I went to Pharma Plus at exactly 1:42 on May 7,2022 and paid for my product which was Neostrata cream. I asked for a brown bag and the sales lady put it on the counter! She didn't have the decensy to put it in the brown bag!! Then she said "I could have packed it myself" My answer to her was "I'm having a good day and I don't want start complaining!" This woman is black and has long shoulder length curly hair. I try to be nice to her, because I've had to deal with her before, but this time, I'm not letting it go!!! She has a attitude problem that's all I can say. I have to add that the girl at 5:15pm at the counter who is black, was so rude, I don't know how she got this job!!! I spoke to Angie the Supervisor and she really helped me and told me that she will discuss the situation with staff. I felt really good and went shopping today without fear of running into that cashier that can't stand me! Thanks to Angie's wisdom and care!
I had a great experience with Rexall at Don Mills when I called to inquire about a specific product. The customer service representative I spoke with over the phone was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. I was looking for a particular item, and the representative took the time to listen to my request and check the availability in-store. They provided me with accurate information and even offered alternative options in case the specific product was not in stock. Their knowledge and willingness to assist made the process smooth and efficient. The representative demonstrated excellent customer service skills, as they were attentive, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. They made me feel valued as a customer, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident throughout the conversation.
Extremely uncomfortable experience at this location. Upon entering the store I immediately encountered a woman who appeared to be a store manager, who was yelling and harshly arguing with cleaning staff. The woman was degrading the cleaners and belittling their work and the effort that goes into. The man who was representing the other cleaners spoke calmly and tried to respectfully explain the time and effort that it takes the clean the store. The manager somehow believed "I could do it in 5 minutes, I'll do it right now and prove it's easy work" when asked to prove it she didn't. My friend and I soon left the store due to how uncomfortable we were. Management should never create scenes like that in front of customers or talk to staff that way. Something should be done about that
Tried many times to book 4th vaccine on line but only saw 3rd dose and 'walk-in' welcome. Went there personally. No other customer in store. 2 ppl in pharmacy. A woman, (all who worked there bf gone) greeted and talked without looking at me. Asked if I can book appt in store. NO, GO TO XXXCA. Very impatient. I asked if Walk-in available. NO. If you try explain problelm with on-line booking.. DON"T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. ..DONT KNOW ANYTHING. Finally the guy there said something.... THERE IS NO VACCINE IN STORE.... I left. Went to Nymark Shoppers. Very helpful lady. Showed me on her phone how to do the booking , and what to expect, and exact website address for their store. Hope owners of Rexall take note.
Good experience at this location. The young cashier who works mainly on sundays. Her name is Izzy. Shes friendly, polite and a very nice person. She has really really good customer service skills. Shes one of the reasons i continue being a customer of Rexall don mills and finch. Plus rexall has a nice and clean environment as well.
For those who got tricked by Google Maps into driving to this nonexistent place: the actual pharmacy is at Skymark Place, northeast of Don Mills/Finch, NOT ANYWHERE NEAR CLIFFWOOD PLAZA. Saw at least five cars making U-turns near this intersection last week. Google keeps rejecting my edit for some reason.
The management and pharmacy here are very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to purchase something, and I continued browsing around the store. The pharmacist lady brought someone to follow me around. This is very disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone to come to this location, especially their pharmacy.
I live in this area and this store is awesome. Sometime even much cheaper than no-frills here. Also bringing basic food material recently like milk, ice cream, cheese and frozen food like even pizza at a very good price. It has saved my parties many times since they work until 10pm. …
In the pharmacy, they are always short staff. Never have the medication ready on time. It's not staff problem they are working really hard to serve people in store and answer them the phone. This is the management who do not have enough people working in pharmacy to meet customers needs.
Excellent pharmacy team: quick, efficient and professional. The store is clean, organized, and has products that range from make-up, frozen foods, magazines/books, occasion cards, oral care, and stationary. Brown paper bags or reusable bags (for purchase).
Everything is really expensive. I did a refill by phone. Came when it said it should be ready. Was told they missed it. Now it's taking forever for them to put two stickers on 2 asthma inhalers. Would not recommend. Go to shoppers or something instead.

They have a lot of discount racks which would be awesome if the register actually gave you the discount. Got several items and only got a discount on 2 of them. When I mentioned it, the cashier just said "that's the price" no way am I
Rexal is one of my favourite place. Lots of on sale. And I redeem my points they are very kind. Specially at pharmacy just call once for refill my medication in one day they txt me to pick it up. I feel good and happy …

One lady didn't want to give me a one time use blue mask while the other lady was nice enough and finally gave it to me. It is a drug mart if I ask for a one time use mask you should have it.
Some items are overpriced. The store is clean and fully stocked. Cashier is welcoming and friendly.
