My husband and I came in for 90 mins massage with 75 mins deep cleaning facial. I had told the receptionist to convey the message of what type of massage we wanted and also reiterated to the therapists but it was not taken into consideration properly. Both of us found out we had bruises all over our body when we got home as we both had complains of body aches. We had to take Aleve to overcome the body aches. We still feel like someone beat us up really bad. My husband kept on telling the male therapist to cut down on the intensity of the massage, he acknowledged, but didn’t change it. My therapist was okay. The facial we got was not worth the money. I know how to do facial myself, lots of steps were missed and they were using warm water to clean the face which left both my husband and my pores wide open. Wherever I’ve been to for a facial whether it’s summer or winter they use cold water to close the pores. The facial steamer was barely used for 5 minutes. My husband complained to me about feeling sore on the face and when I looked at his face under the light his face had all red bruises marks, definitely not common when getting a facial done. Not going back to this place ever again.

Update: I'm not going to take away any stars because this still is a great place to go to for massages. However, I went for an hour body massage today, 03/31 and 15 minutes in, I hear a kid. I then realized it was a child of someone who works there. The kid was running up and down the hallway, playing in a massage room next door to me, banging against the wall, kept dropping his/her toy on the floor,and at one point started crying. That is extremely unprofessional!! That is not what someone wants to hear when they are relaxing (or trying to). I understand that parents are still at work when kids get out of school but arrangements needs to be made prior. I do not expect this to happen next time I go there. ‍♀️ This is a great place to go. I went for the first time on my Birthday in October and I was very pleased with my experience. I had Sam and he did wonderful. He is professional and good at what he does.

I've gotten great professional and non-professional massages from a lot of highly rated and recommended places... This was the BEST and I was blown away. I'm EXTREMELY picky, particular and very critical btw. I only went here out of desperation. Sure, they'll knock on the door and ask if they could clean up the room. They are not rushing you (I saw that other person's comment), they asked nicely and they're just trying to optimize their time. For those prices and for the amazing job they do, who cares. So to reiterate... BEST MASSAGE EVER! I was at the point, where I'd issues sleeping from all the knots in my back and was considering see a chiropractor... now, I feel great. They just got a new regular. Oh and I like almost never leave comments, especially positive ones.

Coming for years. Even with the price rise due to Covid, I have been a loyal customer. Recently I decided to use a different masseuse (I’ve had her before). At the end during payment, she noticed that I usually go to someone else and told me )in front of 3 other people) loudly and repetitively that next time I come, I only see my usual masseuse. It didn’t sit with me well because it was unkind and rude the way she said it. I felt so humiliated that I was rushing out. The only thing different about this massage is that I asked for more on my back and to be strong. I guess she didn’t like it because it seemed like she was a bit offended that I didn’t want ti flip over or get massaged on my head or use hot stone etc.

Would give 0 stars if possible. These are non-certified masseuses. Not being certified means they don't know how much pressure to apply and which muscles to massage. My wife and I had a massage, and during the massage both of us told them to reduce the pressure they are applying. It didn't work. After an hour of massage, our backs have black and blue bruises all over. After confronting the parlor if their masseuses are certified, they would not answer. The front office woman told me the manager will contact me within few hours for resolution. It's been several days, no one has responded. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment.

At first seems like a descent place… but the management does not provide sufficient information about their so called therapist… In NYC since we all are concerned about our choices there should be background information posted about the employees or at least provide a choice to customer of which therapist that will be working with you! Because currently, they assign just anyone, old, skinny, male, female, other… :) the power of choice WORKS BOTH WAYS that’s what’s up! In my opinion when I call, the front desk should be asking WHICH masseuse do i want to work with and schedule the appropriate time & day!

Yes place is clean. Yes Eva did a good job, but, as soon as she finished, two other girls came inside the room and started fixing the bed while I was half naked. I felt I was rushed out. I get that this is a busy place but it’s no way to treat a customer like that. The front desk receptionist is unprofessional. When I complained to her she could not explain why it happened nor did she apologize. All she wanted is for me to pay and get out. Note to management: please orient your staff on how to talk and treat to customers after all this is a massage place and not a factory.

