This is the best Publix around, very clean and typically a wonderful shopping experience to include great customer service. Unfortunately same cannot be said about the Pharmacy. I stopped in today to ask about transferring my prescriptions and the Pharmacist informed me that my prescriptions could be called in after the new year (which sounded ridiculous). I asked what to do if I needed something filled sooner and she snapped at me that my doctor would have to call it because they simply did not have time to sit on the phone with another Pharmacy trying to get my prescriptions. I realize they may be busy but there was no attempt to show any level professionalism or courtesy in her response. She was quite curt and rather rude. It was so disappointing to have such a poor experience at this highly rated Publix.
Florida based Publix doesn't move much further north than the Nashville area. But I'm glad they are here. The aisles of the store have typical grocery store offerings. But it's the perimeter of the store that has Publix above the rest. The bakery and deli are outstanding with their offerings. (Best chicken tenders around.) Service is normally excellent. I have noticed a slight decay in the past pandemic, but no worse than any other establishment trying to get its business back up to speed. The general staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. This location does not offer gas.
I love Publix because they have fresh produce. However, their meat and seafood selection is horrible. I had to wait 15 minutes to be served at the seafood counter All my clams were rotten when I got home and open their fish was spoiled and they asked me to bring it back. There is shrimp for slimy and nasty. Absolutely awful and unacceptable. I definitely will be going to Whole. The only reason I like to go to Publix is because oh Gregory. I love everything about Publix besides there seafood department it’s awful like f-
I was confronted by a self checkout employee here for taking a few extra bags to use for scooping my cat litter. He explained to me that he has to pay for those out of his wages. I have reported to the labor board and this is either a completely false claim by their employee or they are docking people for bag usage. Either of those is reason enough to not ever shop here. When I reported this to the manager on duty she stated that she was unsure what their bag policy was.
The perfect all-around grocery shopping experience! Fresh produce, seafood, and meat options. AMAZING bakery filled with specialty cakes, pies, breads, and chocolate covered fruits!! The best customer service in the industry. Always clean and pristine. Your favorite foods are always available. Now offer pickup. And one of the best features is the pharmacy... no fuss, perfect!
Went today at around 2pm. At the deli/Asian/chicken area, there were large flies landing on the food and paper left in empty bins! Quite a few flies buzzing around! I saw a few more throughout the store while I shopped. I planned on getting fried chicken, but probably will never shop at that store again! It was pretty gross! I reported to the customer service desk!
The deli department is slow and online ordering is very hit or miss. They don't call or email you if your order is cancelled due to product being out, so you make the trip out there and they shrug their shoulders with no apology. Don't be surprised if they waste your time. Frankly this location has gone downhill in recent years. They used to be great.
This was formerly a nice store; no longer. Their produce is old- ( fresh) cut pineapple is brownish, avocados are mushy/ brown, out of stock on 5 of the items on my 13 item list. The milk i needed has expiration date of tomorrow. When I call the manager, he is rude, short, and snappy.
I just encountered one of the rudest cashiers at this location. I said hi to her(Virginia) and she completely ignored me after being quite friendly to the man in front of me. Management, please have a conversation with staff about treating ALL customers with basic respect.
Take my 2 yr old grandson, and he gets a free cookie from the deli. Rest of the deli bake look good but often taste sub par - Kroger's is better. Fresh Produce is excellent, and Public's brand of sweet tea can not be beat, when you can get it. It is often sold out.
Warm and friendly staff throughout the store who acknowledge and greet you. Cleanliness and bright lights are appealing to me. Multiple and various kinds of oil, vinegar, cheeses, butter, etc. The only drawback about Publix is that things are usually more pricey.
It’s sad when I can go to a Kroger right down the road and spin $18 less on a $100 order. And yes, I compared item for item. 18% difference. I love the experience with Publix, but during these times they need to drop their prices!
Truthfully I prefer to shop here over Kroger across the street. The entrances are difficult to get in and out of during rush hour. A problem for the city in which they have yet to fix. A clean and well staffed store.
Pricey and not a sea of choices like at the competition, but good quality, friendly, well organized, and clean. Well stocked even during these holiday times, while the store across the street struggles with that...
Publix is always the best. This particular store had Armenian String Cheese in stock, which was AWESOME! It's one of my favorite snacks, and I haven't seen it for sale in over a decade!
Clean and friendly store. Just be careful in parking lot for some reason the last couple years people no longer follow the single direction drive lanes and flying thru parking lot.
Store was clean and everything was fresh. We stopped in for some subs and sushi on our road trip. Customer service was friendly and everything we expect from a Publix.
My favorite Publix. The bakery team is always super kind and helpful. Pub subs here are made with care. Even my Bank in the store is helpful and kind always!!
Very clean grocery store. Well stocked. Two lanes open while I was there. So I used self checkout. Had special on Poppi drinks. Wife likes those. That is a +
Love shopping here for the friendly and knowledgeable staff, not to mention great selections and clean stores. Keep up the great service you guys!!
I usually purchase the Publix brand lemonade and a few other things during my visits. Great staff. They are always helpful. I would recommend.
Good product, but often run out of several items. Deli is very slow service and just ok product, produce will often be tired, not fresh
Best place to drop off recyclables such as plastic bags, styrofoam and paper. I don't usually go inside the store due to high prices!
russ at the deli is such a great person! made my day and is always a pleasure to see him. great store!
I loved my Bloody Mary. I ordered a chicken avacado chop salad. It was great!
They keep the Publix standards. So it's a good place.
Love this place. Always friendly and helpful staff!
Staff are always friendly grocery and pharmecy.
I get my meds at the pharmacy. Great prices.
