BE AWARE This store has the cutest clothes. But just yesterday I walked into the store and this lady came into my face and started shouting at me that I can’t enter without a mask. First and former this b’tch should’ve and couldve politely said “my love you need a mask to enter. I then proceed to tell her Um I’m vaccinated so I don’t feel like wearing a mask because it bothers me. And she had the illest attitude and didn’t let me walk in further , she stood there like a guarded pit bull. Highly unprofessional.. So ladies be AWARE of how the staff here feel entitled to scream at you over a mask. Very disappointed in the staff at this place

Sam the “manager” at this store has the worst customer service and would not let me return an item due to a stain. The stain, was not one that I made. I pulled out 5 other items for Sale in his store with stains and marks. He said those stains are okay to sell. Customer service was no help. Do not visit this store, and make sure to check your items for stains and “smells” because the staff sure as hell cannot.

This store is trash and management is stupid, on google it clearly in black and white that on Saturday this location closes at 9:30pm. I arrived tonight at 8:55pm and the door was locked management wouldn’t even acknowledge me and treated
