I wanted to share my very POSITIVE shopping experience at the R&F showroom on Jamaica Avenue, Queens, NY. I was looking for a beautiful leather reclining sofa and loveseat set along with a six piece dining room set to compliment my open concept living/dining area. I did view many options online with other merchants but my attention was drawn to the high quality merchandise I saw online offered at very reasonable prices at R&F. But like many others, I do prefer to see what I'm buying before making a large purchase so I decided to visit this showroom. First Impressions: Walking into the store, it is welcoming, spacious, well kept, strategically organized and overall aesthetically pleasing. The entire staff was pleasant and inviting. I soon met with a sales consultant named Mr. Guy Lafaille who would take my shopping experience from mundane and routine to EXCEPTIONAL! The Selection Process: Mr. Guy was very polite and knowledgeable about all the products in the store and even those not currently on showroom display and was able to give detailed information not just about pricing, financing options and availability but also the trusted reputation of the manufacturers they rep, the quality of the different materials and warranty information. I was shown many different options that all appealed to me and were within my budget. With Mr. Guy's assistance, I found exactly the furniture that fit my needs to match the design concept that I had envisioned for my space that was high quality and very reasonably priced (OH HAPPY DAY!) The purchasing and delivery: A seamless, worry-free process. My delivery was made within 2 business days of purchase. I was provided with periodic updates via email and text and knew exactly when the delivery would be made and was given tips on what to expect and how to prepare beforehand. I had the ability to track the delivery truck which arrived ON TIME. My new furniture was well wrapped and protected with packing materials and set-up was a breeze with the delivery teams very expert assembly knowledge. They set the furniture in my desired positions and was sure to remove all packing materials before they left. The take-away: At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase but somehow when I left the showroom, I walked away feeling like I wanted to buy the entire store! Like this is the kind of place I want to willingly spend my hard earned money! There should be a Mr. Guy in every Raymour & Flanigan store! He is a true professional in his class. As long as such high quality merchandise is offered, coupled with the exceptional standard of professionalism and service is maintained, I wont even bother to buy furniture anywhere else. Thank you very much to Mr. Guy and to the entire R&F Jamaica Avenue Queens team!

My family and I reside near this establishment. I went there to shop for furniture. We bought almost $15,000 worth of furniture. They did not specifically mention all options throughout my purchase. We asked several times, we were only told about 1 option where we only have 12 months to pay off the bill. I told them 12 months would be very difficult for us, is there any other payment plans? They said no, and we received our bill, receipt, etc. We came home, and I went online on the company’s website. I found a 60 month payment plan option with no interest. We went again to the store and we informed the manager Shah Hossain about this information. They agreed when we asked about this 60 month option. They then changed our payment plan. We denied the protection plan, and they confirmed that they would take it off. We came home and saw they charged us for the protection plan and never took it off. We went again to the store and fixed it. Plus they charged us double for delivery. Very bad experience, lack of professionalism, very dishonest, very unhelpful salesperson, so tricky and clever. I was very upset and didn’t want anymore problems in the future, so I canceled all orders. I bought the same items from another branch and I had no issues. Employees were so sharp and helpful, I was relieved. Within a half hour my order was complete in another location compared to 2 weeks of headaches and problems from this establishment.

Purchasing furniture for your home is always a challenge and can be frustrating. Trying to figure out style, while making sure you get the best quality for your buck. But I had the best experience shopping at Raymour & Flanigan at Jamaica. The sale representative Shereen Islam made the experience so much easier providing the best service. She took time to show me around and described the pros and con of all the sets. Her honesty and willing to give the me and her customers the best choice was so refreshing and truly humbling. She was very knowledgeable and I fully trusted her judgment. Thanks to Shereen I was able to buy a beautiful quality bedroom set I truly love.

The rep Aqdas Malik was so helpful and offered great customer service. We came in one day looking for a bed set and she suggested we come a week later to get better prices with the friends and family sale and we ended up leaving with two! She’s sweat and knowledgeable as well as the entire staff. Her customer service didn’t stop as soon as we stepped out the door, she reached out to me to see if we had gotten our delivery and if there were any issues she can assist me with but everything was perfect. It was my first time shopping at this location and I would definitely be coming back in the future!

Mario (the manager) had the opportunity to help my family pick out a mattress for the second time. He was very patient and understanding of our budget and customer service was super. From the second he met us we had a nice introduction to my family and until the end we were still all smiles and laughter along with him. We are extremely satisfied with our new mattress. We paid a great price and it even included a sweet pizza deal , always have positive things to say about this location. Mario is a gem. We were so happy to have a manager help us out! Ask him questions if you see him around !

