I was so appalled by the lack of service. I was the only customer in. One was folding towels and another boy was sitting on his phone. Not ONE even said hello, not a how can I help you! I clearly was looking for something and would have appreciated. We were about to buy bedding and spend money but was so discussed by the service we left. Who ever you had working on Sunday need some coaching on how to welcome clients.

Today I picked up a vanity from Bed & Bath. The experience was great and I was assisted by 2 kind and professional gentleman, Jason & Simon. They made the transaction very smooth. They helped me load the product into my car and Jason helped me create an account for my company and told me all the benefits. Truly a great experience, thank you Jason & Simon. I will be back and will spread the word!

They have a variety of carpets and rugs for all rooms, from front entrance rugs, runners, dinning room and living room. They have all sizes at a very good price. We also seen great accessories sets for the bedroom and bathroom, will be going back to complete our wish list.

Great store. We purchased a panel bed for a third less than stores in Burlington or Oakville. They have a great selection of beds. Great customer service as well.
