Staff are friendly. Pharmacist very helpful. Rexall, as a chain, is more expensive overall than other pharmacies. I checked prices on everyday items including health products and they range from $1 to $5 higher than the competitors. I guess they need to have higher prices for Air Miles.

May 2@ 6:15pm. I was cashed out by this new girl. Pale skinned. Never seen her before. She really had an attitude when I asked her to do a price check. Seems like she is not happy to cash me out. I been a regular customer here. Please don’t hire someone like this. Ruin my day after all.

Pharmacy needs help. You never know if your prescription is ready, or if Dr. has faxed over the repeat, they never pick up their phones, and it's up to the customer to call the Doctor to get the repeat done.

Pharmacy rarely answers the phone. Also they often like to say they haven’t received your prescriptions when they have for a fact been sent over 2x…. They are very respectful but they lack organization.

Poor service! They manage to give you inept service consistently! Order your prescription a day ahead, you still wait an hour for them once you come in. Not prepared ahead. What's the use?
