Although, Rexall has a mask policy (prominently displayed at its entry, it is not enforced. On Sept 1 2020, I was in the Rexall at 60 Hatt St, Dundas at 10:30. Almost immediately, my attention was drawn to a discussion between a woman and the cashier. The lady was not wearing a mask. She was wearing a long sheer scarf hanging loosely around her neck. The material was similar to chiffon - thin, transparent, flimsy. As I listened, it was evident she thought that it was the same as a mask. To illustrate, she would take the end of the scarf and put the corner of the scarf in front of her mouth to illustrate how it worked. Of course, when she made payment, she had to let go of the scarf to access her purse/wallet/pick up her purchase/whatever. Up and down the scarf went - up when talking, down when she was not. Most of the time, it was not covering her mouth. I believe the cashier disagreed but did not take appropriate action. To my shock and disappointment, the cashier served her. QUESTIONS: Do you not have masks to offer customers who arrive without a mask. Do you have a protocol for customers flouting the mask policy......asking for backup? Why was the woman not told to come back when she had an appropriate face covering. Why do you serve customers who refuse to comply. And this was not a one-off. Today 8 Sept 2020, a man entered the store wearing only a face shield. No one approached him. Covid 19 is highly contagious and calls for aggressive response. Seemingly. the Rexall at 60 Hatt Street in Dundas waffles when a customer enters the store and does not enforce it or I would not have witnessed the above events in a 1 week period. I suggest a policy of "no mask, no service". My policy, until I am told differently is as follows. No mask enforcement, no patronage." I did provide feedback but got an email from Victoria Bartlett which did not address the issue. Rather, she simply cited your store's stance regarding masks. She did not appear to realize the real issue - non-compliance. So CAVEAT EMPTOR when shopping at this specific store.

IN WINTER, THE SNOWPLOW OPERATOR MOVES THE ROCK FILLED SNOW ACROSS THE PAVED LOT AND MAKES A GIANT PILE FAR AWAY FROM THE UNPAVED AREA...THEY SHOULD PUSH THE SNOW TO THE CORNER BY THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS, KEEPING THE ROCK FILLED SNOW WHERE THE ROCKS ARE, BUT THESE IDIOTS PUSH THE SNOW AND ROCKS ACROSS THE PAVED PARKING LOT TO THE AREA BY THE CREEKSIDE CONDOS AND IT MAKE PILES OF ROCKS IN THE GRASS THAT LOOK TERRIBLE AND SCRATCHES PEOPLES VEHICLES.... THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY SHOULD PAVE THE REST OF THE PARKING LOT, OR BLOCK OFF THE UNPAVED AREA IN THE WINTER...OR HIRE A NEW SNOW REMOVAL TEAM TO DO THE JOB WITHOUT CREATING SUCH A TERRIBLE MESS!
Worst pharmacy. Service continues to decline precipitously as time passes. Prescriptions are not filled even when calling in advance to let them know you’re dropping in. When asked for a phone call when medication is ready, no one calls. There is always an excuse and obfuscation for their errors. What should be a quick visit ends up taking an inordinate amount of time because something is usually missing or not prepared. They just can’t seem to get it right. Unfriendly service with a lack of self awareness or empathy. Also, 5 large ordinary bandaids for 21 dollars and change? Get real. The store doesn’t even deserve one star.
Had a virtual walk-in appointment and they sent my prescription to this pharmacy. The pharmacy had 2 hours til closing and told me they could not fill it, that I'd have to come back in the morning and wait.... I ask if they could fax it to another pharmacy for me, they told me to have the pharmacy call them as they also could not do that... Luckily Pharmasave is amazing and called for me to transfer the prescription and have it ready for me in mere minutes. Pharmacy at rexall sucks, however, counter staff are so friendly and wonderful.

Even after getting a call telling me my prescriptions are ready for pick up, there always seems to be a problem....either not ready, something was missed, a computer glitch...all sorts of excuses. I keep saying going to switch, but, then feel i should give them another chance...but, it is no use they are not very competent. Staff are nicer now, but, did have a very rude woman working in pharmacy who would let you stand forever before deciding to wait on you.
I had booked an appointment for my Covid booster this morning..I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I booked through the City of Hamilton website..and completed all information required online. I was asked to complete that info again. As well it didn't appear that staff knew what they were doing..I see this as a medical procedure and would expect a higher level of professionalism .
Nice floor staff but automatic door button in to the building is not accessible because of its location. Have asked for 5 years to register complaint with building owner but they have refused to do that or even take it seriously. I’m disappointed in their lack of customer service in this area. Makes it impossible to transfer more of my business there
Best pharmacy staff and service. You never feel like you're bothering them as you do at most other pharmacies. All the store staff are kind, friendly and helpful.
Despite repeated requests, pharmacy consistently places medication label so that part of it must be removed to open product. Frustrating!
I have dealt with this store for years, and slowly the pharmacy staff has become worse than acceptable. Time to move on