I visited the Jamaica, Queens NY store and it was a wonderful experience. A large part of my great experience was the attention and help received from Home Furnishing Consultant Syeda. She was extremely patient and took time to listen to my needs. She allowed enough space for my family members and I to discuss choices while providing much needed information about products. Some products I wanted were currently out of stock, but she worked diligently to provide me with alternative options. Very happy with my consultant and purchases at great competitive prices.

I walked into the store and Shah helped me. He was very helpful and spent about an hour walking through the bedroom sets with me until I found what I really liked . He did not once ask me if I was going to purchase or jus looking, he was patient and kind. I bought my whole bedroom set and I appreciate him for dealing with me and having specific needs. I wanted a motion bed and a specific color and I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back here for more items! Great customer service from shah.

After a three-week long search, we reached this store. We were welcomed by Gerson who showed us dinning room sets. He was extremely knowledgeable of the materials. He was patient when answering our questions. Gerson made our shopping experience very lightweight and we were not pressured to make a purchase. He is calm and professional, which allows the customer to make their decision with ease. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Items are not available. Delayed delivery . Very bad quality product. Platinum protection is one kind of fraud. I bought three items. I am not satisfied any of this. I bought sofa , dining table and a tv stand. They delivered a broken leg dining table and not yet change it. The sofa is very worst quality. I bought the sofa in October 20. Now it’s have two colors and uncomfortable to seat. I called platinum they came and go. I will never buy raymour product.

We were fortunate to have Shaidul Azam assist us in selecting a remote controlled bed for our mother at the Jamaica Avenue Raymour and Flannighan store in queens New York. The experience he gave us was very satisfying. He listened attentively to the desire we shared for our mom and gave us the desired product at a very good price. We consider his service to us a great asset to this company. We will always request his service for future purchases.

Furniture is OK, same quality as other visited places, sales people are patient during sales visit. Main issue is the after sale, with various issues causing billing errors and delivery delays, and total disregard to customer needs with continuously ignored left messages. The experience left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I cannot recommend this location to anyone and quite frankly I regret ever stepping foot in this location.

I was a customer at another Raymour&Flanigan store. Then I decided to try the store on Jamaica in Queens. I am glad I did. The store employees and manager greeted me with a warm welcome. It made my decision to choose what I bought easier. Their assistance was genuine and they excellent in assisting me in comparing and contrast. I look forward in going there again. I would recommend this store to anyone and all.

Guy Lafaille is my goto contact for all my furniture needs. He goes above and beyond just "selling" by constantly checking in and offering status updates then follow ups after the delivery to make sure that I am all set. Because of Guy, I remain a satisfied (and loyal) customer without even price shopping around because I am confident that Guy always has my best interest in mind and offers me the best pricing.

Raymour & Flanigan did there thing. They helped me get the right furniture for my dads home to help him adjust coming home from the hospital. Thank you and the staff was very helpful at the Jamaica location. I want to especially say thank you to Beatrice Lolagne my consultant for all her help in helping me find the right pieces for my dad. He loves everything so thank you for that and Raymour & Flanigan.

My sister recommended that I shop at the Raymour in Jamaica for my furniture because of the quality of product and care that she received. I was greeted by Shereen and she was such an amazing help. Raymour and Flanigan is a large furniture store chain. There stores have a wide range of furniture and mattress. They have a good reputation for customer service. We recently bought a recliner. The price was right. Delivery was easy. We are very happy with the store and recommended them. I am sure we will get other furniture from them in the future.

I had an pleasurable experience dealing with Shereen Islam. She answered all my questions and gave me various options at prices suitable for me and my family. The best part was the friendly demeanor and not pressuring me to have to buy anything and letting it come naturally to me. I highly recommend going to her for anything at the store.

I walked into the store and Mr. Raj came forward to help me. He was very informative, helpful and kind and helped me to choose a buy in my budget. But when I went to pay the guy in the cashier department was rude and didn’t even gave me a pen to sign the receipt. But still Raj tried to make up for it.

The visit started well, Attendant was courteous and helpful!! However, once the sale was completed, he disappeared... I was feeling a little sick in there but nobody was around to talk to!!! It was not a busy day...! As far as i am concerned, I will not recommend that store on Jamaica to anybody!!!

my experience went smoothly employees we talked too very personable, so we went through with our purchase of an L-shaped sectional, but I do have a sofa from raymour that fell apart hence the new purchase . It lasted two years.fell apart cushions and all the time will tell to see if this sofa last!