I have been told in front of other customers 25% tip is normal ($50 for one hour massage) and the receptionist (perhaps she is also the manager) returned my 5$ (I feel like insult in public), which is 12.5% in front of other customers. It is a shame that the service is very nice, however, it is NOT a three start michelin massage center in manhattan plus tip is optional not even mention the value depends on customers' willing. Highly condemn this kind of behavior. If you think 25% tips is within normal range, I think it is worth of going!

I had a very bad experience today. I scheduled and appointment over phone for 90 min massage. 60 min body and 30 min foot. The lady even told me it's gonna be $60. I traveled there, sunce I don't live in the neighborhood. When I got there they said I have no appointment. I showed them the call log in my phone , then the gurl tells me she can offer 30 min body and 30 min foot massage and willing to give me 5 dollars discount. Seriously?! Very unprofessional. Its a shame. I will never come back and will no rexommend the place to anyone.

Decided to give it a shot and went along with my good friend who's pregnant. They were more than helpful with my friend and catered to her every need from laying her on her side to making sure she was comfortable with pillows between her legs and back. As for myself I had yoyo and she was amazing ! It's $35 plus a $10 tip so $45 for a 60 min massage YOU CANT BEAT THAT!! I've had expensive massages and felt sore the very next day but today I'm feeling very relaxed and no pain. Helps to make appointment they get booked..

I don't usually post reviews, but I just had one of the top massages I've ever had. Lisa was able to tell just where I needed help. Came in with a lower back that's been bothering me for a few days...felt like it needed to pop into place. Lisa focused on the area to relieve tension and then magically her stretches in the end slid it right back into place. I feel new (well ok new as I was last week) again! She has a great energy about her as well. Totally recommend and will definitely be a regular.

I spent $600 in orthotics plus several appointments with three different podiatrists for six months, a friend of mine who had similar poblems recommended me Rego Beauty Spa. in about ten foot massages the pain disappeared like magic. A pity that I didn't know about this place 8 months before, I would have avoided lots of suffering.

I’m so disappointed with people who work in t disc. I called and made appointment and person who want was off so I asked to someone who can give good massage instead she said you don’t have to come, come other day. I have been going to this place once a week for the past three years. Even after I moved to another county I still go back to them every week, despite the 30 mins drove and toll. Everyone is very friendly. Even though they might not speak English perfectly, you can feel that they have tried their best to understand and accommodate customer's needs. I went here with my mom and it was a great experience. I had a foot massage from Olivia and she was simply fantastic! I suffer from severe lower back pain which also causes my leg muscles to become very tight and sore. After the foot massage from Olivia, it felt like I shed 20 pounds off my legs. Incredibly relaxing and therapeutic experience, all the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend!

Rego Spa staff have always been professional, punctual, helpful and clean. It is a no frills spot with very reasonable pricing ($50 for 60min!) Despite my initial wariness of having a male massage therapist, I haven’t experienced any issues here. Lee has given me deep tissue in the past and Jack got a bunch of knots out of my shoulders today. If you need a massage, check this place out

I like this place a lot. Me and my friend got massages here both of us were very pleased. This is not a 5 star luxury spa so don't expect any special treatment or huge rooms or anything like that. If you feel tired and need massage and don't want to spend a lot ($35 full body, 1 hour) this is your place to come. And also this place is much nicer and cleaner then one of those on Chinatown

First spa massage in many years. It was an overall great experience! Friendly front staff, great masseuse with very experienced hands who was constantly reassessing and asking how the massage and pressure was for me. I really enjoyed the stretching techniques they employ as well. Place was impeccably clean and furnished very nicely. I will definitely visit this gem again in the future

MANDATORY/MINIMUM TIP of 10$ for a 45$ massage, which is fine but they left burns on my skin because of lack of oil. As I was leaving I was giving a 8$ tip but the masseur asked if my massage went well. Obviously I was being polite and said yes it was good. Then they demanded the 10$ tip, which shows the integrity of this place. Never again there are plenty of other spas around here.

