Absolutely horrible. What the old lady pharmacist did is all wong!! I am extremely ill and need to rest and relax. I absent my work for four days due to the sickness. In this situation, I went to see a doctor and they addressed to me to go to the rexall and after the pharmacist checked computer and so on, she said this medicine is expensive, I don’t think you can pay for this. Can you sign here to reduce the amount of medicine 30g to 3g? she almost forced me to sign it but I said NO, I need the medicine with the amount which the doctor prescribed. She said I don’t have the medicine; I have only 3g. I said then, I go other pharmacy because I need medicine right away and I’m very sick. She said Wait for 10 minutes. I was waiting for one hour for her!!!!! I sometimes asked them that you guys said 10 minutes but it already passed 30 minutes and so on. Later, she said you come back tomorrow to pick up the rest of medicine because I have only 3g. I said I cannot come back because I am not feeling well and my home is very far from here. If you don’t have medicine, I go other place so please return my prescription. But she just say “ you come back tomorrow” She is ridiculous. She just want to earn money; she is not thinking patients at all. She should not worked as a pharmacist. I could not go there next day and today as well due to my ill with fever. I am having serious disease now and I cannot go there. My medicine run out and I need the rest of the medicine. I already paid everything and just need to pick up the rest. They should deliver the medicine to my house. This pharmacy is absolute horrible, I would not recommend people go there.

They don't care about customers, in my view. That's usually the case when someone doesn't have to care. I'm there, in person, and they talk to couriers, take phone calls, talk to others, and mostly ignore me. Which is fine except they have to then ask me the same questions multiple times. And ask silly questions for which they know the answers. Such as have you been here before (have had vaccines here, which she can clearly see on her screen). Overall, in my view, the store needs to improve. They said they should send me confirmation today of my vaccination. I don't like should. Just do it. Leave the incompetence to government, please, and step up your game. Just my two cents.

I had an extremely positive experience at the pharmacy and the skin care section today! The pharmacist Kelly explained my medication to me thoroughly, and answered all my questions and concerns. I can honestly say she was more helpful and caring than the doctor who actually prescribed the medication. The aesthetician Shanelle was very thoughtful and informative and helped me test out various facial sunscreen. I will definitely be back at this location!

Conveniently located in the PATH at First Canadian Place. Bright and clean. This store has all you need: groceries, pharmacy, gifts and a great cosmetics selection. They also have an area where you can grab a cold sandwich, wrap or protein box for lunch. Always there is staff available might you have any question. Be sure to have your Airmiles ready to accumulate points on purchases.

I had my pcr testing done for travel here. The price is cheaper than anywhere else I found, and the process is quick and efficient. Also, everyone at the pharmacy is kind and professional. They called me for a reminder before the appointment and also to confirm that I have received the result first thing early next morning. I highly recommend them.

Standing at Pharmacy Drop Off for a minute, no one even look at me even they are right in front of me, please do not say "we are busy", everybody is busy, a word to your customer is not wasting your time, never go to this place for any medicine, totally ruin my Friday.

Well stocked store with some prepared food items right at the front. Has 3 self checkout kiosks. Updated review April 2021: Got my Covid-19 vaccination here. The two pharmacists were so welcoming. Terrific service with a smile. Highly recommended.

We called 15 minutes before closing on a Friday evening to ask for a prescription transfer. They dealt with it quickly and efficiently so that our daughter can get her prescription during the weekend. Thank you so much!

Pharmacist here is rather difficult - attempted to get flu shot, unsuccessfully - didn't like my mask, and expected me to strip down in middle of store. Bizarre and unhelpful. Try elsewhere.

Came for COVID rapid antigen test for travelling. Everything was smooth, quick and efficient. The isles are too slim but this is something that existed without much concern before COVID.

I just witnessed an abusive cow of a woman abuse the Pharmacy staff but they stayed polite and professional. Very impressive, I couldn't have done it.

There is always a line up to pay, but their pharmacy service is decent. If you need something express they will do it in around 15 minutes or less
