I bought a car from quality motors, it had some issues at first which they fixed but it needed a new radiator within a month .The car came with a cd player that did not work and speakers are so damaged you cant listen to the radio at all .when i complained to the car yard i was told that a radio only cost $50 .well if its only $50 why sell it that way then which is unacceptable from a car yard. As a bonus for buying the car i recieved two car mats and one was broken in half.how sweet. Please read the fine print when getting a loan as well as i was told loan is $4000 but was not disclosed that i would actually end up paying $7000 even though i was on a carers pension at the time. i am paying by end of loan and it was very well hidden so now im paying $700 for a car that is worth less then $2000 if i had to resell. Very stressful .

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. The staff were genuine, friendly, experienced and very accommodating to my needs and budget. The whole process was quick and easy with no hassle! We test drove some cars, had a chat with the staff about the best car to suit my camping and hiking needs and then viola! They did up the contract, suggested a great finance company and within a few days, the car was mine! Christian was lovely enough to fill the car with petrol before we left, gave us a bottle of champagne and took a lovely photo of us with our new Rav 4 and a enormous bright red bow! It was honestly a pleasurable experience! I would recommend this car dealership to anyone and will definitely be back in the future!

I bought my first car this week from Quality Motors Brisbane, and am still blown away by the amazing service I received. Having no knowledge on cars, all the staff were all so understanding & did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. June was an amazing sales person, who made the experience so comfortable & exciting! I ran into a small issue with the car the day after taking it home, and was asked to bring it back where Nick & June talked me through everything and helped me fix it. I bought a car from this place , 2 weeks later the engine seized and there mechanic came out with great difficulty after stuffing me around numerous times to say the car is “dead” I asked for a a fulll refund and it was such a fight to get my money back which I was entitled to as I was in my 30day warranty I have asked for the 5 tyres that are my property to be returned but they are refusing . They’re nothing but a bunch of money hungry people. Please do not waste you time looking here unless you want to be abused and sold a lemon

At my arrival in Brisbane, in December, I had no skills to choose a car alone. I was confused and really worried to get scammed. Lukely, two different persons (completely unrelated) suggested me to contact Jun first and Chris then...when I discovered they worked together, finally, I was convinced to meet them. I bought a car in April, but i wanted to wait until i had my first service to leave a review. Here I am in December after my first service writing this to tell you what a great experience i had with the people at this business. They really do an amazing job of selling cars at an extremely good price without impacting the quality. My car had new wheels, breaks and came with full log book. I 100% recommend them. Also the sales people were super nice and not at all pushy. I had a great experience.

I bought a Toyota Yaris from Quality Motors Brisbane one month ago. The car is fantastic, everything is perfect, the price was really cheap and the owner (Chris) help me in everything: the registration of the car, the insurance, the rego, the Customer Number, one time come to help me because the car ran out of battery ( I left the light on the whole night) and if I have some problems I know that I can call him. I have mixed feelings.. All the staff members I met were both friendly and efficient but I've only had the car I bought for 8 months and I've already had to replace the starter motor, the radiator, the harmonic balancer, the drive light harness, a universal joint, and several small items. Granted, the vehicle is old but, given the fact that I was not informed that it was missing the rear fuel tank before I bought the car, I can't help feeling some wool was pulled over my eyes.

I had a really positive experience with the guys at Quality Motors, June and Nick were great to deal with! They were very transparent about an issue they found in a car we wanted to buy from them during their pre sale mechanical servicing and rather than push the deal they offered us a better deal on another car so we didn't have issues down the road. The car we got looks fantastic and runs great! I would definitely buy from them in the future!

Wouldn't recommend if it was the last place to get a car got had drove down to Brisbane to get my car all for Joe to tell me I couldn't pick up my car because there was a problem with the airbags then they send my car to me on a tow truck all was ok until the engine blow 3 months of me having it told joe about it and brush me off like it was nothing now I'm fighting as a single mother I shouldn't have pay back for a car that I can't drive

I bought a car from here 8 weeks ago someone has put silicone on the oil drain plug to stop oil from leaking. There were other problems the spark plugs were worn out causing the car to miss fire and the transmission fluid was very dark.

Bought a ford focus 2007 from them for 7000$, havent even lasted half a year and the gearbox needs to be changed. Was expecting a car with that price last longer then that. And in that time i have only driven 4000km
