I visited here on Saturday evening for the UFC fights. This was hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Not only were many of the beer lines down and kegs warm, but attitude from management was ridiculous. Also, there were mice under the table! Our table was charged cover, (which was expected), however, it was tagged onto my bill with a mandatory gratuity attached. In effect, I was charged %18 TIP gratuity on our cover charge. I have never seen gratuity charged on a tip in my life. Furthermore, the service was atrocious. Our order was wrong on several occasions and our servers were doing shots while serving and obviously intoxicated. My friend ordered a margherita pizza and recieved a margarita instead! Additionally, one of the servers shouted at someone from our table in front of the whole resturant and then apologized because he was, "the wrong person." When my wife and I requested cover gratuity removed from my bill, we faced a ton of pushback and hostility from staff and management. Even though I was more than right to request the entire gratuity removed (given the brutal service, the drunk staff, and the mice on the floor!). The manager even claimed their "machine doesn't do refunds." Finally, I received a small portion of what I was owed and the staff boo'd and clapped us out the restaurant. In addition to speaking about us rudely throughout the restaurant. While both parties share blame in escalating the situation, I was appalled by the complete inability of the staff to remain even remotely professional despite our efforts to reduce tensions and come to a mutual agreement. Safe to say I will not be returning. Also, staff drinking while serving alcohol in a mouse infested restaurant is probably worthy of some investigation.

Used to have great food that came at a premium price that was justified. Unfortunately they had a change up in the kitchen and the pizzas we ordered both of them were made incorrectly the first time. One was missing ingredients listed on menu and the other they cooked ingredients that were supposed to be added at the end. The second pizzas they brought were undercooked slightly but ended up making the pizza worse than a dominos pizza. They charge about $16+ per entree including pizzas. It’s sad because we loved the place the last time we were there just a couple weeks ago. I added a couple pics to show how unappetizing my second pizza turned out. Also might just be me but I really dislike it when places add the parts of a pepper or jalapeño that isn’t meant to be eaten like the stem.
Walked intempty dining room not sure what to expect while visiting Vancouver, ended up having one of the best nights of our trip because of our bartender, Brooklyn. She livened up the empty room very quick since our family likes to TALK and she was a great conversationalist and engaged all 4 of us. She recommended the pizza which was great and the garlic cheesy bread was awesome. She is PHENOMENAL at making drinks and managed to keep up with my wild family. If you go here, Brooklyns the best bartender in town, ask for Brooklyn.

A group of us went in to watch football on a Sunday. We know there’s a gratuity for 6+ but weren’t advised when sat. One of the dishes was half cooked and they offered to make a new one, at this point everyone had eaten so we declined. We still had to pay in full. When it was time to pay the gratuity wasn’t on the bill like other restaurants, the server added 18% himself for our bill but 20% for the other side of the table. I don’t mind tipping but it needs to be transparent, this place was average a best.

A great whole in the wall sports bar that is clean and spacious. Cierra took care of me very well and was super friendly and lovely. The bar is in the heart of Vancouver and they make accommodations to put on specific sports games on. Apparently Molson Canadian is hard to come by in Canada (the irony) but this place has it fresh on tap. Anyways if you're looking for a good local bar that's spacious and clean come here and look out for Cierra and Rebecca they'll take care of you well

Came here for the ManU game on Monday at noon. For a sports bar, couldn't get a single TV with the game on. Severely understaffed (1 front of house to do everything). 3 tables in the restaurant, we waited 40 minutes for our beer, no game on TV after an hour and no food. Cherry on top, we were able to get onion rings for a table of 4; $12 for 7 rings. Go find somewhere else, honestly. Please note, this is through no fault of the server herself as she was left to juggle everything by herself.

Well since COVID-19 happened this sports bar has gone completely downhill! Super disappointing as I used to come here for my birthday party every year! I also used to watch AEW PPV there. They advertise Canucks and Lions game day specials that they no longer offer which is false advertising . The service is so bad as well as Rebecca had a bad attitude all night. Only good thing is the manager did honor the burger & beer special for me this time since it was posted outside the bar. I likely won't be going back anymore.
Terrible experience. I have stayed at the Moda more than 25 times and normally have a few drinks and food at the Red Card. This last Friday was really bad, burnt food, The beer was vinegar rotten, when I had one good one, the next time they tried to give the first rotten beer again. So bad the food and drink I had diarrhea. Last time I will go there for some time. Use to be really good.

