Sales associate was very helpful I came in on my lunch break I didn’t catch her name she asked what I was looking for showed me a few selections got my name set up a changing room for the selected items I had chosen as I looked around for other items to try on. The associate gave me space as she assisted other clients she observed from a distance for when I was ready to go to my change room she set up for me. I asked if they had a bomber styled light sweater with zipper she said they didn’t have anything right now however the fall season styles were coming out and suggested looking on the website for newer styles posted and that I’d be able to order them online or through the store directly, Store: 1092 Reg: 02 Trans: 5185 Date: 09/09/22 Time: 12:51 Cashier: 564349 Cashier was very helpful as well she asked if I was a member so I thought I had a member# I hadn’t used in years she reset a profile up for asked when my birthday was as they offered birthday discount I verbally provided the date as it was within 30 days I was still eligible for the discount if I could produce ID confirming turned out I was eligible for the discount on the items I purchased today so that made my visit that much better. I mentioned twice how happy I was with the sales associate that assisted me in the floor and the very friendly / helpful service while I was checking out she said that she would mention to the associate how pleased I was with my visit. I’m taking this extra step so everyone is able to know how fabulous my experience was today thank you

Went shopping at the Regent location with my mom for work clothes, we were both helped by Lorelei. Lorelei was super friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we were looking for. If I could give Lorelei 10 stars I would. Only giving 4 stars because the manager (I'm assuming), was pretty rude to her employees. It was off-putting to see her treat her employees in the manner she did in front of customers, I cannot imagine what it's like when nobody is around.

I will be a returning customer, my shopping experience was wonderful and fun! I was treated with respect and listen to, I’m open to different styles and colours so it was nice to be brought suggestions from employees! After all they know what they have in the store that I may have missed! I’ll be updating this as soon as I get the names of the 2 ladies who helped me. Excellent customer service with beautiful clothing that feels good, win win for me! I recommend shopping here!!

Good experience, the staff wasn't overly friendly but nice enough. Their summer stock was running pretty low, but that's understandable for the time of year - I was looking for shorts and was able to get a few pairs. I was surprised that none of the staff were wearing masks or social distancing. The only sign of COVID prevention was a bottle of hand sanitizer at the door and a plexiglass divider at the register.

Amazing! I found a $50 giftcard in the far back crevases of my wallet. So I decided to do some shopping. I found seven beautiful tops, in my size, and in the clearance section. My total was $52.40. Which means I spent $2.40 out of pocket! By the way, I added the original amounts, I would have spent $316.24. Thank you Reitmans for some amazing clothes!

Just wanted to give a shout to Tannis who works at the Regent store in Winnipeg. She was so helpful to myself, my sister and friend. Found clothing items for us, was patience with our silliness and was very helpful on how to use our birthday and various coupons we had. We were there in Saturday, the 25th. Thanks Tannis.

I really wish the staff was more friendly here. I always feel uncomfortable shopping there even though reitmans is my favorite brand. Glad I can order online. Didn't feel comfortable here just like the last time. Although, the girl working the change rooms was very friendly! So good job!

Walked into the store to shop some stuff for my work but nobody from the staff didn’t even cared to greet or took initiative to help. Came back without purchasing anything . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely, staff needs some training on good customer service .

Great store! The layout is good, it's clean, well staffed with enough people to look after customers, fitting rooms, and checkout. It's a good sized store with lots of selection, and the sizing up to 3X / 22 is awesome!

I was served by Merle! She was very helpful, pleasant and had a great sense of humour which was appreciated on a cold dreary day. I found excellent quality Hyba bottoms and underwear! Perfect fit and just my style!
