Ashley provided me with an excellent service. She called me to introduce herself and I scheduled an appointment to move-in. When I got to the office, she acknowledged me with a big smile and helped me step by step with my move-in process. Before signing anything, she took me to my storage space to make sure it was what I was looking for and that I was satisfied. She had a great sense of humor and she was very polite and professional. She was very detailed with the paperwork and was making sure I understood everything. She made me feel that my belongings will be in good hands. I had a storage space in the past at this location and their customer service was the reason I chose this location again. Thanks guys!

If I could give several negative stars here, I would!! Worst experience, extremely unprofessional and they literally take advantage of you. Rented a unit and then told it wasn't working, they were supposed to fix it and never told me if they did. I went back the NEXT day and cancelled the unit and they said I couldn't get my money back because I technically had it for 2 days (days I was never able to open or use the unit at all). Spoke to regional manager Angela at the 3710 Monroe Rd, Charlotte location, and she was of no help at all. This company takes advantage and they don't care they are taking your money for services not provided. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!

E'Kira gave excellent customer service! She sold me boxes and described in detail the different storage sizes that I needed for my furniture. She took me on a guided tour and pointed out the security cameras to ensure my property would be safe. I'm moving from Houston to Charlotte it's important to me that my items are secure. She even recommended moving supplies to make the transition smoother. She is knowledgable and knows her job. Thanks for her assistance I'm choosing Public Storage to store my property! I will recommend this property to others in a heartbeat!!! I visited many other storage locations...this is the Best! New to Charlotte! "D"

I have been with Public Storage beginning in Oct 2007, I have had nothing but excellent care, when my account is Past Due I always receive a reminder call, walking into the office on the times that i have paid my bill in person. I have experienced nothing but courteous & polite encounters from the staff there. Everyone one seems to be friendly & in my opinion knows most of the customers on first name basis, but seems to always greet them with Mr or Mrs, I would like to add that Ms Jo is a wonderful Manager & Public Storage should hire more well rounded manager like her, Zac Douglas

I had previously rented a unit there and when I moved out my belongings i was told I didn't have to pay for anything but some of my belongings were destroyed by mice and they still want me to pay for a full month after I moved out on the first when I gave a 24 hour notice they will still charge you no matter what even if you have not been there a whole day or month and I contacted corporate customer service they said there was nothing they can do. IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS TO BECOME A HOME FOR RODENTS AND BUGS BE MY GUEST BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WORTH ANYTHING.

I needed a storage unit last minute for my Mother, so I came to this public storage and got the most amazing customer service! Aaliyah was such a gorgeous sweet young lady, she was very polite and found me a unit in my budget. She has such a great personality and made the move in process a breeze! I thought it was going to be a long ordeal but no she did it super quick and was very kind!! Overall a great experience, the space is clean and fits everything I need inside of it, Thanks Aaliyah!

As my first experience with getting a storage unit, I was so pleased. I went in and E'Kira was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made it fast and easy. She provided me with all the information I needed to gain access to my unit. She even offered the insurance just in case an item came up missing. Being my first time ever getting a storage I was so happy to know someone cared about my belongings and safety of my items. E'kira was outstanding. And I just wanted to thank her for for all her help!

The experience that I had with the property manager at this location was excellent. Her name is Carol and she was very patient and informative in her handling of a question that I had with renting a second unit at a different Public Storage location. I appreciate the manner in which she greeted me on the phone and the time that she took to address all the concerns that I had with moving into the new unit. She has great customer service skills and is a great representative for the company!

My check in experience was great thanks to Krystal. She's informative and really nice. She was patient and went over all of the details perfectly so that I knew what I was getting into. My only problem isn't with her, but that the online pricing doesn't reveal the additional fees and mandatory costs that must be paid with the units, so prepare to pay a little more than expected. Again, not her fault though, she was great to work with!

What can I say I met an awsome young lady with a great personality by the name of Lashanda. She was very kind and out going. She had great customer service skills and she did her job, I was able to fit all my belonging in the 5x10. I originally had plans to rent a 10x10 and Lashanda help me map out how I would get everything into my unit and showed I didn't need as much space as I thought I did. Thanks Lashanda keep up the good work.

Ashley was the best representative for Public Storage. We were tight on time. With my work schedule we only had a 30 minute window. She had an appointment she needed to be at at 6:30. I arrived at 5:40 PM. She stayed late to complete my application. There was only one unit of the size we rented so we had to secure it. Ashley I'm so glad there are people like you to deal with. The lady I talked to, named Carol, was the most helpful person I have encountered in quite some time. She took the time to fix our mix up in storage facilities and all the charges that were incurred in error. She has been a God-send. Erika and Bonnie are two very nice people. They are the reason I choose Public storage at this location. They both took time to make sure the unit I rented was to my needs. I have been leasing a unit from Public Storage (28058) for SEVEN YEARS! I cleared it out yesterday and I couldn't be more excited! It was long overdue! Richada was there and made the process seamless!! Her positive energy and cheerful spirit is infectious. This is my first time using a storage place and there was one employee that stuck out to me. Her name was Shauna she was very informative on everything. Came into the store to buy some boxes E'Kira was very helpful in assisting me. She also told me about additional items in the store that i would be able to use. I ended up purchasing tape after she demonstrated how PS tape would secure my boxes vs. the tape i already had. Keep up the good work, truly a great store.

Richada was a wonderful, friendly person to work with today. Even though her system wasnt working she still took me to see different size storage spaces and answered all my questions. I would recommend if you need storage going to see her, really patient and good customer service.

My storage monthly went from $52 to $90 for the same exact unit. That is 73% increase for no other reason than they can. I just wish there was a class lawsuit against these companies that use the state of the economy to squeeze more money out of people. WRONG!!!!! GREEDY!!!!
