

Curtis and Casey were so helpful when I was looking for a storage unit. They took the time to let me see 3 different storage units even though they recommended a certain size. Great customer service and the property was very clean. Also offered me a promotion for free boxes if I bought some! Love getting a deal! I'll definitely rent from this property

Renee delivered an amazing experience! As a first time storage renter I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them. She was very helpful and was upfront about all of the costs. I could also tell that she was a very hard worker because she was throwing trash while it was raining. Very thorough and honest and nice property manager.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices at this location were the most reasonable in the area. I am a little further from home but it's okay because the staff makes you feel like your not just another customer. The property was clean. I am glad that I found this place after visiting 4 other facilities. I will recommend!

HORRIBLE, UNSCRUPULOUS, DECEITFUL.........Rent has gone up without notice from $69/month to $180!!! And if you are 1 day late paying the rent because their poor website rarely works, lookout !!!...they'll harass you as if you defaulted on a mortgage. SO HAPPY to be out!!! Due diligence and store your belongings with another company.

I just moved room town a month ago and was experiencing a hard day, but when I got there the manger Renee was great help to me! She was a true blessing for helping me figure out the right size I needed down to helping me move my bed into the storage! The customer service from the team there was beyond great! I rented a unit with Casey's help last year, and she was wonderful. Due to a move, our office needed to rent a larger unit, and I was assisted by Allison. Allison was terrific in helping me find the right unit and get supplies needed for our office move. This is a nice, clean, safe location with a great staff.

This facility is top notch! Manager Renee runs a tight ship and makes us feel as secure (as possible) about our property. She is a credit to the company and truly cares about her customers. Always a pleasure with the staff. My mom and I were on site this past Saturday around 11:00 am until about 1:30 minimizing her items. The young lady that was on staff was AWESOME all the way around. If question we had she had an answer, she helped and made sure we were ok. Nice clean facility.

South Blvd PS is awesome. Gabby was amazing. She was very welcoming and friendly. The service was quick and efficient she covered all of my moving bases and got me the space and materials I needed. I was able to reserve, rent, and move in on memorial day. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Everything was great. Just wished the storage size estimate was close enough to true size. A 1.5 bedroom apartment did not fit the 10x10 unit that was meant for a 2 bedroom apartment. Overall it's clean, cool inside and Casey was really professional and answered all my questions.

We had no idea how clean and convenient the Public Storage facility was at 4555 South Blvd! Markee showed us a variety of sizes so we would be comfortable with the decision and Tamika was helpful with recommending boxes and packing supplies. Definitely recommend it!

I had a storage unit here and they gave me one with a faulty door. Someone was able to lift the door and steal almost all of my personal belongings. The office and corporate are impossible to get in contact with.
