I called this location to find out if they could process a compounded prescription. They told me it would take a couple days, which was fine with me. It’s been more than a week and I’ve been calling to follow up repeatedly. They continued to lie and tell me there was a delay from the compounding pharmacy. Eventually they admitted that they didn’t store my prescription properly (it requires refrigeration), so had to start the process all over again. Sick people should not have to work this hard to get their medication.

Katelyn, one of the cashier practically wasted my time today. Unfortunately, she did not listen as I clearly stated I required a certain perfume and then she goes saying I wasn’t descriptive. I did not appreciate her shifting the blame on me. And it’s blatant disrespect for someone as a cashier to talk that way to her customers. I honestly think she should listen next time to prevent confusion. Really unprofessional and not attentive for someone who picked up my phone call Sunday morning.

DON'T GO THERE FOR PRESCRIBED MEDICATION! I am suffering and was desperate to get the medication I finally got the prescription for. My doctor faxed it to this pharmacy on Monday. I went there to find out it is out of stock and they told me to come back Tuesday afternoon. Went there on Tuesday only to find out they did not even order it yet. They told me they will call me but 3 days past and still did not hear back from them.

I use this location because it's next to the walk-in clinic I use. The staff are nice but they're consistently out of my medications. In the last 3 months I've had three different medications be partially filled, resulting in me having to make multiple trips. Another time they forgot to fill a bottle and I had to wait 5 minutes.

Can't speak for the cashier but the pharmacist is friendly and helpful. I was late to my vaccine appointment because I got lost in the area, but the administrator Mimran was very patient. I didn't have OHIP but he quickly sorted things out, vaccinated me, and gave me clear instructios on what to do after the vaccine.

There is no handicap door to get in, you have to open the door yourself or if you have someone with you. And the pharmacy nerve have the pill you need that the doctor ordered for you, they say that they have to order it. It is like they don't have much stock. But in the whole place they are some nice people.

The front cashier Alex ( older white male) was extremely rude, I felt he was prejudiced. While cashing out he was throwing things on the counter after scanning as if he was in a street market. Very condescending attitude. Needs basic service skills When spoken to the manager she was polite Also very helpful.

First time here, was open later on a Saturday night than the one that’s closer to me so I went here and was able to find everything I went out for. I’m not sure if they all carry the exact same selection but the sale prices seemed to be the same.

Cashier is pretty useless here. You have to lift each item for them to scan and than you have to bag each item. They only offer small paper bags with no handles. I think I’ll stick with Shoppers Drugmart

Fast service and really helpful staff in finding what you need. Not as well renovated as other Rexalls in the city but it gets the job done and despite its smaller size still has a large selection.

Exactly what you would expect from Rexall. Same products and prices as well as a good staff. A little small but the area is very busy so they did the best they could with the space.
