Worst experience of my life, got there at 9 and went up for questioning by the attorney. I didn’t get questioned the first day. (Didn’t go back for the second) they questioned 8 people for two hours and went on break for 2 and a half hours.
This place really needs to get their staff trained ASAP. Their customer service is terrible. My boyfriend was scheduled for jury duty this morning. Last night he had covid symptoms and we did a home test for him around 10:30 pm, he tested
Place is clean and has a nice view. Area outside is nice. The security and staff are very friendly and accomodating. They also answer any questions you have. My jury service was quick and easy :) Just make sure to arrive on time, at 9 AM.
I guess proper court attire is jeans sneakers and a hoody. But the court officers were unbelievably professional and courteous. The place is clean they let u step out get food and use the phone and bathroom etc. treat u like adults. Worst
The officers are great. The juror representatives don't understand even the basics of questions. Act like they are geniuses but what they really are...a bunch of unprofessional scummy folk. I came in and asked a genuine question. Why did
Was communicating with a particular query regarding the grand jury summoning for the overall process, however, the guy whom I was communicating sounded condescending and rude. At least, be respectful and not sounding grumpy when someone
I have no idea how the people who answer the phones here keep their jobs. It is clear that they do not want to be doing this job and I have never been spoken to so rudely (and I work in customer service). They don’t let you speak. Just
They play super hero movies or movies with Dwayne the rock Johnson while you wait for jury duty. At first I thought I was in trouble. But they made some nice announcements and it doesn't seem like we are being punished. I would like to
The security officers were very friendly and professional. Once inside the staff that address the jurors need training. The white woman who addressed the jurors was very nasty. Her tone was condescending. I felt like I was heading to
This is the worst court I’ve visited in Jamaica. This court has my divorce paper and I have no idea about the divorce attorney and I do not recognize the law firm. Therefore, I don’t trust this law firm with my information.
My 95 year old grandmother who is physically disabled (needs a wheelchair and a caretaker) and suffers Alzheimer's was summoned for jury duty. She can't even remember her own name. I guess she'd make a great juror!!!
Clean and well organized place. The officers are very helpful with people. They start at 9:00am and it may take until 4:00pm. It depends of the number. No recording or taking pictures. It's prohibited!
Just got off the phone with a juror representative and they seriously don’t know how to communicate with people at all. Giving smart mouth responses to just simple questions. Horrible
I came here for grand jury. My letter of reminder stated 7:00am when I was told 9:00am. I made my way to the court by 7:00am - had paid an additional fee for a cab
I've been calling and calling an no one ever picks up the phone. I've never been on jury duty before and have no idea what I'm doing
Staff was Very nice & though the process took a long time, it was well organized
No operators to answer the phone. Unprofessional communication
Treat you like you are the criminal
