Had to return a pump a day after I purchased it as turned out to be excess to my requirements. It was still as new with packaging. A refund was not offered but only a credit which was not ideal but ok. I picked another item which was priced about Rm25 less than the credit but instead of seeing what else I could get they attempted to cross the price out and told me the price equaled the credit and the price was previously marked incorrectly. I won't be back to a shop that takes advantage of its customers like this.

One of the few "old" bike shops that carries a wide range of bicycle parts and whole bikes. At the moment they specialise in Shimano, Cipollini, Fizik, Topeak, Elite, Schwalbe, Pirelli, Polygon and Marin. Be sure to register as a member to get discounted prices on their products. They also services a multitude of bicycles, ranging from MTB to Roadbikes. Location is a bit popular therefore it is a little tough to get a good parking. Expect to double park or walk a little from a parking that's a little far away.

They have expanded to Malaysia with 5 locations in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Putrajaya, all of which offer an extensive collection of bicycles. Despite its affordable prices, they have a decent range of bike varieties, they have foldable bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, city bikes, and kids bikes. Will recommend this bicycle shop to everyone.

Having good after sales supports with staff like Tajul Arifin makes the difference between a good outlet and a great outlet. Tajul is a very friendly and knowlegdeable staff. Very approachable with a ready smile. I always enjoy coming back to this Hartamas outlet because of good customer service from Tajul. Keep up the good work
