This place used to be my go to place for last 2 years. Their old staff was so friendly, well mannered and good at their work, But ever since they have changed their staff, service has been degraded at this place. There is a very young girl who did my pedicure. She was the rudest person ever, she did not ask if water was too cold or hot for me she kept on pouring water on my feet which was so hot. She was not even listening to me when I was trying to tell her anything. I asked her to remove ingrown nails from toes and she got so frustrated. I dont know if their nail polishes are old or she did not know how to paint nails. It was so clumpy when i asked about it. She walked away from there and throw nail polish on the stool and started staring at me like she would be some teenage girl who is throwing tantrums. I was told that she does not speak english. But my question is is it too hard for her to at least well behave to customers who are coming there for service and paying for it. They did not even tell me if nail polish is dry or not. When i came home, i saw it was already got removed from my toe. I am never going back to this place to waste my money again for this terrible service.

Hi, I must say how disappointed I am in this company or should I say this particular location. After doing my researches I finally made an appointment yesterday at you're centennial and parkway location. When inquired about a refill I was told $30 with shellac and I also had two missing nail $3 per nail. I Inquired about a review that was left on google as I wanted to exact design and I was told it wasn’t at that location that did that design. I settle just for the shellac polish. My shape of my nails are not even close to coffin and my nail over lapping the other. I went back to the salon after 2 mins of realizing I paid $45 for something that looks like it was my first time attempting to do my own nails. I was given a nail file if I didn’t like the shape. Half my nails are different shapes, nail polish is not smooth but clumpy. This is what I get for trying someone new.

If there was an option to put 0 stars, I would. My cousins and I called into the salon and asked if they had time for 3 acrylic fills. She told us that they weren't busy at all and to come in. Upon coming in, we saw they were very busy and explained that we called and they said we would be able to be served right away. The manager continued to talk bad about us to her co workers in their language and laugh at us. She told us that we either imagined that we called or that we are lying about calling in general. After showing her our phone and the call log, she felt extremely embarrassed and began to apologize. She also told us that she does not make appointments but later showed us that there is appointments booked all night and that we can't get our nails done today. Horrible customer service!!

Very nice lady's that work there but I do wish if I take the time to call ahead a week or a few days to make appt they would be on time I drive 30mins to get there on time why do I have to wait 20 to 30 mins for my appt isn't that why you make appt or I could just walk in this seems to be my issue and make me look else where I don't mine 10mins to wait but it's getting hard to drive all this way to wait again a 20 to 30 mins longer and then have walking say 10mins then they walk away and say I will be right back 20mins later the person shows up and they take this person I just wish they would stick to the appt book and not my 1st time waiting after make appt I guess don't get why bother have a appointment book

If I can give 0 star I will I went there to make gel extensions for my nails and they turned awful I didn’t pay $85 to get off after 5days I asked for manicure but she did nothing she just pushed the skin This is not nail salon this is just a store not clean at all I asked the lady made my nails to clean the products before using on my nails because were looking so dirty and full of powder My nail turned very thick and after 5days started getting off .So, when I get back to remove them she said “ yea sometimes that happens” After I reached home I noticed that my original nails are cracking and becoming so thin this place damaged my nails I don’t recommend very rude and unprofessional

I visited Regal Nails almost 2 years ago before Covid hit. They are located in the Walmart on Centennial Parkway. I don't often get a manicure and a pedicure but my feet and my toenails were in terrible shape. My big toe nail on one foot had been badly bruised from dropping something on it. I was served my Monica. She was very professional and knowledgeable in her work. The shop was not busy and she spent a lot of extra time on my feet. She did an excellent job on my hands and feet. As a result, I now feel like I am walking on air. Best to call Monica for an appointment. She is usually there from 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Tell her Tom sent you!!

My daughter and I went for a Mani Pedi ..my experience was okay with the girl I had, however we paid for services that my daughter did not receive! While I was waiting for my nails to dry, an elderly lady came in for a pedicure and she has the girl my daughter had. The lady has waited 15 minutes with the girl did whatever in the back room. The girl came out of room went on her phone for another 5 minutes and then proceeded to work on the lady's toes. She stopped withing 5 minutes back on her phone she went . I will never go back to this place again ....

I have been going to regal nails for quite some while now and I must say my experience is always a pleasant one each and every time I get my nails done. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They always ensure I leave the salon satisfied and happy. When I’m unsure of what colour to get they are happy to recommend some options and I always end up loving their suggestions. It is a wonderful place to get your nails done and I highly recommend choosing regal nails as you will always leave with a smile on your face !

Went for pedi and the plastic jet fell off and as the worker tried to fix it all the dirt and crime came out of the filter and was floating in the water...that was gross and then the hot towel she used to wrap my feet and legs was full of polish stains....looked like a paint rag. I was with someone who enjoys coming here so didn't want to embarrass them with my complaints. I have just read some reviews and if I had seen them first we would have went somewhere else. I definitely won't come here again.

