We were looking to register with a family doctor, so we booked a meet and greet appointment. Once we arrived and after the receptionist finally showed up, she let us know that the doctor had not come in due to "weather conditions" (rain), and that it'll be a virtual appointment instead. A heads-up would have been nice, we did not drive 10 km to talk to the doctor on the phone! There is a big line and lots of people were waiting for service. It seemed there was only one person running the whole clinic as nurse, receptionist, etc. and she was too busy to attend to the people who were lining up. Once the doctor called, he seemed very rushed and eager to move on and hang up. The phone consultation did not feel very comfortable and through the phone, I was obviously not able to make a connection with the person who's supposed to be in charge of my family's health.

I just came back from Rexall and couldn't help writing this review. In fact, every time I shop from this store, I want to write a 5-star comment, but I am worried that the viewers thinks it is a fake comment that I hired in the store. also, Google only can post one review with each account. Today, There is no item I want in the store, the lady at first cash register(sorry I always forgot her name although I knew her for years) called Mike help me out. Mike said he will find out if not he will give me a rain check. He didn't ask me wait in front of check out desk.but let me continue shopping, then he went to find me and gave me a rain check. so lovely! This store is not a general shopping store, but treat customers as a member of their family. Thank you very much, I am very lucky to live in this community.

I went to get a COVID-19 test for which I had made an appointment. Unfortunately I made a mistake about the eligibility criteria (the website confused me) and was told I wouldn’t be able to get a test. I was the one who made the mistake so that’s fine, I understand. However, one of the Pharmacists (male) was very rude about it. He spoke so loudly and condescendingly and impolitely about my personal private details that everyone could hear. Customers and even the other pharmacists were all looking at him talk to me. I am a very kind and soft spoken person, so I did not provoke this kind of behaviour. I don’t even write reviews often, but this was just unbelievably inappropriate and terrible customer service. I won’t be going there again.

I came in today and I went to return an item from another rexall location, the white lady at the counter was so rude and gave me a little hard time when I wanted to return this item which is a table top water fountain. She said I couldn’t return it because it was a Christmas item??? IT HAD nothing related with Christmas and the item didn’t even work and I had bought it the yesterday. Luckily her manager approved the return. But come on??? The receipt never said it was FINAL SALE or even the ADVERTISEMENT.

Very convenient location. The store is a decent size, especially for this area. They have limited parking, but having a lot with as many spots as they do it also impressive for the area. The store is clean and well laid out, with a good product selection. The pharmacy has very long hours, and they are quite quick to fill prescriptions. There is a walk-in clinic in the back, which is excellent, and not often busy, although has quite limited open days/hours.

I have visited about 6-7 times now since I've started living in the area and this location honestly has the slowest lineups. They don't seem to understand the concept of calling for help on the registers and the line will frequently be 6-10 people deep with ONE register open. It's extremely annoying to pop into this location to just pick up milk or anything.

The prescription system is totally inefficient. Why does it take 30 mins until I can pick up my meds? And why do they count tablets? This is hilarious! No comparison to Europe, where you give them your prescription, they give you your package and you leave - in 5 mins max. This is 3 rd world. Can nobody help them get this organized?

This Rexall is well located and usually has everything that I need. Pricing is about on par with Shoppers. The walk in clinic in the back of the store is really good. The loss of star is for the parking. Tough and lots of times there are not spots available because people like to park here and go into other nearby stores.

Daniel the Pharmacist at this location is a gem. He's very knowledgeable and with no pretentiousness, takes the time to explain every medication he dispenses. Been here twice, and he's always consistent. It shows how passionate he is about his profession and that he really cares. People like him are very rare these days.

I've never experienced this at other rexalls, but my prescription is ALWAYS late. it doesn't seem to matter if i give them as many days that i can, it's ALWAYS at least a few days late. when my refills run out, i will gladly not be returning. the rexall itself is good and the location is too.

Pharmacist was extremely rude. Ignored me, kept taking phone call after phone call. Finally he came around, told me the person in line behind me was there first (she wasn’t) and then continued to ignore me. Worst customer service this is why I go to shoppers

Waited one hour for a script for Tylenol 3. Should have left when I was initially told it would take 20 minutes. While I was waiting 2 people came in who had called in prescriptions 2days ago.... Pharmacy had no record of calls. Worst ever experience here

Went inside to look for some food colouring. The lady at the cash looked very unwelcoming and even followed us back and forth making my boyfriend and I feel very uncomfortable. Tell your staff to mind the cash register and not paying customers. It’s rude.

Service has gone downhill recently. Pharmacists are too busy. Prescriptions are never ready when I order them in advance online and I am not contacted when there is a delay. Considering moving prescriptions to a smaller independent pharmacy in the area.

If they cleaned up the bathroom once in a while I'd give it a higher rating. I know it's a pharmacy and some clients coming in likely can't control their bowels/bladder, but that just means you should definitely have people cleaning up more often.

Medicines, body care, basic food stuff, perfumes and more. Good prices. I liked perfume section which offers different branded perfumed from around 20 to around 100. Would recommend it to others and would go again for sure.

Pathetic. They won't answer the calls. I need assistance ASAP and have called 5 times and no one answers. I have been doing business here for 35 years. I will move next door to shoppers. FK them

Great store but its an absolute awful pharmacy, pharmacist was so incredibly rude that even a year later I wont go back I'd much rather have shoppers fill my prescriptions next door.

Poor layout for checkout, even before COVID. Pharmacy process is inconsistent with the others I've been to. They should remember the Pharmacist College Regulations and Standards

All night shift employees are very friendly and perfectly working (I only have chances shopping on this hour) specially a slim tall gentle man sorry I don't remember his name.

When you change the time the store closes by 2 hours you could at least change it on your website. You are fully capable of contacting your customers about such a change.

The pharmacists and the rest of the pharmacy staff are absolutely fabulous and very well informed. Even though we have moved, we still make the drive to this location.

Nice enough selection but they were supposed to be open till midnight yet closed at 11:55pm and made very clear they wanted customers out ASAP
