trovo alquanto sgradevole che un hotel che si vanta del suo alto punteggio (8.9 mi pare di ricordare) su tripadvisor abbia lo staff che non parli una parola di inglese e che abbia prezzi che variano in base a chi è seduto alla reception e che ci sia da discutere per accordarsi. alcune scene deprecabili: chiedo di pagare col pos, (che era acceso li davanti a me) e mi si dice che non funziona, perché la rete è debole (in pieno centro?), però quando chiedo la password del wifi, me la danno subito e il wifi c'è e funziona abbastanza bene (quindi perché il POS non può connettersi?). Altrettanto brutto è stato il comunicarmi il prezzo e, una volta pagato, ricevere meno di resto perché (a quanto ho intuito) la persona si è trattenuta in automatico la mancia. Aspetto negativo, aria condizionata non regolabile, la gestiscono dalla reception e si può avere o sempre accesa o sempre spenta... non c'è modo di avere una personalizzazione in camera. la prima sera mi sembravano sporchi gli asciugamani (c'erano macchie marroni ovunque... immaginate cosa ho pensato). dal secondo giorno analizzando meglio poteva darsi che fossero macchie di henné che chiaramente non vengono via con facilità e quindi si possono considerare puliti. Per il resto la colazione è inclusa ed è abbondate e buona, lo staff (la signora) delle pulizie è squisita e gentilissima.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had reserved 2 rooms, one was supposed to be a 'luxury room' of 35 square meters. We arrived to find a tiny room - about 10-12 meters with a miniscule bathroom with the shower over the toilet and tiny bed with a very hard mattress. My son actually described it as a 'prison'. None of the amenities listed on website were there (safe, bathrobes, etc). The roof of the Riad is completely open and the rooms don't have actual doors (just halfway doors that are more like window shutters) and it was freezing cold. We had a print copy of our reservation which stated that the room reserved was 35 square meters, but the front desk staff said there were no rooms of that size at the riad. We told the owner that we could not stay under these conditions and we left. As they had our credit card for the reservation we were shocked to be charged for the entire stay (2 rooms, 3 nights), when they had not been able to provide the room we reserved! The information on the website for the Riad is completely false and owner of this is a liar and a thief. A horrible experience.

Wir hatten für drei Erwachsene Personen gebucht, Das Zimmer war winzig klein (ca 9 qm), wir konnten nur zwei Handgepäckkoffer mit hinein nehmen. Es war sehr klamm und roch etwas muffig. Es fehlte eine Bodenmatte im Bad und Toilettenpapier. Nicht so schlimm, aber fiel negativ auf. Außerdem war es das einzige von 10 Hotels unserer Marokko Rundreise, wo es keinen Begrüßungs- Minztee gab :( Freundlichkeit beim Empfang sehr gut, netter Herr und junge Dame, aber sehr unfreundlicher älterer Mann bei der Abreise, der so dreist war uns die 2. Tasse Kaffee. die wir zum Frühstück bestellt hatten (es waren winzige Tassen Nescafe mit Milch!) mit je 2€ zu berechnen!!! Es sei nur eine Tasse includiert?!?! So etwas haben wir auf der ganzen Welt noch nicht erlebt. Also, wenn jemand unbedingt dort nächtigen will, bitte vorher kalkulieren, dass nur eine winzige Tasse Kaffee zum Frühstück includiert ist und jede weitere 2€ kostet

Nous avons demandé a boire un verre dans ce belle hôtel car il fait café et restaurant. Nous avons était acceuil très chaleureusement par Zak, qui nous a proposé de rejoindre la terrasse sur le toit avec vue panoramique sur la merveilleuse ville de Meknès et sur le golf Royale Zak nous a partagé un peu d histoire.Nous avons découvert une terrasse ombragé, magnifiquement décorée, une brise légère pour nous rafraîchir. Nous nous sommes installés sur d'agréables canapés colorés autour d une table mosaïque. Nous avons commandé à boire et à manger tellement nous étions bien dans cette havre de paix. Toute l'équipe c'est appliqué à prendre soin de nous tout en nous laissant dans une agréable intimité.Merci pour votre accueil, vous méritez plus de 5 étoiles. Prix très correct et très très bonne cuisine .

Te dejan sin habitación Te dejan sin habitación Opinión sobre Riad Golf Stinia Opinión pendiente A través de Booking hice la reserva con un mes de antelación pero cuando llegamos al hotel nos dicen que tienen overbooking y que no podemos alojarnos en el riad. Sin previo aviso ni a nosotros, ni a Booking. Nos habían buscado otra habitación que lo único en común que tenia con la que habíamos reservado era el precio, el resto nada. Ni habitación en suit, ni terraza con vistas al jardin, ni zapatilla ... Decepcionante la respuesta de Booking ante tal incumplimiento injustificado por parte del hotel. Si no te presentas en el hotel Booking te cobra la noche. Si el hotel no te dá la habitación no pasa nada, te lo comes!Más

Viaje en moto en pareja. Nos alojamos en este Riad y tiene posibilidad de aparcar en la puerta. La zona está vigilada por militares que custodian una muralla y un campo de golf. La decoración es muy bonita, típica marroquí, y las habitaciones muy bonitas. El Riad tiene una terraza en la parte de arriba con unas vistas impresionantes. Zak fue quien nos atendió ayer y fue muy amable. Nos ha servido esta mañana el desayuno en la terraza de 10. Aprovecho el mensaje para decirte Zak que estamos bien, hemos llegado al puerto de Nador sin problema, el pinchazo reparado esta mañana por mi marido está aguantando y en breve embarcaremos, hasta pronto amigo!