Very clean, staff very friendly. I have just started going here ( been approx 4 times now) and I am very pleased with the service. I have always had Monica do my nails for me and she is always friendly, engages in conversations with you, always smiling, I also find her to be very honest with me, and offers ideas and tips. Very fast and reasonable for pricing. I will continued to have this place as my new nail salon. Thank you for always making me happy when I leave there.

I had such a horrible experience here. The lady who did my pedicure cut me twice. I was visibly in pain and she kept touching and wiping away the bits if blood. I kept asking her to please stop touching it. When it was time to pay she offered me two dollars off a nail polish for hurting me! I paid with no tip and left furious. The next day I was so soar. I am going back to speak to the manager about a full refund. I would not recommend getting a pedicure here.

Zero customer service... made my friend and I wait 40 minutes without even letting us know that was the wait time. Took my gels off without me even saying I wanted that and then charged me for the privilege. Price advertised for full set apparently doesn't include colour which is an extra $10 - because people actually want plain nails?? Basically a total rip off - paid $55.00 for gels - come on! Clearly having a slow day!!!

I really wanted to like this salon. Went in for pedicure-which was fantastic, so I decided to come back for bio gel nails. I have to say I was very disappointed with that. $60 for brand new set. Nails didn’t even last 2 weeks, three of my nails fell off, one I was able to glue back on the other two broke in the middle. Gel was uneven, just bad job over all. Giving 3 stars just because of the amazing pedicure!

Price ended up costing $25 more than what was advertised on their sign (was not mentioned until we had to pay, at that point they told us the prices have gone up), charged $10 more for paying with Visa. Could have spent a bit more time getting the dry skin off the bottom of my feet but was still a decent job. The quality of the pedicure we got and the painted nails was good. Just better value out there.

Was a fu set tje first time was a fill today and a color switch and I could not be more happy. Love love love it.. I'm not a girl who gets her nails done this is the 4th time in 35 years .but I will continue to get them done at this spot for as long as I can

She told me the nail polish on my toes were dry so I put on my socks and shoes... they werent. had sock prints on them. And also the nail polish bubbled because of fast application or old nailpolish? not sure? Asked for money off because they look bad, and they didnt give any money off, so I didnt tip her. I used to only go for convenience when I was in Walmart. I wont be going back.

Ling and her team are amazing! I have been a client at Regal Nails, Stoney Creek for years. They are a full-service Nail Spa including face and body waxing. They are professional and the shop is always clean and comfortable. Most often they can accept walk-ins, but I always call ahead just to be sure. I would recommend Regal Nails,Stoney Creek to anyone - MALE or FEMALE!

Went to get my nail done there today and I must say I’m very disappointed. First of all I asked for short nails and she made my nails different lengths and different shape on both hands. Second of all after I came home and took a closer look at my nails, they looked like I almost needed a refill. My own nails are visible on the sides!!! I will definitely not go back!!!

Did shellac here. The staff is very unfriendly and did not explain anything clearly. They charged $42. The lady did not shape the nails or pushed cuticles. When asked she pretended to use the tool and do something after applying nail paint already !! My nails look shabby as if done at home. They just applied nail paint and nothing else. Complete waste of money

Went to replace my daughters acrylic nails and ended up with 2 bleeding fingers, chemicals all over her hands and they could not do her nails at all. They told her her nail beds were too thin but we have never had an issue at other nail salons. Decided to try out Regal based on recommendation but will never be back or recommend. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the service I received. Did a pedi and mani I went with a regular colour. The colour chipped on the first day without doing anything like washing dishes or gardening. I am not sure if the nail polish was extremely old. I would not recommend this place. Fifty dollars wasted !

I have a lady named Lin at Stoney Creek Wal-Mart location! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERT AND PRO! She is excellent! She does my manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing! Lin is very meticulous and thorough! I recommend PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH LIN! Wonderful work Lin thank you!

I loved my gel nails service. I got french manicure and asked for a practical length which will not impead my ability to do my job cleaning. The lady seemed to know just what I was saying and did my nails beautifully perfect.

I have gone to this salon since it opened about 7 years ago. I have always had an enjoyable experience with each one of the employees and would recommend that you visit for a pampered relaxing spa day.

Cut my nails down too short and unevenly. One hand's nails are longer than the other. When I pointed it out to the nail tech she said....they'll grow out! Probably will not return again

Went here 3 days ago, super clean. But they took almost 3 HOURS to do an acrylic set w a French tip, and they are already coming off. Biggest waist of $80

Monica..was amazing..pedicure..the extra attention to my feet. And making sure they were dry before I put my boots on...my polish did not smudge …
