I called late last week to get prices from Blake. I went in after calling today to make sure they weren't too busy. There was a lady that was there at the desk when I went in. She was the owner's daughter I did not catch her name . I went in there with my 2 car keys to have them cut because I have to change out my CPU so the keys were already programmed. These days it's hard for people like me to feel appreciated anywhere that provides a service but this lady was so kind to me. She didn't even charge me for the job. I'm sure this is not always the case nor would I expect something for free but it is nice to sometimes have someone do something nice for no reason at all. Before I moved out of state years and years ago I used their service several times but I haven't used them in such a long time. Please don't expect your service to be free but appreciate it when it is. It would be nice to know the lady's name that helped me. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Awesome place. I ordered a new key online and these guys were able to cut it within a matter of minutes. This is after I was told by another place that the key was not useable. Their price was more competitive and they were very helpful as well. Will definitely return if I need anything else. Thanks again River City!!!

Called and service tech Ian arrived in a very timely manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He did the repairs, explained all that he did so I would understand. What a great experience. Would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend the River City Lock and Key LLC.

Professional, competent, & reasonably priced. Easy to make an appt and called in advance of showing up. Gabriel unlocked the garage door (got locked and we didn't have a key), refitted the front door dead bolt into the frame, and re-keyed the garage and laundry room doors...took less than an hour!

I don't reccomend this bussiness to anyone. Blake, the technician, had told me a different price before starting the job. Then received a different total price. Beware... have the price check and written down before you take this service.

Called River City for rekey of new house and they dispatched someone out same day. Blake was professional and fast at rekeying the locks. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend River City Lock and Key. Great job, thanks.

Speedy, prompt service. Got a couple of keys made for a storm door. They were nice enough to show me their big selection of Fort Knox vaults and even gave me a catalog to take home. Good people to deal with, I highly recommend them!

Above and beyond service, I won't take my keys to get cut anywhere else except here.Drove all the way from Spring branch just to make sure it was done correctly.

They won't program a car remote that isn't bought through them but the website does not say that! I wasted my time going there and they lost my future business.

They make your keys fast and have always worked. I think the price is very good too. Don't waste your time at the big box stores looking for an employee.
