To give you background, my insurance policy was with some other advisor and was being offered a policy to my initial needs only however advisor did not have time to explain me the policy in detail instead I was being pushed for buying a policy. If you have RBC Auto insurance and road side assistance then please get to know that they will never come to help if your vehicle is stuck on the side of the road! I am an RBC Auto insurance customer and I have valid auto insurance coverage I was stuck on Mississauga’s Rexdale boulevard and Highway 427 south bound on September 30, 2023 evening then called RBC Roadside assistance at 8:38 pm and provided my information to a gentleman called Dave at RBC roadside assistance but he never called me back with any news, I waited in the dead vehicle on the side of 427 highway until 10:03 pm then called again and wondered why no one is coming to help me? At that time the RBC customer service sounded like she don’t know what I was talking about and that she needs an additional one hour and a half to send someone to help me! Luckily the temperature on that day was in the 20 degrees and the weather was warm enough but what if this happens in December or January when temperatures are below zero? then I would be in real danger! Ultimately, I called a private towing company and they came within just half an hour and I paid them $120 plus HST! But what about the monthly premiums that I pay to RBC Auto insurance? I really feel those premiums are going to an organization who does not care about me! I mean there is really something wrong here and I feel every one should know about what happened

My review today is about a phenomenal lady, her name is Sharron Arpino. She is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and looks out for her clients best interest. If you ever visit this branch, she is your go to. Sharron has been helping me for years, my family included. From my life insurance, to my first car insurance and recently home insurance on my second home. I would’ve made the worst mistake to cancel all my coverage and move it to my Husband’s insurance. She took time to explain the coverage I would get, put together quotes and answered our millions questions. The examples she provided made sense and after calculating the cost and discounts for multi -insurance, we were able to make an informed decision. She was available to us and was flexible too. We learned so much from her and I’d to thank her for being there for us. Moving homes and switching cars are huge decisions. She made it easy and thanks true customer service.

The Manager at this store can work magic! I’ve tried for two days to call the advice centre and had to wait for hours, only for the line to disconnect. I found my local branch on Facebook and sent a message. Tabitha responded instantly! She listened patiently to my concern. She was very knowledgeable and assigned one of her very knowledgeable and professional advisor Sharron to help me. My issue is fixed and Tabitha even too the time to call be back to ensure I was happy with the solution. Exceptional client services from beginning to end. 0 for service. This is for Matthew Manalo. I wanted to make a simple update(address) to my policy, the support phone had long wait times and the branches in my locations show temporarily closed. I decided to drive 30 min to get to this branch and when I got there, the branch did not look busy( I saw no customers) but Matthew said he can’t help me right away and that I should make an appointment and comeback. He spent good 10-15 min explaining how it is a very simple change and he could help me via email or phone call. I tried to be understanding and reached out to him after I got home, tried email, text msg, call but no response. Very unprofessional service.

I've been dealing with RBC since I was 19 years old and that was when I first met Sharron Arpino. She's always have been straight with me as being a young driver rates are always high, but I was able to get a decent rate for my 2004 Audi. As the years went on and policies changed I was able to get my mom to join the RBC with Sharron. Even though I'm out of town both Sharron and my mom handle my insurance rates now and Sharron always lets us know if we can get a better deal.
