Sorry guys for long story but it's worth reading: Worst service from ricopets:- Would like to give zero star for thier service, in every business the owner is polite at time of purchase but ricopets is horrible and lack of knowledge in terms of food suggestion for pets. On 18th of this month i got female lab from them 40days old and I was said to give her curd and rice 3times in a day which was followed by me. After 2days pup got loose motions so I was advised to visit the vet once. As per the vet everything seem to normal with the pup and but giving pup rice and curd at the age of 40 days is totally wrong and this was the case of loose motion. Shame on ricopets that they dont even know pets habitat. So I shared the situation with ricopets and requested them to look into this on urgent basis and take the pup back from me because I feel she will get to normal when the pup is back to her original place. So the reply I get from ricopets is, we don't have return back policy and you may find some other seller. I didn't even ask my money back just her health is important for me than anything else. I agree with thier policy but still I feel pup will get to normal at her original place. Humanity is lost in them, plz guys investigate before purchasing anything from them or I would rather suggest don't purchase anything from them, they don't have any knowledge about pets and jus running this for money.

OKAY. SO REVIEWING AFTER ABOUT 1 MONTH. I BOUGHT A LAB PUPPY FROM HERE FOR AROUND 25K. IT IS A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT I REALLY JUST FELL IN LOVE WITH THE PUP AS SOON AS HE (THE SELLER) BOUGHT HIM OUT. I READ SOME COMMENTS SAYING THE QUALITY OF THEIR PUPPY IS BAD. DEAR PEOPLE IT DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL. YOUR PUP CAN IMPROVE IF YOU TAKE HIS BEST CARE AND GIVE HIM ALL THE LOVE HE DESERVES. MY PUP HAD SOME TICKS ( RIGHT SINCE THE TIME I BOUGHT HIM) AND GOT SOME SKIN RASHES DUE TO CONSTANT SCRATCHING. BUT I TOOK HIM TO VET AND NOW HE'S IN HIS BEST TIME. THE SELLER AND THEIR RESPONSIBLENESS IS OKAY I'LL SAY. ALSO IF YOU ARE BUYING A PET MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH TO SPEND ON THEIR MEDICAL AND FOOD EXPENSES. ALSO DO FREQUENT RESEARCH ON WHATS BEST FOR YOUR PETS AND HAVE CONSULTATION FROM YOU VET ON TIME TO TIME BASIS. I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS BECAUSE I HAVEN'T YET RECEIVED THE PURCHASING CERTIFICATE.

I bought a 40 days old puppy from them...they gave a medical certificate of fitness and very next day my puppy started vomiting and loose motions with blood apparently it was parvo. i had a gruesome 12 days taking my puppy to the vet twice in the day for administrating medicines through saline and by gods grace we where able to save him. I request Rico Pets to have some accountability of these innocent lifes and do not use them as products to profit your business. please administer puddy DP vaccine at a age of 25-30 days and deworm them before sending them out there. i will also be reporting this to the animal welfare association as well.

To be honest we had really great experience with Tushar . He explained us everything about the puppy in the best possible way and he made sure that we understood as well. For our better understanding he Even sent me the pdf of puppy's diet and how to maintain his hygiene. So our overall experience was really really great . The puppy we got is healthy and well maintained. We are happy with the service. And one genuine comment would be that they are always ready to help they provide you assistance 24/7. So I am thankful and grateful for everything .

NEVER BUY A DOG FROM HERE I got a shih tzu dog from here 7 months ago. From first weeks there have been some or the other issue with the dog. He was so underweight when I got him. He has multiple genetic conditions which the vet is diagnosing now. I am definitely going to file a case against Rico pets for unethical breeding as I am a lawyer myself. Because i love my dog i am doing everything for him but I am stuck with huge medical bills. The vet has diagnosed that my dog is carrying diseases in his spleen from his mother

Horrible experience.. l lost my puppy with a week after purchasing and still bill wasn't shared. Puppy was too young but I was informed that it's 50 days old.. very next day he fall sick and he was proven to be a parvovirus patient . I ran all around Mumbai to treat him but no one was giving assurity of his life. Finally he was treated by vet n 4th day he lost his life. While buying the response was amazing of seller but after knowing it .. no one was in touch .. I think it's a scam ..

Please be careful when you get a pet from them as they do not give the right age. We had clearly mentioned we want a puppy more than 45 days and apperantly they gave us a puppy which was only 31 days old. This is so cruel just to gain money you deprived the lill one from his family and hence there was no adquate training by the mother of the dog. This was not accepted. Really unhappy with Reco pets. but we are happy atleast we have taken good care of him & he is happy with us.

This is one authentic place if u are looking for pure breed dogs. They take very good care of their puppies and make sure that the puppy comes to our house in a very healthy state. We really appreciate their honesty . Thankyou very much for this pleasant experience you gave us. In future we will surely recommend you guys to our friends for buying any pup. PATHETIC BREADER , PLZ DO NOT TRUST . Got a 45 days old beagle puppy from Rico pets . They did not share right information . Even after a week they did not give me fitness certificate . No information about deworming was shared . My puppy died in the hospital as he was detected with Parvovirus and the doctor clearly said that he i was infected from the litter itself .PLZ DO NOT TRUST .

Cannot rely on the certificate issued for the puppies. Long story short, our puppy had nasal discharge from day one of our purchase. After two days we took it to vet. He examined and said that is very critical. We were advised to keep the puppy under oxygen support and IV. Sadly it passed away within one week of purchase.

Really great experience with Rico pets. They are very prompt in their response time. From the minute we contacted them about a Shih tzu pup they were very transparent about the whole process. We got our pup home on the same day with all documentation. Really happy with the our pup. He is healthy and very well mannered.

I was looking for GSD puppy. Gone through many other sites and dealers. Out of all i choose RicoPets. Now my GSD is 1year old and i can see the pureity of breed. Cheaters of highest order . Do not buy from them . Lost a new pup bought from the store Avoid is the only option.... they gave me a sick dog and cheated me 25000 RS .... stay away from these cheaters ..... read all reviews and you find out all frauds... they do not take any responsibility after they sell ....

They sold 35 days old puppy as 45 days old. Very poor after sales coordinations. I had same cost to dr (22k) for recovering from illness. I am yet to get owner certificate. Fail commitments.
