I spoke with Karen. Extremely rude, and assumed that I did not have comprehensive insurance with another company because I was young. Asked me very minimal questions, also assumed what car I had. She quoted me for the incorrect car. Had no knowledge around licenses, and whether that would impact my insurance. Had much better service over the phone. Would not recommend!

Extremely disappointed - were returning customers to one of your staff members. Told that we were not important, they were too busy and don’t have the time to take our business. Poor communication not at all interested in your business even when it is worth tens of thousands of dollars. Do not waste your time go elsewhere where you may be valued as a customer.

We were so happy with the travel advice and service from the lovely Sonia Miller. Sonia assisted with booking our honeymoon to Tasmania. Sonia is very knowledgeable, professional and provided some great recommendations. Highly recommend Sonia and can't wait to book another holiday with her!!

Have been paying my Dad's membership there for a long time. Its a pity that they don't or won't have a double drivers licence,just in case the original driver has an accident or been disqualified for some reason,the other driver has access