Server was messing around with glassware behind the bar, which was obvious busywork, instead of attending to customer tables. If you don't like your role then please find something else to do. I almost left without paying, I mean how could I even pay if the server won't bring the bill? I then had to flag down the bar for my bill. They seem allergic to money, so I won't be back.

We were only in Vancouver for a few days and wanted to catch the women's world cup match, USA v France, a quick Google search let us know this might be a spot that would show it... And so it was! They had the game on the whole sound system, though there were some technical difficulties at the beginning, nothing that took away from the game, and the bartender quickly resolved it. Good beers on draft and the cheesy bread was bomb!
Nothing like being at a place that calls themselves a sports bar, yet being able to hear the ventilation over the game at the same time! Claiming The sound was already at max volume. The sound is basically at a murmur during the NHL playoffs!! Hold true to your brand! Aaron who works the bar and apparently the entire place tonight was the only 5star of the joint.
On most fronts red card is a fine pub. Good feeling in the space, lots of big screens. My own personal experience was a bit mediocre. Food was ok (salmon pictured a bit lack lustre for its price point), service unfortunately a bit slow. Guiness was $5 for at Patty's day special! Bottom line: if you're near by or have an entertainment coupon, try it!
I rarely go to bars, however after a long day at work decided to stop in for a pint and some wings. Brooklyn was my server and bartender and is the absolute sweetest. It immediately has become my after work stop on long days when I need good energy, good food and good drinks! Thank you Brooklyn!

I ordered a beer and fries. The fries didn't arrive until an hour later. Then my friend got a chicken burger and the chicken was RAW I didn't notice until I was almost done the food. They comped the burger and 1 drink. They should have competed the entire bill. I am very disappointed I will never be going here again. It was disgusting.
i love this spot! Brooklyn makes the most delicious drinks for me and my friends every time! she’s super warm and welcoming and and makes sure everyone are enjoying themselves and having a great night i’ll def be back, thank you brooklyn for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and i hope everyone are treating her well !!!! …
Came here over the long weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of options to have a drink in the area but we chose this place. Good pours, friendly staff behind the bar and the pizza was pretty decent. decent sports bar, will be back.

Nice bar, has potential but could possibly be the slowest service I've ever seen. Waited over an hour to get served our food. We massively regretted going there. The bar need to realise they're losing money with the slow service. The table next to us got up and left as they weren't being served
Brooklyn has good energy, it suits the bar. Always socializing with customers, makes solid drinks too. Would have given 5 stars but she doesn’t like green olives with her gin tonic. Doesn’t like them at all actually… weird right?

Monday night football and understaffed and lacked quality of service. Staff did not seem concerned that no one had drinks. Table maintenance was terrible. Do not recommend unless you are sitting at the bar solo.

Terrible food. Our pizza was burnt and the chicken tenders and fries were bland. Disgusting bathrooms. The mens had no toilet paper or soap. The womens had 2 out of 4 stalls with no lights and the walls and door go ceiling to floor so you'd be peeing in the dark
Pleasantly surprised! After reading some of the previous reviews I was sceptical, though I thoroughly enjoyed my time watching the Broncos play. Although one star was deducted due to the small portions given for their appetizers. All in all, would recommend.
Went to watch soccer.. figured it's a great place given the name. Give this place the red card - it doesn't get channels or service that many matches are on. Also, service was OK but food was not great.

Frances was an absolute amazing server and great at managing the bar. I was so impressed in how they made sure everyone had their drinks during a busy environment and handling people's requests. I would recommend visiting when they are on.
What a shame!!!!! They def have a good selection of beer but oh my god why keep servers that are rude for no reason. Rebecca was so rude, she was serving the table behind me, first she pushed my chair in, then asked me to move in further
Booked a reservation for 7pm for a UFC fight last night with a group of friends and the guy on the phone (don’t want to put his name on blast) told us to make sure we come before 8 and he’ll make sure he gets us in no matter what. Long

There on a Thursday night not busy at all. Food was not amazing but also not too bad it’s what you’d expect at a pub.
Brooke’s bar service was amazing, she’s nice & upbeat. Made a killer espresso martini.
