The pair I was returning was 22 dollars. The return shipping prices was 12. I should have just kept them for that price. I wont be buying from rackroom online again.

I ordered online for the first time & some of the reviews were i read were pretty bad so i was nervous. I ordered 2 shoes on Monday night, and received them Wednesday morning ! With standard shipping, and while the whole pandemic is going on. The shoes are great, and they also have really good coupon codes. Definitely recommend!!

Not a big selection but I found what I wanted. The staff was attentive & helpful. Funny I went in for black sneakers but I bought 2 pair of boots timberland & Dr Martin but 1 get 2nd 1/2 price. Good deal I forget the exact price but it was under $175, not bad, especially for those brands.

Worst shoe store i’ve ever been too. I went there today becuase of the bogo sale they where having. I found a box with one size 6 sneaker in the box and i couldn’t find the other shoe. so the manager tells me she will get the other shoe

Decent selection of kids shoes. You do have to do some searching and digging to find what your looking for but the staff was able to assist and find the size/style no problem. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The store is a gem. They carry any popular brands at decent prices. They have BOGO sales quite often. The store is neat and clean and the sales reps are always courteous when they help.

The customer service is horrible. I never received my boots and they refused to refund me my money or even replace my boots. I will not recommended anyone to order from this website.
