My first time ordering from this business. First off an extra large pizza w. ex sauce and 20 wings came to almost 33 dollars delivered, in this day and age I find that to be an outstanding value which I have seldom seen matched. The food was pretty good, the amount of toppings on their pizza was plentiful and they tasted very good not bland like most other places, overall very good pizza and not your standard fare or junk so common in the east end, my only critism would be the crust was very floppy and had no crisp to it at all, this may be a byproduct of the three meat toppings I ordered and/or the extra sauce I do not know. Maybe a little longer in the oven would have helped, I guess I will know better tomorrow when I reheat a couple of slices in the air fryer that sometimes helps this out. The wings were of a fair size and had a somewhat light breading, unlike some places the breading wasn't their to disguise how small the wings were, it was light and had an ok flavour and the wings themselves were pretty good. After striking out cost and food wise at so many places in the east end of the city (pretty much all, are you listening power) I think I finally found a place that is serving a quality product at a reasonable cost and shall be ordering from them again. Not your standard fare pizza nor miniscule wings, Well went to order again and low and behold we now have a delivery charge and we are dealing through mealsy. great, the quest goes on

Edit: it’s not worth going here for your food after it’s been extremely hot outside, they have no AC and they’re not interested in fixing their AC for the dining room, I’ve pointed out they need an AC if they’re going to continue through the summer.. guy in the back came out of the kitchen saying “are you gonna pay for it? If not, get outta here”… you do realize having a dining room that’s nearly 35°c after a 29°c day is actually pretty dangerous.

I am really sad because I have been ordering from Queen's for years and years and switched to this location because the Queen St. location was getting really skimpy on the sauce. I ordered pizza from here, at least every two weeks and the last four orders have been not what we were used to. It is disappointing and frustrating when you order extra extra sauce and there is hardly any on the pizza. The last pizzas I ordered had 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice and the other pizza had none! One pie had the toppings under the cheese. I don't understand what happened. Also, I ordered the pizza online to be delivered between 4:45 and 5:00 and it came at 3:45. What was the point of me putting in the time? As I said, I am disappointed that we cannot order pizza anymore.

I love this pizza joint I've ordered from them in the past but at their original location of Queen Street I'm so glad this pizza establishment has opened up a second location right behind Bruno's pizza a pizza location in my opinion that provides poor quality pizza and I'm not just slandering their name I have a negative history with them they did not honor a deal with that being said I'm so grateful this pizza place is near my house now their sauce is a little on the heavy side but I like that if you do not I suggest you request less sauce they don't skimp on the toppings and the cheese actually has flavor I've been having troubles getting flavorful cheese from other pizza joints in the neighborhood. Great work Queens your walk in specials are super worth it

I will admit the pizza was pretty good, but the "tossed" wings just had sauce poured on it, and i asked for tossed so they were smothered. Theres a big flavour difference between tossed and poured on. The chicken cesar was the worst salad ive ever eaten. With only 2 tiny ity bitty ceasar dressings and a decent sized salad, i barely tasted it. The chicken was really dry and super greasy. I can see paying an extra $4 for chicken with breast (not saying a whole nreast but at least some) but not for anything but. I am so not impressed with these wings and salad. Ill probably never order from here again. Sucks too cause not many places offer salad and pizza.

My go to place for great pizza for a great value and amazing deals. The orders are always served hot and delicious and I highly recommend the wings deals. Even though it's not on the menu I had requested to have half and half sauce of suicide and honey garlic - they did and it tasted great. Only issue is that out of my last 5 orders my points haven't accumulated and I'm still at the same points.

The food was really great and the workers were very kind. I ordered pickup specials and the value for the quality was excellent. If you're paying debit, there's no tip option on the machine so bring some cash for the tip jar because they deserve it. I asked if I could break a bill to tip but they humbly refused and say they're just doing their job. I'm tipping double next time I go, and there absolutely will be a next time.

Im not going to lie, we were very skeptical because the pizza places around this area are garbage. We normally have to go down to High Line to get the closest quilty pizza and wings. We decided to give Queens a try, we got a cheese and pepperoni pizza and we were blown away! You get this beautiful fluffy pizza with a crispy and crunchy crust. The sauce and cheese were very good too! We will definitely be coming back to try their other menu items. Thank you for making good pizza !!

Ordered some take out. Was shorted a potato wedge. Called the store, and the guy immediately apologized, claimed the mistake, and then offered to deliver to our place (we live super close). Within 10 minutes he was at the door. Super pleased with the service. Pizza is worth the price. Wings are crispy (sauce on the side). We'll certainly order again when we need a value meal.

The pepperoni pizza is edible. The inside is kfc with no heating. The service is good. The shawarma pizza clearly had old chicken and was not cooked right so I couldn't eat it. Their prices are extremely competitive. So if you want a large pepperoni or cheese slab pizza for a party I recommend them over little ceasers. For anything more, I would probably avoid.

I’ve ordered from here a few times the pizza and wings combo are great. I ordered a chicken shawarma poutine I couldn’t even eat one bite the shawarma sauce was not the best it was too thick. We regularly go here and are getting recognized by the staff by our usual order. We have plans to go through more of the menu, but for now we can say that the pizza is always good. We have never had an issue and will continue to go here. We definitely recommend checking this place out. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood and the quality of pizza is just fantastic.

Consistently great pizza options with variety of toppings and great deals. Surely a go-to place in Downtown Hamilton. The best part is, it is open at the late hour, so no more worries for the late night cravings. Staff members are friendly, and delivery drivers are also good. This place is on top notch with its food quality and service.

Pizza was cold on walk in pick up after waiting 10 minutes longer then they said. The pizza was lacking in flavour and technique, closer to a frozen pizza then anything a pizzaria should claim. Wings were soggy and drowning in sauce. Not good overall.

The best late night pizza restaurant place. They have a lot of Toppings options and good deals on their pizza and wings combo. The star of this place is The Chicken Shawarma pizza. Must try once!