Très jolie terrasse par contre j'ai commander une glace, la glace commander avec une description et on m'en sert une autre, je l'a renvoie donc en disant que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai commandais. Il revient avec la même glace et quelques cookies par dessus. La glace entre temps avait fondu. Bref donc on me ramenne encore une fois quelques choses que je n'ai pas commandé. J'ai accepter la commande exaspéré puisque il m'a réduit le prix mais au final je n'ai rien mangé et bien sûr on m'a laisser payer. Je ne comprend même pas que ce genre de service puisse exister.

Le Riad est placé au meilleur endroit de Meknès, à proximité de monuments historiques et du centre ville. Il est également très calme, tout en étant proche de la place El hdim. L'architecture, authentique, fait remonter les charmes et la culture Berbère. Un vrai bijou. Sofiane et le reste du personnel nous ont apporté un service exceptionnel pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Je ne les remercierai jamais assez pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur disponibilité à des heures très, très tardives. C'est une valeur sûre.

This should have been a good rating. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is ideal to explore Meknes. Sadly, we found out that the staff tried to steal some of our clothing items by hiding them in one of the drawers, trying to make it seem like we had forgotten about them. Moreover, these were items that were at the bottom of one our suitcases, proving that the suitcases were thoroughly searched for items of value. So we’d suggest to avoid this place altogether. A true pity, but you can’t be a host and a thief at the same time.

The rooms are very small and dark with small frosted windows so you don’t see out without opening the window. Central AC which was turned on for just few hours during the day. It got really hot during the night since the AC wasn’t on. The rooms were clean. The rooftop looks much nicer on the pictures than it is in reality. You can hardly see the golf course. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast served in the beautiful restaurant. This riad is not worth the money especially when compared with other riads close by that have better standard. They really need to look over their pricing.

Just outside the Medina, this hotel borders the Royal golf course. Parking right out front if you have a car ( let them know) Nice terrace & comfortable room. Nice breakfast, and very gracious staff! Would definitely stay again. Our only complaint is there is no window. Would definitely stay again! The only window opens to the center atrium, so no privacy either if you leave it open. We stayed in March with pleasant weather, so leaving the window closed, was not a problem, but without A/C in the room, I could see it possibly getting hot there in the summer.

Me and my family visited the Riad again this summer holidays and again had the best time. All the staff were lovely and caring. The owner is lovely, the scenery is BEAUTIFUL. The Riad is gorgeous. Everything such as the Medina was close by. This will be our holiday place of stay from now onwards. Thank you to all very much x

Never never go the roof and drink coffee or anything else!! Extremely high price for the worst cup of coffe i have ever been served. i went yesterday and it was the worst coffee i ordered an espresso and they gave me a coffe made in casserole or made awhile ago and just heated it, then at 9:30 they told us to leave we werent expecting that at all it’s not a chill place to hang out eitger as Meknesian or from another city or another country .

Alors j’y ai passé un très bon séjour Terrasse café et restaurent incroyable avec vue panoramique sur toute la medina ainsi que le golf royal Plat typique marocain, à proximité du mausolée, de la medina à pied (-2min à pied) J’ai déjà réservé pour la prochaine fois

Excellent Riad en immersion complète dans la culture marocaine la décoration est top les portes en bois le pluie de lumière tout est typiquement marocain. Le personnel de l'hotel est au top chaleureux, souriant, au petits soins et à l'écoute. Le seul bémol est que nous y sommes pendant des temperatures anormalement basse et qu'il fallait systématiquement reclamer le chauffage.

La comida no estaba preparada y los tajines no estaban buenos , eran muy caros y los de verduras tan picantes que se devolvieron porque no se podían comer. No los descontaron. Sólo estaba bien el crepe de pollo. La terraza bien, pero el trato del propietario ha dejado mucho que desear. No lo recomendamos.

Precioso hotel con bellísima decoración. El trato más que excelente por parte del personal. Cena y desayuno buenísimas. Con una bonita terraza en la azotea con preciosas vistas de las murallas, la ciudad y su puesta de sol.

Site web de l'hotel ne correspond pas du tout a la realite. Chambre miniscule, humide, sombre et froid, sans aucun comfort. Salle de bains d'un autre age sauf si vous aimez prendre votre douche dans les toilettes. Sans vraiment du charme, a fuir!

Mauvais service, c'est honteux de demander un jus de banane et d'être servir du lait ( le serveur nous a ramené le verre sans protocole de service) . 90% des repas ne sont pas dispo.De plus les prix sont exorbitants.
