This is my local Randalls. They have excellent quality Dairy Products. The Lucerne brand of cheese is the best IMHO, and I get all my dairy from this location. The prices at Randalls are higher than the other grocery chains around me but they always have great service and I have never had a problem at Randalls over the many years I have shopped them. Consistent Quality and they will have deals from time to time as well. I do not shop at Randalls for the bulk of my grocery items but I get all my Dairy there and whatever good deals I can see at the time. The parking here is good but Dairy Ashford can be a problem sometimes coming from I-10. Tip - if you are coming from I-10 to Randalls at Memorial stay in the left lane until you almost get to Memorial to avoid the crazy back up that happens at the ChickFilA drive through.

It's the second time that they keep me waiting at the pick up spot. I've been here for more than 13 minutes now. Last time it was 25 minutes and I had to go inside the store to make a complaint. The excuse was that there was nobody in the car, which is a lie, because I was inside the car all the time. That's not how it was supposed to be! Update: 22 minutes after my arrival and I came inside: there was nobody in the room where they store the orders (lights were turned off). The customer service lady called someone, and no one knew how to manage the DriveUp & Go orders. With my help, she managed to find my bags, and I had to take them to my car. Again, this is not how it was supposed to be. I am disappointed.

Excellent store, it has a variety of produce and high quality of products as well. The bakery is superb, the bread section is perhaps the best part of the store for me. One time we purchased a cake and it didn't come out alright, we spoke with the manager and we were reimbursed for it.. they do care!!. The meats.. fish..etc and wine selections are top notch, not to mention the vegetables and fruits. It really is very well organized and has a whole foods / little upscale feel to it. This is your go store in this area of memorial. .. give them all your in return you get a lot of food and stuff..See...simple..enjoy!! Get fat!!

After Looking at 12 places with long lines and no water. Decided to go-to Randall's. Fast moving lines with good store supervision. Out of water but able get other food with a 5 min wait. Great store. Clean store and nice friendly courteous customers. You would never find rudeness in the Memorial area. Randall's still has a good bakery area, fruits and vegetables, sale items. Clean store. Reasonable prices. Jason's Deli next door for soups and salads. It's still a great store .

Purchased a tres leches cake at the Bakery. Asked, "Is this fresh?" Response: " Yes, I made it today". We (attempted to) cut into it two hours later, frozen solid as a rock. Clearly, it had been baked some time ago (by its appearance, weeks ago), then frozen, and placed in the display case that morning. "It's fresh, I just baked it." Bwaaaaah haaaaaaaa haaaaaa. No wonder Randall's stores are (nearly) no more.

It's Clean, That's mainly why I go. For this area some of the stores are dirty and the shopper's can be a bit much too. The prices are not bargains but everyone is extremely polite, the shelves are neat, the selection gets it done and the environment is inviting. For a 20 item run I go here, it's well worth the 6 bucks I could save elsewhere.

Bad customer service, expired food. Wrong prices on items. Be sure and check the date on everything!!! You won't believe how many things you purchase from there that are actually expired. And check your receipts half the time the sale items are not ringining up sale price. Then you have to go to customer service to get your money back.

Welcoming environment each and every time!! Frsh smell of Starbucks as you walk in the door!! Eye catching floral department greets you first. Excellent fruit and vegetable selection! A selection throughout the store for your simple to exquisite palate!!! Enjoy and if you can go with time on your side and go down each isle!!! Love ❤

Randall’s flagship is a good flagship indeed. It’s like a small town grocer trapped in the big city. They got most of what you need and if they don’t, I hear ole Randy hisself will do his best to accommodate. Probably still can’t procure baby (the other white) meat, but that’s illegal in 195 countries last I heard.

Nice store, very clean and well laid out. Wonderful bakery and hot deli department, above average wine department, Randall's produce is always great, and carrying very high-end bottles like Dom Perignon, Cristal, fine French and California wines. Very friendly staff and management very attentive.

It’s literally my favorite store to grocery shop at in Houston. I look forward to coming here. Don’t be scared off by the prices. Check out the app for discounts and specials. It’s worth it and you know you will be getting quality on top of a great price.

So I went there for a floral pickup... oh my gosh for a everyday common grocery store their flowers and that department are fantastic. I recommend getting your flowers there or flowers design there are just picking them up on the go!! Very impressive

Wow, just wow. Came here for a last minute craving that was out-of-stock in HEB. This store must really prey on people in the area that can't easily get to an HEB. Prices of all my typical items 25-30% - or more - higher than in HEB! People beware!

I usually shop here because it's so close to my house and I have my card for all their deals. A few weeks ago while I was shopping my phone was stolen right out of my buggy as I was shopping. I went to the manager and he reviews the cameras

Been going here for almost 20 years. Prices compete with other 2 major chains in area. Walking in can immediately smell seafood section from from doors. Store fairly clean, employees friendly. Prices are higher than Kroger on most stuff.

I cannot believe the misleading offer that Randall's is currently making on Uber Eats. The offer says spend $70, save $30. Sounds great, right? However, a couple of price comparisons shows how horrible this is and how it takes advantage

I have been shopping here for years and love this store and all of the kind employes. The only negative is the wi-fi is terrible in the store which makes it difficult to use the Randalls app in the store. They need a stronger signal.

Clean. Great sales. Wonderful! I go often and can get in and out. Using the app, I like the beef sales! They also have the best holiday sales. Stock up if you can during those times on sodas, ice cream, and desserts.

I love Randall's. I order, it's ready in a flash, and I pick up with no problems. My items are fresh and I don't have problems with "use by" dates like I've had at other stores. I save a lot using my digital coupons.

Love Randall's deli selections. Awesome pre-made foods and take and bake as well. I loved the chicken salad and wraps. The cake was Devine. And very friendly customer service even at 9:30 at night.

This place is depressing. It feels like a ghost town 90% of the time. It's a run-in and run-out kinda store based on necessity, no one really goes shopping for their weekly groceries here.

Randall's on Memorial and Dairy Ashford - I ordered a quarter size sheet cake. I couldn't believe the cost was $26. I will stick with Sam's full size $30.

They made a full sheet chocolate cake for our apartment community that was a HUGE hit with our residents. They even carried the cake to the car for me.