Went here to get a deep tissue massage. I got Cindy. She was nice & attentive and kept asking if I was ok. My back was really tight but she cracked my back real good. I was sore after but that's because the muscles are not used to it. I was definitely loosened up after and felt like I could perform better at work and other daily activities. Will definitely be back. Thank you Cindy.

Fairly priced and very clean. Staff is very nice and do a great job. Prices are fair as well and metered parking could be found all around. Just a heads up but make sure to convey you want the strength of the massage, seriously, a strong massage will leave you worn out. Edit: went back a second time for a neck/shoulder and had another great experience. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed I wanted to have a relaxing couples massage and they talked to each other the entire time then we were rushed to get out. Other staff members came in while we were getting dressed and started removing the lining from the beds , we had to finish getting dressed outside my partner walked with his sneakers in his hand to the front. We won't be back

This place is amazing. I had some really good experience here. Everyone has their own speciality. I had a body massage with Alice and foot massage with Tyler. After I finished massage, i feel like walking in the air and that was really relaxing. I would recommend making an appointment before since this place is pretty popular. Defiantly a good spa place to go

I’m in town on business and found this place. I did a 90 minute massage. I was lucky to get the amazing Olivia. She didn’t speak English very well but that probably made it more relaxing cuz I become quite chatty sometimes when I should be relaxing. lol. I’m in town one more day and thinking about going back in the morning if Olivia is working :) Thank you all

Great and affordable massages! Chairs are comfortable and their foot massages are awesome. If you like someone, remember to get their name for next time. The vibe is as good as a basic NY spa but it works if you’re a regular. Do not expect an escape from reality like a luxury spa because the place is a bit small and always busy.

This the only place where they walk on your back (Amazing) they actually ajust your back with their feet and the full body massage after. I WILL ALWAYS GO BACK CANT BE BEAT.

Great massage, but NOT a 5 star experience because they force you to tip as they see fit. Not saying that their staff is not worthy of a 22% tip, I’m just saying it’s not on management and the receptionist to force patrons to do so. They also rush you out, instead of letting you enjoy the final few moments of peace and calm.

Massage was ok. They demanded $10 tip for 1 hour Massage , is true! The guy who massages stood right next to me with an unhappy face, they also rush you to get dress and they say there's people waiting to use the room. The face pillow is super uncomfortable hard to relax. First time there and my last too! Disappointed

I love this place, I've been to many different spa and I consider Rego Beauty Spa one of the best places. The girl in the front is very friendly and polite. The massage is great and relaxing and I always feel rejuvenated after the massage. The decor is very nice unlike some of the other spa. Highly recommended.

Hands down by far the best massage spot in Queens. There are separate rooms and also couples massage rooms. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. Parking around is fairly easy to find, ask for Angela the masseuse she is very good. The prices are fair and not expensive at all they also do facials here!

Donot hesitate to go here.. This place is so amazing that I can never remember who gives me a massage. Ive been here atleast 10 times and everyone is GREAT. Donot forget to tip them before you leave. Best real massage place, The masseuse know what they are doing and are attentive to your needs, my only issue is it seems like the therapist work 11-12 hours a day seven days a week, which is questionable according to labor laws.? It’s one of my favorite spas, I go there almost every week for a massage. The service is great. I have one person always doing a massage for me and she’s the best. They always try to accommodate and make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is very pleasant too.

Nice and simple place. I am not one of those people that getting a massage every week, more like every other month but have been going there for years now. Massage is pretty much standard, little better than other places around the area for the same price.

Great value, always has availability for foot massage. Eva has given me the best massage I ever had on my legs. I usually need to instruct on how my legs are sensitive with her I never had to do that. I also am amazed at how she massages.

Ridiculous. I paid for two massages and two tips and she gave my $22 tip (for two masseuses to one employee). Then the cashier proceeded to tell me I did not pay for two massages. I've been here before but I would never come back here.

Got a nice, relaxing massage done tonight by Linda. she was great and applied pressure just right. the place is clean and upon arrival my temp was measured and I was asked to put on a hand sanitizer. I highly recommend them.
